So I brought in 45 lb of number 10 wire it was stripped not burned it's not all brand new pull back out of a pipe they tried to tell me it was not bare bright copper that it was number one copper I waited at my house
I've used scrap metal recycling yards in 4 different states. Of all of them I rate this one #1! Friendly staff that know what they're. Their rates are good. I'm always in and out in no time at all hardly! I highly recommend their service!!
Was traveling behind one of there semis on I 95 south. Blue semi with a black open top container like trailer. Debri was falling from there truck all over the roadway for miles and some came down and hit our windshield. Half dollar sized divot and then a splintering crack a foot long from their unsecured load. Good job guys! Next time you mays well just cause an accident and cost someone there lives.
I used to use this place all the time. However after having my scrap almost stollen from me by the employees i WILL NO LONGER BE USING THEM!! When you bring a 33ft mobile home frame and a boat trailer for a 16ft boat all cut up in and you're told that its not only LIGHT STEEL but only 160lbs.... THAT'S STEELING!!!
Husband was give. Misconstruing information and was very rude. I don’t know if it was a racial thing but he was the only man of color visible at the time.
Got yelled at for pulling up to scales was told to back up as soon as I did they told me to pull back up? There should be a sighn and someone to direct traffic if it's life or death to them!! Had #2 copper and #1 copper separated into cardboard boxes the loud lady took 2lbs off my #1 for the boxes. Boxes combined didn't weight 1lbs. They should just weigh the boxes if they are that pressed over a pound or two not charge to the most expensive item for me being nice and putting my stuff in a light box so it's easier for them to sort. I'm not going back for a while they can lose my business for a while for being rude and charging me $7 dollars for two cardboard boxes.
Worst place ever. Do not go here if u don’t want to get ripped off and they will. I took a stainless steel work food bench that came out of a food truck. They gave me a ok price. Then all of sudden the lady came back into the office and said the boss said it was light gadge steel. Umm no u even put a magnet on it and it didn’t stick. So it’s not steel. Plus when I looked on her screen it said $112. What a rip off. Don’t go if u want a true value.
Place is always a wreck. Never know where to drop the scrap in the yard. No stone is ever put down so its always a mud pit and I'm lucky to get out of there without a flat tire

The folks that work there are awesome. Very friendly and speedy. It's the only place I'll go to turn scrap metal in at...... Lovely ladies there with great attitudes. And FELLAs.....Alli could be a super model easily.
