I was extremely impressed with precision towing. The driver was quick to respond was very courteous friendly had great customer service skills. I will definitely be reaching out to precision towing if I have any other issues and have to have a vehicle towed. Would definitely recommend them to anybody, thank you for coming to my sons rescue in a timely manner.
Wow! We have had two recent tows with Precision. The first one was a complicated one from DC to Spotsylvania. The second one was from Spotsylvania all the way to Chesapeake. Precision completed both jobs with speed and at very reasonable prices! We highly recommend them and will use them any time we need reliable, responsible towing!

On Tuesday October 24th while out running errands a ball joint broke on my car and I needed a tow. I called several companies for a quote and Precision Towing not only had the best quote but by far the best customer service. When they showed up to tow my car and inspected it, it was a bit more complicated than expected. However Bruce, the tow truck driver worked some magic and somehow prepared it for towing. I highly recommend Precision Towing. They made a difficult situation a little less stressful.

They got to my within 45mins and made light work of my non running vehicle I just bought.(Fuel Pump =Bad) great service most affordable service in the area and even called me back with a better price. The driver was really cool. Would use again.
I had no issues with the driver himself. The driver was very good and quick.. My only issue was the level of stress caused by the owner with all the problems of my day and on top of my second vehicle I was driving that decided to also break down. He elected to charge me an extra 150.00 for not even 3 miles to drop both my vehicles at same location. I likely will not ever use there service again. Nor recommend them
Excellent service. I was broke down on I95 at rush hour 300 miles from home and did not know who to call. These guys were referred by a good Samaritan who stopped to see if he could help. Gave them a call and they were there in 30 min. I knew what was wrong with my truck and told them when i called and they had part ready to go when they unloaded my truck at shop and had me going in an hour. Service and price excellent. Thanks Bruce for everything you did to get me going.
Precision was very fast and very professional. I was given an ETA that was well worth reason and they still got there before the ETA. I have use several towing companies but precision was by far the best.
