From when I put in the service request, my driver made it to me in 5 minutes flat. During rush hour! That’s unheard of. Maybe I was just lucky..in the right spot at the right time. Wade is the tech that got my mom's keys out the locked truck yesterday. He is also the one that got her home from Thornburg to Woodbridge a few weeks ago. Wade is absolutely awesome. He is what customer service is all about. Professional, friendly, personable, efficient, timely, and fun with an outstanding disposition. This company was great! The gentleman that I spoke with on the phone was very kind and gave great customer service. The gentleman that came out and assisted me was very knowledgeable, kind, patient and helpful. He was very proactive. He arrived to my car prior to the time I was told. It was an awesome experience. I'm glad this company helped me. 10/10 would definitely recommend AND use again.

Wayne was wonderful! I needed a tire change but unfortunately didn't have the right tool to take the lugnuts off and it was too specific of one that wouldn't have been on hand on the truck. He was quick to arrive and got my vehicle loaded up and made it to the tire shop. He also showed me how to drain water from the well that holds my spare as well as showed me how the drop box works (I've never had to use one before). I am so thankful for this company & Wayne for being so professional and courteous.
Coleman's was very professional and courteous with towing my wife's vehicle. There was an issue with the transmission and they went the extra mile to make sure that no further damage was done to her vehicle. Even with all the local traffic they got to us in a reasonable amount of time. The rates charged were extremely reasonable, the driver extremely polite, and the office staff very helpful
I have used Coleman's several times over the years with several different vehicles my family owns. They have excellent and knowledgeable drivers who have always in my experience been able to solve my problems with no issues. Every time I've had one of my vehicles towed they've taken extreme care with making sure it's secure and keeping me calm while they're loading up my vehicle to be towed. The office staff was very helpful in setting up the tow call and gave me a 15-minute call in advance to let me know that their driver was almost there. I would highly recommend Coleman's for any of your on the road vehicle needs.
I contacted this company because my mothers tire blew out. They arrived towed the truck but left her and her friend. The driver told them that he could not give them a ride. I called the company back to ask why i wasn't given that information. The first excuse was because of covid, the second was because there were 2 people. I explained that if that was the case i should have been informed and that as a professional providing a service than i should have been asked those questions. I was told by them that people usually just give them that information when they call. Not happy at all about this service today.
Told me 60 minutes for a tow when the place is a mile away from where i broke down then never showed up. had to call and when i did they said i wasnt with my vehicle. probably just a last call a worker didnt want to do. left me stranded and closed down by the time i was trying to get another person to be sent out to me. If you want fast and efficient service dont go with these jack asses.
I had such a pleasant experience with Coleman towing .My morning started off pretty rough I woke up to a flat tire and needed my vehicle towed to Walmart to get my tire replaced. I requested ERS with my insurance company Geico .Wade the driver was earlier then the ETA which was great because I was freezing ,and he was so nice and made great conversation. I work for Geico and I know A+ service when I see it and Coleman towing and Wade sure exceeded my expectations and some! Thank you so much !
