It's been a few years since I've been there. Went in there today and they're alot more organized now than I remember. Found the parts I needed for my Cascadia. Nice guys working the front desk and were helpful. I'll definitely keep coming back. Wear boots, especially after it's rained. Can get pretty nasty back there in the mud.
Best place to get truck parts I brought a transmission it was the wrong size I needed which was my fault called n told them they let me swap it out With no problem

Me and my husband went yesterday, To get a piece that we were looking for two weeks. Everyone was very helpful great prices and excellent customer service.
I called to see if the had a radiator for my KW. associate on phone told me they had quite a few. I would just need to come in and pick one for 250 bucks. I drove 110 miles to eubanks. When I got to the counter they said they didnt have any for KW. They took me back to the room with a very few radiators mostly very old trucks. True definition of bait and Switch. Yard is no longer as it was. Rows of striped out cabs. If your looking for a truck to pick from they no longer offer this. Most of the parts are gone. Sad. Look somewhere else for your used truck parts
Terrible , don't waste your time. I called and was told that they had my truck part. I drove 77 miles to get there and didn't receive any assistance in getting my part, I was told to go into their junk yard and look for my part I had no knowledge of how to match up my part and the yard is a mess. I could write a book on my experience there, it was Terrible

Be careful going to this place they have marked the wrong year on the parts in order to sell the parts when i went back to get a refund because it doesn't fit my truck they refused me.. i only change the date on my receipt they didn't like it how you like it when you put a wrong dates on your parts misleading us...Very bad attitude bad customer service specially the old guy always wears a hat with beard watch him i will give this place -5 stars if there was option for it..
I saw the wonderful ratings of the place and called inquiring about two used air ride seats. The gentleman who I spoke with on the phone was not friendly or helpful and rushed me off the phone. The conversation was less than a minute and all I wanted was to get an idea of the selection of used air ride seats before I drove three hours to check them out for myself.
