Coleman towing co. has towed my lowered Honda civic a number of times. Never had one issue getting my vehicle on the truck. Never broke or bent any parts ever. I will continue to use their services when needed. I highly recommend to use these guys if you have a lowered or modified vehicle, or you just care about your car and don’t want it damaged.
Mike helped with towing my disabled Volkswagen and he was great. It’s not often you run into good people these days. He took a stressful situation and helped me resolve it. Thank you!!
Reached out for a quote, the lady on the phone was not helpful, judgy and sounded RELIEVED when we just decided to call another company, which was quick, friendly, and the cheapest in town! I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone who sounds black to use this company. PS: this wasn’t the first time we reached out, we just forgot to leave a review! Also leaving this for ourselves so we know next time don’t even bother calling this company! Crazy thing is we operate a car rental agency to which we would’ve used them religiously! I scheduled a pickup/drop off for my vehicle. The communication from them was great. Their drivers were running behind because of other customers were not timely with showing up to pay. So this impacted my time, however their folks were excellent with letting me know where they were at and how long it would be. This company did a great job and the driver was amazing and super polite.

Any terrain and backroads up the east coast, they’ll take care of you, communicate effectively, promptly get you to from A to B quicker than the estimated time.
I would like to update my previous review. John, the driver who picked up my husband, was amazing! The review wouldn't allow me to change the stars when I was writing my first review (I thought the 2 stars were for the company not the person). John was wonderful, friendly and helpful.
We have since discovered that Geico was at fault in regards to their systems. Geico is always really helpful, but in this instance they left us hanging for 6 hours waiting for a tow.
We would use COLEMAN TOWING again, if needed.
Normally I would leave a good survey after service but I did not receive one so I came here to leave a review instead and hope it finds the right guys who helped me. On 7/11/24 my insurance company dispatched Coleman Towing and Motor Company for a dead battery on my car. My insurance company typically has always dispatched Coleman for lockouts or dead batteries before and I have always been pleased with their service. Unfortunately for me, my car had to be towed to the dealership rather than jumpstarted and the 2 gentleman who showed up from Coleman to assist me were fantastic. They got there before the estimated time and quickly loaded my car up onto the truck with care. My father and I followed them to the dealership where my father asked what would typically be a strange question. He asked one of the drivers if it would be possible if he could take the battery out of his (my dad’s) car’s trunk and move it to my cars trunk so it would be there in the morning for repair. The young man did not even question the odd request (since I’m sure usually he wouldn’t be asked to do something like that) and he couldn’t have known that my dad has Parkinson’s disease and was feeling particularly bad from not taking his medicine that evening due to the crisis with my car. I just wish I could praise that driver by name for doing that small extra act of service for my dad without a second thought. Thank you Coleman Motor Company again for the exceptional service and for employing knowledgeable, respectful drivers. I hope I do not need service from you guys any time soon but when I do, I always know I’m in great hands!
****Public Service Announcement: Had to have my car towed today, I had Pearl Anne with me and informed Geico that she would need to ride with me....they sent Coleman Motor Co. to pick the car and us up, they were expecting me to make my Pearl Anne ride inside my car on the back of the rollback, with window that would not roll up. Lori in the office @ Coleman's said they can't let dogs inside the truck its a liability for those allergic and would require the driver to clean his truck before his next tow job. Uhhh ok a fur member of a person's family being safe and not traumatized is worth 20 mins for the driver to clean a single cab truck... my Pearl was not and did not ride in the car on the rollback under no circumstances... I'll walk first. *****Make mote if your out with your fur family member and need a tow truck unless you want them inside the towed vehicle DO NOT CALL COLEMAN MOTOR CO. They are NOT animal friendly*****
Jeff Stembaugh is the BEST tow truck driver ever! His truck is clean with a nice neutral scent in the cabin. This really matters, as I am wearing a white outfit! My outfit is still spotless even though he dropped me off at the dealership a few minutes ago! Jeff is friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate, and an expert with decades of experience. He takes pride in his work and it shows. // The Coleman dispatcher was of equal caliber, helpful, and a great problem solver who corrected several errors (incorrect information received from my insurance company)! They cared enough to take the time to verify the data they received. Excellent customer service! Thanks a million!

Coleman’s is amazing and the drivers are always great to talk to and make the whole process a lot easier. Lewis was fantastic and took great care of my car today after it blew 2 tires. Even chatted with me as he drove it to my preferred shop. A++ for customer service. They are also always quick and reliable. :)
Dispatch was courteous, polite and attentive. The driver got there before the estimated time. He as well was polite. He reaffirmed the destination of the truck(2018 gmc Sierra) and allowed to get everything I needed out of the vehicle.
Went through my insurance & needed a tow for my Extremely Low Subaru. Jeff was the guy they sent me & I gotta say 10/10. He was extremely friendly & took extra precautions to make sure my car got loaded & unloaded without damage. If I ever need another tow this is the company I’ll be using 100%
Amazing company! Knowledgeable, quick, and fairly priced. We had a trailer loaded with 45k worth or product that had half of the landing gear sunk into the ground, and jacked the trailer up on to 2 outside tires. Coleman's was able to PU with one pull!
Corey was our Tow Tech, he was great. Looked for potential issues before executing the lift, he kindly took off the glad hands to prevent damage.

I own Iron Pig Off Road in Fredericksburg and we had purchased a new piece of equipment that was too large to move with our forklift. After several days of trying to find a suitable forklift or rigging company to handle the job we contacted Coleman Towing. They came out right away and got the job done quickly and professionally.
