Awesome shop. Good, honest people just trying to help get your truck fixed. Not trying to get rich on anyone. Great rates and they update you the entire time. Came here with a DEF / derate issue and they got everything solved with the best rates in the area. 10/10 recommend. I interacted with everyone on staff and everyone was phenomenal. Definitely will be back.
I needed an airbag replaced on a freightliner fld120 the shop replaced it in no time flat getting me back on the road couldn't be more satisfied will be a returning customer for future repairs. This an updated review I had more work done on my truck by the shop give them another 5 stars the technician took his time communicated every step of the way fixed a few issues I didn't know about the shop understands owner operators in these tough times whenever I'm in the doswell area needing truck repairs they will be my shop. I found out about Doswell truck center bcuz I was in desperate need of service. 10 miles back at the flying j boss center, they were being very unprofessional in the office, right in front of customers and arguing about not wanting to work, so I knew my issues would take all day. Have always felt welcome at this resurrected truck stop. Owners and employees seem to be good peoples. They have a little of everything one truck driver might need or want. It is nice to still see independently owned truck stops nowadays. Show this business some love so super truckers don't always have to go to the big 3 super truck stops. ✌🏼
I took my truck to this shop after it was running rough and running very weak and using a lot of DEF after about three days they called and told me the truck was ready I pick truck up and within one hour I had to call him back and tell him truck wasn't running right he told me to bring truck back if it wasn't running right by the next day so I did. The second time it took about two days they called and told me truck was ready after picking up second time I made it one exit and had to turn around and bring it back the truck was running very weak so when I got back I told him to return my money and we'll call it even he refused to so I had to sue him please do not take any truck to this shop they are terrible
Good ppl was able to get right in for a PM . They actually did a full PM and got it done under 2hrs. I've brought my truck here for 2 of its 3 PMs and I'll be back for the next one as well
We asked for are steers to be flipped made it 100 feet saw the mechanic who says they can't help us till Monday we're just supposed to leave it on the rim in the middle of the parking lot because they have no keys.
I used to do my truck repairs myself and I'm certified. So I know when a good job is being done. The level of service these guys offer is A+ work. If you can make it to exit 98 on I-95 in Virginia be glad you did.
Jass, love and rinko all have Great customer service and very knowledgeable- very honest about how long the service will take so your not sitting there for days/weeks like some shops will. There's not much they cant do for you, would recommend for any type of service. Would love for them to open a shop closer to Richmond but until then I will make the drive.
Took my 2014 Freightliner Cascadia here. Was in and out less than 30 minutes. The technician hooked up to my OBD and told me what codes were causing my engine light to come on and told me which sensors to change. Also he turned the speed up on my tractor. Very good Price!!!
Great place they just opened up but took damm good care of me replaced a abs sensor fixed a flat tire only cost about 160.00 buck and give a cup of India tea it was awesome I will definitely be back when in the area and need work
Got a blowout the exit before theirs on an inside tire on a 53 ft moving van. The tire is a hard size to find and they had one in stock! Had us out the door in less than an hour. Highly recommend them! Great job.
