Though the people are great the fees they enforce on a purchase are ridiculous. They keep adding more fees as though customers are made of money. Also they lack the in person auction which was never restored after COVID. This is one of the worst things since runs and drives cars are no longer visually verifiable. I've purchased cars where "drives" have been questionable.
Please do not buy a car that say run and drive. I bought a 1999 Ford expedition on Monday and in the Video it was running with a jump box I picked the car up on Tuesday and put a new battery in the vehicle will not start . I bought the vehicle because it was a run and drive but this was not the case and they are saying that
There is no guarantee that the vehicle will start when you come and get.I have been dealing with this company every since 2000 but the customer service is the worst all are doing now is Stealing money now I can see why they have lost their Biggest contract to Copart now IAA is going down y’all watch my words I won’t be buying anything anymore from them I am taking my business to Copart Now. Copart would have took that vehicle back they have did it before Copart have great customer service and way more vehicles and are not trying to charge you for everything. They might be trying to charge you for a glass of water next or charge you to come in the gate just take a good look and you will Copart is taking over and I can see why
I was send here by my insurance to pick up my belongings after my son had a accident. Let me just say I treat everyone with respect because I like to be treated the same. Being that said once I got there the lady that was assisting me was very short which is fine I understand people have bad days the thing that was mind blowing to me is she asked for my drivers license I gave it to her once she was done she threw my DL at me I was like wow I never had this done to me wow ok.... I said thank you anyways I had my son next to me I wanted to teach him even if someone is this way to you still be respectful don't be like them. She then asked questions that I would think she had since the insurance said everything is taken care of there was another lady there telling her softly everything is in the system just read it it's good but for some reason she wanted I guess ask. After that I was taking my belongings out and my son was taking his rhims out she came out side yelling saying you can't do that stop I said excuse me she said come inside so before I did I called my insurance because I made sure that my insurance knew what I was doing and got the ok. My insurance said absolutely it's in there she said i will call now. Once i got in there she said you can't take those I said my insurance authorized me then the other lady came and said to her I told you to read it's in her file in the system I heard the phone it was my insurance the other lady answered said it's ok it was a mistake. I know the lady saw it but she wanted to give me a hard time so I went to her and is it ok now she said sorry fine. The star is for the lady that knew about customer service and her job.
Multiple times when I am the high bidder online at this location, they end up giving the car away to onsite purchaser.. when call to complain. They simply said if it’s only $100 difference on the car we sell it to the onsite bidder. I think this location is rigged with corrupt management...
Terrible Staff Experience. When purchasing a car, GM does not support core values of IAA or its sales. Does not care about company error or negligence. If you buy a vehicle from this branch, prepare to lose $$ and time.
