Absolutely awful! This company was hired by an apartment complex MAA pavilion, and they do not follow the state laws of Virginia.
By state law a tow company is required to give a 48 hour written notice upon towing a car for an expired inspection or registration. It’s shall also notify the complex manager of such. They did not do either of those two required laws and towed a car that had expired tags by 7 days (btw waiting on the DMV to send the new stickers) upon finding out the car was towed, we showed the laws to the company and the employee argued that chesterfield can make up their own laws about towing (which is a bold face lie and they can not created conflicting information issued by the state) The kicker to this situation is his own tow truck had expired tags and was also waiting on his stickers from the DMV.
This is not the first issue or complaint about this company doing business this was and I’m sure it won’t be the last.
Stay clear of this company that does not follow the state laws and regulations put in place to protect the people of the state from issues like this very one.
Love a company that works with you and communicates, this company monitors my apartment complex, I received a notice I had a violation. No problem with this company! I sent a message, got a response in less than 5 minutes with a work around so I don’t have to go to sleep worrying if my vehicle was going to be towed. Communication goes a long way. Huge shoutout to Trusted Towing for being understanding and people first. If you ever need their services, don’t hesitate to spend money with honest people.

Cannot recommend this company enough. My car broke down on the interstate on the first drive of a road trip I’m on. The truck associated with my insurance would’ve taken 2 hours to get to me and costed around $200, while Trusted Towing was able to get to me in 30 minutes for substantially less money. Then, later in the night my car needed to be towed again and I was picked up in 45 minutes by Trusted Towing again. If you need to be towed in the Richmond area, this is the company to choose.
I wrecked my car and chesterfield’s tow company had been on the way for 30 minutes before I called and Shawn was able to get there in an extremely time efficient manner, highly highly Recommended tow company. Very excellent communication and reasonably priced! He was able to get my car back to where it needed to be with no issues and was extremely helpful throughout the process!
Excellent service. I called for a tow, and once he arrived, he realized that I didn't need to be towed and fixed the minor issue. He could have easily towed me and made the money he quoted, but he was honest and I ended up driving off in my car with less money spent than anticipated. I highly recommend this company. Honest and extremely helpful in my situtation.
My car broke down about 2 hours away from my house coming back from a road trip. Shawn came and picked me and my car up and was able to get me all the way back to my house. Great guy with great conversation to keep the experience as good as it could've been

Best towing experience ive ever had. Came in the middle of the night for a battery issue and dropped the car off at a truck stop. He then looked at the car himself and tried to figure out the problem, because it was cold and he didnt want me sleeping in the car. The next day he was able to tow the car to a mechanic. Overall really nice and professional guy. Had great conversations. Hands down the best towing company around!

I own a tree removal service and have used trusted towing on three different occasions. Once to haul a loaded trailer that had some wheel damage and twice for my trucks. Sean was always quick to answer and quick to arrive. Great service, highly recommend.

Siblings car broke down on side of 95, they were super responsive and quickly got the car towed to where it needed to go. Definitely recommend. Will be using again next time it’s needed!!
