They have had our vehicle for seven months and it is excuse after excuse. I don’t feel sorry for these people. I don’t believe any of their sorry excuses. Considering getting a lawyer at this point. Stupid to keep someone’s daily transportation for almost a year now. I’m sure they know we absolutely “love” not having a vehicle.
He will rob you blind! Told us since we have the parts and he confirmed the parts than after I dropped the car off he called later the price went from almost 60$ to 500$ these guys are crooks!
My vehicle sat here for 3 months without being looked at once!! Every time I would call to ask what was going on, I was told, my vehicle was next in line. 3 months later.....NOTHING!! I picked my vehicle up, and will NEVER go back or recommend!
I leave many reviews for businesses I have worked with. HW will tell you repeatedly hes pulling your vehicle in to work on it. He isn't telling you the truth. Had my truck for a simple tune-up for 7 WEEKS!!!! didn't do anything i asked for. I picked it up and took it to a reputable auto repair business. I do not recommend taking any vehicle there for anything after wasting 7 WEEKS of my time and lying daily hes working on my truck. The only positive is he didn't try and charge me anything because then i would have my attorney get involved. Rating 0 out of 10.
Took over 4 months to get vehicle back made excuse after excuse as to why it's taking so long even tho he was told we needed our vehicle back then after it was finally done way over priced for the length of time it took to complete the job. Also would like to add another person took a vehicle down there after ours to have the same thing done got his back within a month and was not charged as much as ours. I feel as tho he saw a young couple and took advantage of us. Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would.
Had new gears put in a truck took 5 months to get the truck back. They was very unprofessional about the whole situation and charged more then the agreed price. made excuses as to why it was taking so long and every week for 5 months kept say they he’d have it done the next week.
