As someone who regularly works with towing companies across the Fredericksburg area, I’ve had the opportunity to engage with many well-run operations that pride themselves on professionalism, efficiency, and respectful communication. My experiences have consistently reflected that standard until today.
I was contacted by a representative from this particular company to schedule a vehicle pickup. Unfortunately, the tone and manner in which the call was conducted left much to be desired. The attitude was sharp, dismissive, and unprofessional as if I had personally disrupted her day. While I understand everyone has off moments, there’s no excuse for bringing that kind of energy into a customer interaction. I chose not to respond in kind, but it was certainly not the tone you'd expect from a service-based business.
To my fellow Fredericksburg residents: based on this interaction, I highly do not recommend this company. The quality of service begins with the first point of contact, and when that experience is unpleasant, it casts a shadow on the entire operation.
I’ve read the reviews, and I have to say many of them appear to be spot on. Customer service is the heartbeat of any business, and in this case, it flatlined.

if your vehicle got repossessed by this company, good luck. they will pick it up on a thursday night, not call you until 1:30(they close at 2)pm the next day. Inform you that you can’t pick up until monday. Once you’ve got upset and frustrated with them. they will tell your finance company to have a 3rd party pick up (bc they know what they do is extremely wrong.) I get it make your money! Expect your vehicle to stay there for three days. Money isn’t the problem. It’s them trying to either get money for it or keep your vehicle for their own personal gain. They have no remorse for people. Once upset, they tell you a 3rd party has to pick up your vehicle for you. Anyways, good luck peeps!
These clowns get 0 stars if I was able. Absolutely the worst experience ever dealing with a tow company. Especially since they didn’t even have anything to do with my situation. But the fact that these scavengers are only looking to take money from people is a little too much. Long story short they are complete liars and the guy in the back will be hearing from the BBB. I asked for his name earlier and he proceeded to tell me I didn’t need to know it after calling me names and using profanity and telling me get off their property. Has had an attitude with me ever since I stepped out my truck because of the color of my skin. When the only reason I was there is because they had my tags and wouldn’t give them back unless they got $100. Then proceeded to tell me he’s refusing my service because my id is on my phone. The guy doesn’t like African Americans and will be reported. Overall a terrible place.
Definitely not like the reviews stated below the women who answered the phone named Amanda was very polite and gave me a call back just like she said she was and made sure all of my documents where there and confirmed my appointment to pick up my vehicle with no issues!
no stars should be the option. its funny how with all the reviews the "owner" only responds to good reviews, and reviews for tow service when they only do repossessions, according to them.had a vehicle repoed by them, promptly called the bank , the bank gave us there address to get much needed personal property. when we got there the lot manager refused to give us access. problem number 1, code of verginia 46.2-2217, clearly states that they are required by law to release personal property immediately. they then forced us to make an appointment, and claimed we where required to pay a $50 fee imposed by the bank, while holding and showing a paper from the bank that stated no fee , just id required. problem number 2, same code of Virginia, clearly states no one is allowed to charge a fee for recovering personal property from repossessed vehicle. code of virginia 46.2-118 , line 4,,, attempting to obtain a fee by fraud or misrepresentation. problem #3, the vehicle was repossessed due to bankruptcy, so again cannot be charged a fee from the bank, since they are prohibited from attempting to collect any monies in reference to the vehicle. scam artists . be warned and do your research, they obviously have not, or enjoy lying to people that have a legal right to property, which by the way, code of Virginia 46.2-118 , specifically prohibits them from lying, and is actually the very first line of the code of reference. They claim a bank hires them to collect vehicles, when in fact they just drive around all day and night violating businesses and citizens right to privacy by running tags parked at hotels, and Walmart and other shopping centers. waiting for one to come back on the hot sheet. and yes "owners" that is definitely a violation of privacy, the bank does not own the tags your running, and they are not on vehicle registration. i am aware that yall probably get allot of bs from people that you steal cars from, but that does not give you the right to lie, and withhold personal property or attempt to collect illegally imposed fees to obtain personal property. be professional , it literally cost you absolutely nothing to do the right thing when dealing with people that are obviously going through a negative experience, and it cost absolutely nothing to research va law, and teach it to your " lot manager" . and yes , i wrote " stealing" because your obtaining vehicles by violating peoples rights to privacy, and violating peoples rights by refusing to return personal property immediately upon request during posted business hours as required by law. by the way, when these laws where cited to the " manager" , he stated the laws don't apply to them because the vehicle was not " impounded" . again simple google search bring you right to virginia laws,, google is free.
Whoever answers their phones is disgusting. I called to inquire about my friends vehicle that that they wont release even though she paid and had a scheduled appointment. The lady was very rude and hung up the phone. All I did was mention her name and the lady went off and hung up. Very rude and unprofessional. They need to be in trouble for how they treat people.
Paid for my vehicle to be released Friday and just got called today to Male appointment for tomorrow to get my truck. And tried to make me sign a damage form and for my property before I got my truck and now my ball joints are bad after they towed my truck backwards
I’d give this place ZERO STARS if I could! If your car ends up here GO AHEAD AND CALL YOUR LEGAL REPRESENTATION!!! My car was towed by this company . after making a 1300$ payment and my vehicles release form being sent TWICE I get hung up on for asking why my car still isn’t able to be released. Not only was I hung up on but the lady at the desk ignored every call after that. I called from my husbands phone and was hung up on again after stating my name . My car’s finance company called this “company” for FORTY minutes before getting in touch with someone from a different department who could give an answer. The person stated the woman would not release my vehicle to me, but I now have to have someone else pick up my vehicle .. LEGALLY IN VA TGE OWNER of the vehicle is the one REQUIRED for vehicle release…. Since then it’s been one run around after another. My vehicle was PAID FOR. , a RELEASE NOTICE was sent TWICE TWO DIFFERENT DAYS, and an employee won’t release my vehicle because she “doesn’t like me.” … One hell of a lawsuit but save yourself the time and get a lawyer before letting them spin you in circles while acquiring storage fees !
They run their business out of a drug infested hotel and are not professional at all. Scheduled an appointment only to be told the next morning I didn't have an appointment. Even though I could tell them that woman I spoke with was at the dr. and on her way to pick up her prescription I was told I would have to reschedule for the following day because she didn't get the paperwork done.
All over rt 3 over the lines almost hit me with a car on the back almost hit another truck look like he was drunk taking up two lanes came thru turn light almost ran me in a ditch worst driving by a tow truck with name on it I’ve ever seen.
The owner is the biggest hearted guy in the industry. The staff are expert professionals. You will get the best service from this team. Highly recommend calling them before anyone else!
My driver had a totally demolished tire on 95. Not only were they the only "24 hour" towing business to answer the phone, they went above and beyond to have the car towed safely where I needed it.
These guys were great. I got in a wreck on 95 on Friday and had someone come pick us up, I moved the car off an exit and left it there. Friday I was jerked around for 6+ hours with another towing company my insurance set me up with. eventually the other company canceled my tow, at 11pm. Saturday morning after talking to the insurance again we got set up with auto savers. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was extremely nice, clear, and professional. I called to check in and the man even remembered talking to me earlier in the day. Extremely helpful. If you need a tow I recommend these folks.
Showed up at the time they said would. Very knowledgeable on towing my vehicle Unlike other towing companies I have used in the past. I knew my vehicle was in great hands with Auto Savers. Definitely would Recommend them if you care about your vehicle.

Great guys run this tow company. Quick response compared to other tow companies and are locally owned and very honest guys. They offer a large list of roadside services and more. This is definitely the place to call when in need.
They were super nice, and helped me out in my time of need! I live out of state and needed 2 tires replaced after a bad run in with a pothole, and they helped me track down a place that was still open and able to put tires on my car last minute so that I could get home. They truly went the extra mile ;)
