I went to this junk yard to get some parts when they searched the parts up they gave me a price I told them lemme speak to my customer then I’m coming to order when I came back a second time they made the price go up when I told them that the price they gave me yesterday was low and then they switched it on me and made the price higher they were rude with me about it I thought they were trying to fight with me the lady was sitting at the front desk
Friendly staff, well laid out yard and clean. Easy to walk around and find what you need. Prices are very fair too. Highly recommend this place if you need parts for your vehicle.
They knew exactly what they had or had access to, which didn't complete my requirements for vehicle repair, but they found another salvage yard for me that did. They were very customer friendly and up front - no pressure - and help me more than anyone in a week and a half. I would recommend checking with M&M before going anywhere else. They are good honest people who know exactly what they have and will help you get it.
I had to replace a cracked rim on my Challenger and was able to get an exact match for a great price thanks to Lara. Saved me from having to buy a brand new rim. I will definitely be returning.
Lara is the best!! Approx. 3 years ago I bought a driver's seat for my 2006 Avalon. Still working great especially the heat & cold options. Today I bought a 6 CD replacement for the same Avalon. Lara had it ready for me to pick up. The people and availability of parts are there for you.
Requested a quote for a car part, Roger got back to me in a reasonable amount of time, BUT, when I called to pay for the item with a credit card, Roger insisted on me sending a money order!! How archaic is this?? Might as well send payment on the "Pony Express". What a waste of time!!

Was followed aggressively by towing vehicle onto 95 south bound at 3:30 pm on Nov 18th. Was also at a stop light and as soon as light turned green he honked at me without giving a chance to move, he was still moving behind me, I assume he didn't want to slow down and decided being aggressive was the best way. Would not recommend them for towing.
Lady from front desk is extremely rude. I would give minus star. I drive 4 hours to get a part but it wasn't ready. Definitely never come back. People from long distance strictly stay away from this business!!!
Expensive and will give you higher prices if you call back for the same part. If you ever bought anything from them you were robbed. Parts are more expensive than new item. They take advantage of your lack of knowledge.
Woman working the counter was a very friendly, helpful and strong woman. She actually helped me put a fairly large Civic Coupe door inside of my Civic Coupe , and no it didn't fit through the trunk so we got it in through the passenger side & as she said, we "tetris'd" It through the interior and got it to the back. Very patriotic business that supports military and law enforcement, would definitely go back (but hopefully I don't have to).
Very organized. Very shop friendly. I ordered a rebuilt transmission on Friday. Jeff the salesman. Said I would have it Tuesday it arrived. Just as he said very well recommended
Great customer service from Larah all week! I called her 800 times this week about an engine and questions. She was very patient with my lack of knowledge about engines. My husband picked today and he said everyone else he spoke with was very kind and thorough, as well. Definitely not the stereo typical salvage yard gruffness here. Will go to them for all other part needs in the future. Thanks staff for making our large purchases a little easier.
I purchased a part from this company, then was told by my mechanic that this part was not the part I needed. So I canceled the order prior to shipping and was told it would not be processed, but it showed up at my door anyway. I sent it back unopened. Now I am fighting to get my money back. I am getting no response from the company, they have the part and the money seems a little unfair.
Couple of guys that work here helped me out of a real sticky situation this morning, on November 20th. I will definitely be taking my business here for the foreseeable future and telling everyone I associate with about them. Honest guys that genuinely look out for people. Hard to find nowadays, I figure.
This was an interesting experience for sure. As someone from out of town 500 miles from home and 500 miles from my destination who was broken down with a cracked wheel, they did everything they could to help me find the parts I needed. The 1st and 2nd wheels they gave me were bent and I had to go back for a third, which included staying overnight as the shops were now closed for the day. But Lara did her best to get me a good part and the 3rd wheel was good. She was really nice, communicative, honest and couldn't have been nicer. For all my troubles of the first 2 parts not working she refunded my money. Would absolutely recommend!
A little pricey for a junkyard but they have been in the area my whole life. The only yard still standing after pick a part rolled into town. Have had good luck with a transmission I got from here a few years back. No leaks or issues with it (was for a 2000 camry v6). Used parts can never be 100% perfect but it did come with a warranty. I would recommend them for used parts to anyway.
Great place for car parts. There prices are decent. The staff is very courteous and helpful. They went out of their way to assist me in getting my bumper. The only down side is that they don't take american express
Went in for a wiper switch, and was quoted $78. I promptly went on my phone and ordered a new one shipped for $50. Do your research and save money. They over charge a lot for questionable used parts.
Amazingly well organized! I was very impressed. We called were looking for a wheel for our old Volvo. They had it and when I went to pick it up, it was ready. It's like a junk yard, but everything is computerized!
Good service from the front desk. I was looking for some rear seat belts for my Wrangler which were annoyingly hard to find. They didn't have any in stock, but they found a yard in a different state that had them. They helped me get in contact with that yard to get them shipped directly to me.
The lady behind the counter is awesome, seems to really care about the customer and what they are trying to accomplished. She gave me a "high five" when found out my transmission swap was a success. Will definitely be a return customer.
This is the best auto salvage yard I have ever been too. The staff is friendly and helpful and they have an accurate inventory of all of their parts which are mostly from insurance wrecks. I found the prices to be quite good as well.
The staff was very polite and knowledgeable both on the phone and in person. My part was brought to me promptly and was clean and very reasonably priced. Will definitely do business with M&M again AAA++++
