Would have loved to give a good review, but I really couldn’t give one in regards to how the services were because he never towed the car. A friend of mine recommended E’s and I reached out to him on Thursday. He was supposed to pick up a car for me Friday and I was going to meet him at 430. The location was about 45 mins away so I drove all the way down and even left work early to beat any potential traffic. I waited about an hour and a half and he never showed. He didn’t answer my calls or texts so I just left. About 3 hours later I get a text from him saying his truck broke down and his cell was in a dead zone. I give him the benefit of the doubt and reschedule for Saturday. The same thing happens. No response to phone calls or texts. I leave a message to let me know when he plans to pick it up so the I can advise the neighbors at that location so they won’t think it was getting stolen or anything. Still no response. I then text the neighbors to ask if the car was still there which they advised it still was. Finally I leave a final message telling him never mind and that I’ll find someone else to do that I know for sure will pick it up. Upon this review, I STILL haven’t heard back from him. Not getting the car moved sucks, but it was the lack of communication that made me cancel his services.
I don't know what happened, I was intently calling him for towing services and had no problem paying him. Then, I had booked him to pick up a Jeep which he never picked it up and stopped answering my calls and texts. Never gave me reason. So I used another company. Recently, I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt, so I referred a friend to him yesterday. Today he was supposed to pick up a car for him at 4:30PM, they never showed. I won't be referring anyone or using this company myself again.
Super fast and nice great communication these guys got to my house and I’m on an unpaved road and it was after all the snow and they still came to help me absolutely recommend them
I used Es salvage this week for my car, and I couldn’t think of a better experience. He was extremely easy to communicate with, gave me a fair price, and most importantly, was an expert when it came to maneuvering the tight parking lot of my mechanic and getting the car onto the truck. Very nice guy that certainly made the process “easy.”
I definitely would recommend Eric to anyone. I called while I was at work on my lunch break seeing about a quote to pick up my car. He asked some questions I answered the questions. He said to send him pics of the car I was able to because my wife was home at the time so she went outside to take the pics. I sent them he quoted me more than the other two places I received quotes from. I told him all I had to do was get my belongings out of the car when I got off from work. He said ok let me know when you are down and I could come and get it if it’s not too late. I let him know when I was done and he was there within 35 minutes. He was very professional and communicated very well. I know who to call in the future.

I absolutely recommend this company! E was so communicative and friendly. From the first time we spoke, he was pleasant, which is a big plus. He was also transparent in his services. Eric changed his time and day around in order to accommodate me and didn't complain one bit. He was on time and fast. He even gave my daughter a nice amount for her car. I will send anyone I know to this guy because he is AMAZING! On a sidenote: He is also very knowledgeable about restaurants lol...I was in from out of town so it was welcomed. His energy is the best!!! Great customer service will always win me over.
I have had a junk car for over a year and have called so many people who keep giving me the run around. I called these guys this morning and he agreed to meet me after work. He was on time and super friendly and super fast. He also paid me a very fair price. I highly recommend them!
