If I could give this shop ZERO stars I would. The level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is difficult to explain as it was egregious . I wish I had read the reviews prior to listening to a single persons recommendation. They had my vehicle for 5 days for an issue that takes on average 2 hours to repair. This was owning to ordering an aftermarket part to begin with. If you have auto service needs, I highly encourage you to go anywhere else in Gloucester I will never use this shop again and I would never recommend.

Had my transmission rebuild here a few years back and knock on wood thing still driving like a champ this business is by far one of the best and honest shops in gloucester I would highly recommend going to this shop prices were good and service was unbelievable had my transmission done in just three days I can not say this enough great shop and great people working there

Before leaving the car with this company I called and asked for an estimate on how long it would be until they looked at it. I was told a week. I dropped it off on a Tuesday. I told them I needed it back by Easter which was 2 weeks away. They said that wouldn't be a problem. I stopped by the Wednesday morning the following week and was told my car was the next one they were going to work on. When I called Friday they said they hadn't even looked at it yet. And when I asked about all the promises I had been made regarding it being ready or being next in line the response was "well he shouldn't have told you that". When I asked about how they pick who goes next and whether they work on cars in the order they arrive, the guy said "I work on them in the order I feel like." and he then said it would be "2 more weeks" until he even looked at my car. I could have had my car fixed several times in the duration I was waiting.
Horribly unprofessional. Failed my friend for having a Biden Harris bumper sticker please be mindful of the kind of immaturity you're exposing yourself & money to.
The shop was very busy but Mike Harvey did my inspection as quickly as possible. I had set up a day and time the week before and he honored that. I was very satisfied with the service.
Worst damn place ever 3 damn months to work and fix a transmission on an off an my truck is still there on a lift he had two weeks ago on a Thursday after mother's day broke down at Walmart
