  Russell was very nice and explained everything very well on the phone about selling my junk car.He was very accommodating as i was not located where the vehicle had died, and they had to work around my availability. The driver came to get my vehicle as requested, on time and very pleasant. The whole thing was easy and professional. 10/10 would use again!

  We needed a tow for my son's car, which was making a weird noise. I called R&R Towing and the call was answered immediately. I was told I would receive a call back in 5 minutes, which I did, and within 10 minutes the tow truck was on its way. Excellent customer service and follow-through!

  This is my second experience with R&R. From the beginning to the end it is a great experience. When you call everything is explained in detail. All your questions are answered. When the driver Paul arrives he shows his ID for the car removal. If you're getting rid of a junk car I highly recommend using this company it is made very easy from start to finish

  We just sold our 88 blazer and they were prompt and paid immediately, unfortunately the check they gave us got destroyed in the wash but I called and spoke with Ray and he was nice enough to issue another check when he didn't have to. I'm very happy with our experience with Ray and Paul the driver I saved them tog my phone for all future towing needs and recommend them to everyone.

  I had to junk my father's van but no longer had the title. Ray explained the process for doing so and arranged to pick up the vehicle quickly. What an outstanding company. Ray couldn't have been more courteous, helpful or efficient. He's extremely knowledgeable about the Richmond area too. He was patient, gave me a time frame for picking up the van and stuck to it. A true pro and good guy.

  My son's 97 Sable finally gave up after 340,000 miles. I called Ray who took the time to educate me on how the rules for disposing a vehicle have tightened up over the years. His professionalism and communication took me back to how business used to be handled in the "good old days". I highly recommend R&R.
