Roscoe's was very friendly and easy to deal with. we sold out 2006 Honda Odyssey to them. talked with them over the phone then delt with them in person to handle the buy. Very very easy and pain less.
Anthony helped send the car off properly. The car was used to take my little brother home from the hospital and I used the car to take my daughter home from the hospital so there was a lot of memories attached. I did get misquoted from the guy over the phone but it’s still more money than I expected for. a flooded vehicle so it’s not that deep. I’m sure it was a simple mistake tbh I think I had called in the middle of something. Overall W tow man W business.
1st call explaining the situation i was given a quote. I wanted to price shop, I did, i was quoted less twice and once 5 more dollars, so I chose Roscoe's to deal with my wreckage. I spoke with Cade at Roscoe's, and he was the coolest dude. He's not the guy I spoke to the 1st call, so I re-explained the situation. 2012 Buick Regal at NTB VCC parked in a spot, diagnosed as needing a new engine. So replace the engine, or get newer car were only options. Within our family we were able to figure out a newer car(wish I could leave them a review), tho still had to deal with basically scrapping a car I was driving to work and back like 3 days prior. Cade honored the same quote I was initially given. The same day likely won't work as they're busy, but Cade was able to work out the following day, 2pm.....perfect. Following day, I just happened to finish my errands and receive a text that Tommy, the wrecker driver, could be at NTB by 120pm, even better! So I had one more stop, then str8 to NTB. Get to NTB, Tommy's already there, and i got to meet him, another very cool dude. He asked for the title so I could sign over. The last errand wasn't going home to get the title. Surely I didn't leave it at.....I Did. I left it at home. I live 7 min from the NTB, so I went and got the title ASAP, and Tommy waited. He waited for me to go and get the title!!!!! I did. I was back so fast I didn't know it could be that fast!! We had short co vo about the vehicle, and he took all the info needed and told me where to sign. I did as instructed, and BAM, he hands me the quoted amount in cash on the spot. I thanked him. Went in NTB to thank the owner for letting my car sit there, and when I came back out, Tommy. Roscoe's and the Buick were all gone. The situation was unfortunate, Cade was very cool about understanding that and said, "we know it's tough losing a vehicle, and so we try to make the process as easy and seamless as possible!" He is a man of his word!!!! It was indeed seamless and easy, and either gentleman you get on the phone, Cade or the other man, will give you the best customer service there is, at a tyme in ones life that is very stressful!!!! Thanks to Cade and Tommy for the excellent service, guys.....next day fit my work schedule perfectly!!!!

The response I received once I submitted a request for a quote was prompt and professional. The tow truck driver (Tommy) that picked up my car walked me through all the paperwork and informed me of what to do with my plates which I really appreciated! This was my second time using Roscoe's to remove an older vehicle I had. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly. They are efficient at answering calls, scheduling appointments and picking up vehicles. I know I will need to call them again, eventually. After a falling tree limb totaled my beloved 2003 Pontiac Vibe I began looking for a junkyard to buy my car. I looked online at several companies including Roscoe's. With out a doubt, Roscoe's makes the online sale easier than their competition. The online form asks questions about the car that give Roscoe's a good idea of the car value and how much they can offer.
They quickly made me a reasonable offer which I accepted. They called me and we agreed on a time the same day to finalize the deal and tow my car away.

I needed to have my 2008 Volkswagen Beetle towed from my daughter’s back yard, where it had broken down. I live an hour and a half away. I had called Roscoe’s Junk Cars a few days prior to see if they could do it; I spoke to Tommy, who said he could absolutely come and get it. On Friday, I met the tow truck driver who helped remove my plates, had me sign the title and bill of sale, and off he went. It was the easiest and most pleasant transaction ever. They gave me a fair price and got the dang car out of my hair. I HIGHLY recommend them if you need a junked car removed from your premises. And the tow truck driver liked my dog!!
