Before our big snow storm, I called multiple places to arrange for someone to plow our 1/8 of mile long drive way. Most companies were already booked with commercial businesses and wouldn’t consider a residential drive way. Friends suggested North Star Towing. I called North Star, they agreed to take our business despite how extremely busy they were. North Star Towing was timely, efficient, courteous and thorough. They did a wonderful job for a very reasonable rate. They were very respectful of the property too. I am extremely grateful for the fantastic service we received. Thank you, North Star Towing!
I recently used North Star Towing for two towing jobs. The first tow, from my house to the mechanic, went smoothly and without any issues. However, the second tow, from the mechanic to the salvage yard, did not go as planned. The driver mistakenly took my truck to the wrong salvage yard, which resulted in an hour-long wait for them to correct the mistake. While the company admitted that the error was due to a miscommunication between the office and the driver, they did not offer any further discount for the inconvenience caused. Stating it was already a discounted rate. It would be beneficial if, in the future, the driver confirmed the delivery address with the person paying for the tow to avoid such issues. Overall, the initial service was satisfactory, but the mix-up on the second tow was disappointing. I hope they improve their communication process to prevent similar problems in the future.
Great towing company, I called them in the morning and within a few hours they were able to get my car towed from Woodbridge to Fredericksburg to get worked on, reasonably priced, polite, quick, and efficient A+++
I’ve dealt with Alex and Mike, and they’re both awesome guys and easy to work with! Prices are reasonable, too. Will definitely recommend North Star if anyone I know needs a tow!
The guy who helped us, Mike, was very professional and polite. He told me the price upfront, didn't surprise me with any extra fees, and got the job done efficiently. I hope I don't need my car towed again, but if I do I'm choosing North Star.

I broke down on 95 late on a Sunday evening. They came out quickly and towed my car 50 miles back home. He had room in his truck for the entire family including a car seat and our family dog! Rates were vary fair. Thank you again!

They were able to tow my car out of my steep driveway that has a 90° turn right before the carport the car was in. Had one other company I contacted before North Star tell me they didn’t have the equipment to do it. Will definitely be using North Star for all my towing needs
