Not only did we break down in the middle of a busy intersection, but it happened while pulling our camper. The person who I talked to dispatched someone to us in under 20 minutes. Amazing! That person was Brian and he felt like a true angel who came to rescue us. I was so worried for my kids and scared we were going to get hit from behind. Brian went above and beyond to keep everyone safe. From stopping traffic multiple times to keeping my husband safe. He did everything so confidently that it really put my mind at ease. And his friendliness was unmatched! If I ever had a business, I would want a guy like Brian working for me! His confidence, knowledge, and kindness will surely take him far in life! Todd and Matrix towing are pros and extremely professional/honest. Had my truck break down outside of town at a WMA and left it over night. The following morning I called Matrix and Todd worked with me to recover my vehicle. Picked me up at my house. Helped try to see what the issue was and if we could start it. Towed my vehicle back to the shop and then offered to give me a ride home. 10/10 would recommend. Very reasonably priced and honest.
What a wonderful company!! I'm a AAA member and had to have my truck towed to the dealership for repairs. On July 16th, I had a very nice older man come out to do the tow. I'm sorry I can't remember his name, but he was very nice and friendly. He took care of everything and we had a nice chat while he was looking to truck up on the flatbed. If you need a tow, give Matrix Towing a call!
Kevin is a man of his word. He was scheduled to pick up my vehicle, he got a priority call, promised me he would return. Not only did he return before the business closed, but he drove an hour to deliver the car to the destination. Very pleased with the service, which is hard to find nowadays.

so i just found matrix towing, at 60 i’ve dealt with a few towing operations 50/50 as far as good and bad. hopefully i won’t need another, but if you do or a family member or friend does call them ! top of the line experience and what I felt was very fair pricing. i couldn’t get a space at my original location, todd towed my truck and gave me a ride home and then gave a very generous discount when it went to the shop. i have paid more for less a few times in the past …not anymore ! My wife's car broke down and we had excellent customer service from Kevin from Matrix Towing fast delivery and even waved the fee in regards to delivery. Ofnyou need a tow call them and call for Kevin!

We're AAA-premium customer and have high expectations for service. These expectations were fully met today when Brian came to rescue us and tow our minivan to our preferred repairshop. Brian literally took care of everything; dropping off our minivan, putting our keys in the dropbox, and calling us with the status.
I would never use this towing company. Drivers rude and I would not trust a driver like that with my car. If you can't drive properly you have no business towing a car.
Great company! They helped me retrieve my truck from a remote spot on Quantico MCB. They were patient and professional when working with gaining access to the base, navigating the roads, and were friendly when we finally linked up. I would 100% reccomend!!!!!
I was referred to Matrix by another tow company because they didn't have anyone close to me. Absolutely outstanding service was provided by Kevin, from Matrix. I got my vehicle towed today from one home of residence to another, and out of 4 towing companies within the Fredericksburg area, Matrix was the best value.
From dispatch, clearing giving me a towing window and call service, to Kevin, the actual tow person, coming on time and providing awesome service, clearly showing care and attention to detail on getting my vehicle from one spot to another.

As the owner of older cars I've unfortunately used quite a few tow trucks over the years. Matrix was by far the best. I called they were there 20 min later and had my 30 foot rv out of the mud in 5 minutes. The price was more than fair. Thank you again!!!!!!

We had a brand new car breakdown tonight, leaving us stranded on a dark road. They were able to get to us quickly, and Sean was wonderful. We optimistically hope that we’ll never need a tow again, but if we do, it will be Matrix. What an asset to the community.
Stuck on the side of the road for 3.5 hours, two other companies contracted through my insurance company cancelled due to snow and ice. Kevin and Matrix were there in under 30 minutes, pulled me out and got me where I needed to be. Excellent service and excellent team.
Sean Culley saved my day with Matrix Towing LLC. The AAA app was malfunctioning and was not showing the usual details of assigned driver or arrival time, etc. I was relieved to get a call directly from Sean when I was searching for an ETA. Sean was great! He loaded the car onto the flatbed quickly and efficiently, and fortunately for me, noticed another tire gash where I would never have seen one. (Thank you NYC potholes before the GWB - you owe me 2 $475 tires). Sean suggested that I might want a plan B if the dealership wasn't able to take me late, due to the traffic we were about to go through. Good advice. I made plan B and had to use it. Sean also knew a faster route compared to the GPS that showed a 5:00 p.m. arrival. He got us there by 4:45 p.m. He took me to the dealership, waited for me to buy the 2 tires, and then took me to a secondary location 2 miles away so that I could get the tires put on. I predict that anyone who knows Sean will agree with my observation of a great guy, who enjoys what he is doing, is great with people, and extremely kind.

** FRAUD ALERT ***
Matrix Towing was hired by AAA to tow my vehicle from a AAA service center to another repair center. According to AAA, this was covered. Matrix called me to tell me that it was not covered and that I needed to pay them out of pocket. This happened several times throughout the day, wasting hours of my time and keeping me from being able to use the AAA service I pay for. I'm not sure whether this was incompetence or fraud, either way stay far away from them
Matrix was great! Unable to start my truck I called AAA. Matrix was dispatched and arrived within minutes. Driver Malik was cordial, professional and after attempting to identify the problem ended up towing me to a nearby repair facility. Highly recommend Matrix.
I live in Bealeton, and just made it to the Sheets right before my tire went completely flat. It was on a Monday around 6:30pm and of course, it was raining. The air-pump at the station was not working correctly. I saw this company was attending to another vehicle and afterwards he came over and helped me out by filing my tire so I could get home safely. No charge. I didn't get his name but I will keep the business card with me.
We had an amazing experience with the famed Kevin! His reputation proceeded him and he did not disappoint! Our vintage bug broke down on a Sunday afternoon. Matrix was significantly cheaper than other companies we called and their customer service is next to none. Kevin was fast, knowledgeable and super friendly. Hopefully we won’t need to be towed again but if we do we will know who to call!
Kevin our driver is the best. He has towed 3 of cars over the last couple of years. We use aaa and matrix towing is the one they send. We couldn't be happier with the service. My car needed to be towed to Fredericksburg from Stafford and AAA sent Matrix Towing. Kevin was the driver and was the most polite and pleasant person to interact with. It was pouring rain and he wouldn’t let me move my car or do anything other than to stay dry while he got my car on the flatbed. I have dealt with many tow companies over the years and Kevin, by far, was the nicest tow man I’ve interacted with. Thank you, Kevin, for your kindness and professionalism.
AAA dispatched Matrix to assist me on 95. The driver called me to tell me an ETA and to confirm my location and also what the charge would be. He arrived when he said he would. He was very professional and friendly. We even had a nice conversation as he drove me and my vehicle to our destination. I highly recommend Matrix Towing.
Stuck on Route 17 and Matrix to the rescue! Arrived earlier than estimated ETA, Reattached my rear wheel, towed my car 60-miles, dropped car off at my preferred service center and did it all safely and efficiently. Excellent service!
My mom got a flat tire last night as she was leaving my apartment. I called this company since we were waiting a long time for her roadside assistance, and they arrived very quickly and were very polite! Kevin was the driver that came out to help. He was very kind and even jump started my car (I left the hazards on and my battery died ). He put air in my mom's spare after changing the tire to make sure she could make it home safely. I 100% recommend this company!
