I came from a vacation to pickup my car from here after it being towed. My civic was running fine and had no issues with the battery or transmission at ALL. Once I picked my car up they gave me one key, I was issued to when I bought this car that no longer serve a purpose for my vehicle. On top of that, the new key they issued me doesn’t lock any door, only unlocks, oh yea… except the driver’s door. I have to use the old manual key to lock and unlock my vehicle now thanks to them sabotaging my old keys and reprogramming it to a half ass key. I have no clue how they can be satisfied with this work and be content with their business running like this. And I didn’t mention this part at first but when they first dropped my car off to me it wasn’t a tow truck, just a big bulldozer with forklifts and they just dropped it right down. I feel cheated by this business and I’d hope nobody has to receive their car in a different manner than how it was taken from them.

They stole the bumper! The car was sold with a bumper, the driver was given a car without a bumper. Now they refuse to return the bumper, or compensate. Horrible service!

Attempted to retrieve personal belongings from vehicle and it was a total failure. Gave false information over the phone, saying it was ok to come and get belongings. When I arrived they told me the car was not even at the location yet. Be prepared for them to waste your time. The desk lady was friendly but doesn't help if they don't know what they are doing. Edit: after returning a second time and working with different people, the process was very simple and fast. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and I was able to retrieve all of the personal belongings. Night and day difference from my first visit. I guess it depends on who you talk to.

Frustrating Experience at this Copart location. Dealing with this Copart and its rude manager Stevenson has been incredibly disappointing. When attempting to pick up a vehicle, he ordered his staff to deliberately refuse to release the car or assist with loading, repeatedly citing that I had no appointment and they were "too busy." This caused unnecessary delays and wasted valuable time. The lack of professionalism and respect for customers' time is unacceptable. Improvements in customer service and efficiency are urgently needed. After an hour of waiting to load, he refused to even put me in line to pick up my vehicle while His loaders at the yard were free and available. The manager refused to see me when I wanted to voice my complaints because "he is in a meeting". Horrible sub par customer service that will eventually lead to litigation since Copart is charging a hefty $79 fee for the loading service that the manager of this facility refused to deliver. I am not sure what Stevenson's negative unempathetic rude attitude is about but that is not a way to treat people let alone paying customers..

My car is totaled so I was told I could show up by 5 to clean it out, I got there at 4:32… they said the car lot closes at 4 and I needed to leave bc there was nothing they would do for me (all while they were on their phones not even making any eye contact at any point). I drove 2 hours after being promised access to clean my car out. All the staff members were snobby and laughing about me getting upset. I called again, this time to their main customer service line, and was told there’s nothing they could do about it but I was supposed to still have access bc none of the lots are to close before 5. As I was calling, everyone left before it was even 5, more so proving they just didn’t want to do their job.

Terrible place. Terrible people working in the office. The general manager Fred Stephenson is horrible. Copart put a rich man’s son—Fred—in charge of this place. Fred has zero work experience, got to be a gm right after college graduation!! Inexperienced. Rude. And just mean. Stay away from this place!!

Extremely rude. They didn’t let me pick up my personal belongings from my car that they supposedly called total loss. They don’t help out the customers nor hear us out. Don’t take your car there or let it get towed. Worst experience ever!!!!!

if you care about your car DO NOT have it towed here. They damaged my car even more than it already was, broke my front bumper, scratched my rear bumper, messed up my interior, stole my chargers and charging adapters, and at the office told me to contact my insurance as they cant do anything to compensate my loss.

I had questions so I gave them a call. Megan was extremely nice and very helpful. She made me feel very comfortable with Copart. I have a car dealership about 5 minutes down the road, so I will definitely be doing a lot of business with this location now.

I was on this location with my daughter who works for a transportation company, picking up vehicles and dropping off at different locations. I found this business to be a gem, and thought that my daughter who's a go getter, someone who'd rather work outdoors, this type of work suits her personality well, , she should create her own business, insteadof workingfor someoneelse.

We had a car get totaled and towed to copart Fredericksburg, where we came to pick up our miscellaneous personal items. We ran into an issue where we had to get the adjuster’s permission to take the roof rack off the car, and the adjuster wasn’t responding or replying to us whatsoever. Employees Miguel and Taylor were extremely helpful and kind and down to earth with us and let us take the roof racks, despite their irritating adjuster policy. Amazing staff, particularly those two, who deserve praise from their respective leadership. Thanks again copart, and a very special thanks and happy holidays to Miguel and Taylor.

First time going to this location,i got there at 4:27 i had 1 appt but i cancelled thebother 1.The ladies were super friendly and funny,they asked how did i cancel my appointment insaid im slow 1 of them said thats not an excuse hahahahaahah.We all laughed and the lot guys helped load my motorcyxles very well run operation.

One of the worst office staffs on the East Coast. The staff lacks training. The staff have No customer services skills what so ever. So rude incompetent, and arrogant. Don't you dare ask a question to the staff!! They give you an appointment, but load you 2 hours after your appointment. For example, if your appointment is at 2:00, they won't load you till 4:00. In other words, if you have to pick up a car from this location, your whole day is gone. Been dealing with copart for over 10 years now and I never seen such treatment.

Rude and disrespectful staff. Mandating people out of their building regardless of reasoning. We’re not helpful outside of their corporate app standards. Not all drivers have access or capability. Management failed to address this at the time of arrival. This branch along with other Copart facilities will be black listed to due negligence in business conduct and etiquette.

Used transport ap to make appointment came early 15 mins before marked as arrive no car comes out waited over 1 hour now they say I have to come inside even though I cannot accept documentation…stand outside in rain for 30 minutes waiting to get inside office now they call me and say I can go back to my truck as title is pending and keys are in car!!!! What was point of telling me I have to come inside and not even let me in and then send me back to my truck I wasted about 2hrs here never have this problem with any other location EVER Things Has To Change !!!!! It’s Not 5:22PM how is this even possible to not have me gone by now I still haven’t received the car and office is closed and loader said he can’t check because he not doing pull outs now it’s going to be going on 3hrs for a 3:30appt that I arrive 15 mins early for this is a joke

They've really got to give the Covid a break. Don't enter the building. Scan the Q-code on the door, download THEIR app, go back to your vehicle, sign in, wait forever for them to "page" you to come in, masks on..... Don't waste your time if you can help it!! Not worth the hassle!!

Bad experience. Very not smart lady at the office. I used the app to pickup the vehicle not to wait and waist my time. But nooo. This lady at the office thinks we still have to go to the office first then to the lot. WHY THE H.... DO WE USE THE APP THEN????

HelpAmerica Inc. purchased a vehicle online from Copart Fredericksburg Virginia and the staff was friendly and provided clear instructions, timeframes for services, and even had my vehicle wrapped before transportation from facility. I was even given the opportunity to inspect the vehicle. Quick and easy process and I will definitely do business with them again. One of the worst office staffs on the East Coast. CONSISTENTLY rude, incompetent, and arrogant. Customers universally dread having to interface with this office. The yard crew is 100% professional, capable, friendly, and hard- working. It's a Jekyll and Hyde facility.

Great facility. Downside. The loaders wouldnt help u take ur car outside. On a rainy day, I went in to pick up a car, i had a rental car, so the plan was to drop off the rental car and drive off the car purchased so I needed the car outside. But he fetched it and literally dropped the car in the middle of the yard. Told me to park the rental car outside and walk back into the yard to drive the car. While its raining. That was the only not so nice experience.. hence the 3star

Most unhelpful and straight up lied. Called and asked to confirm they would load a truck camper I purchased. Gave them the exact lot number of the unit and they confirmed no problem they would load it. Transporter showed up and they said they wouldn't touch it. Called the office and they said the same thing. Cost me more than I paid for the unit to have a wrecker company lift it 3ft.
