One of their drivers tried to run me and my son off the road as they were traveling through Williamsburg area. The driver was an older bald Caucasian male. The truck number was 108 and the license plate was UC34-301. Whoever drives this vehicle shouldn’t be allowed on the road. The driver put his bright lights on and almost caused me to crash and then proceeded to follow me like a road rage person for multiple miles.
Bought a door for my 1990 NA Miata MX-5 and was honestly a little nervous regarding not being able to pull it myself, but they proved me so wrong! The door came out perfect and without any scratches. All for an affordable price too. If you're really wondering whether to purchase a part that someone here pulls, do it!
Being in the automotive business for 24+ years I've dealt with many salvage yards for used engines and this by far was one of if not the best used engine . I purchased a used engine for an OLD Volvo B230FT and the way it was removed was TOP NOTCH no wires chopped cut ripped off etc engine was as they stated and exceeded my expectations . HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Salesman was helpful and apologetic but it took nine weeks to receive a warranty payment , that included my calling many times.
I paid for the warranty for $45 per hour and received 33.73 per hour

Ordered a part with them the first time I went it was a completely different part I ordered and they tried to tell me that I did order that part until I pulled out the receipt. Waited weeks for the next part and it wouldn't work because the clamp was broken . I do not trust them
We ordered a compressor on Thursday and they said it would arrive the next day (Friday). They gave me a tracking number and receipt of purchase. I call today, Friday, and they tell me that they did not send the part to us (Harrisonburg). Now I have to explain to my customer who is traveling from New Jersey heading south, that there are people that do not take their job seriously. Customer unfortunately has to waste more time and money in a hotel until part arrives TBD. Please do not waste your time here.
Rigoberto was incredible in helping locate a passenger side mirror for my 2019 Hyundai Veloster. He gave me his phone number and extension and told me to call anytime with any questions I would have. He walked me through the process patiently. When I placed the the order, he took pictures for me to see so I could evaluate the condition of the side mirror. I feel he went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. HE WAS WONDERFUL!

This is one fantastic auto parts place. I cant even describe how pleased I am with the service, product and delivery I received just outstanding! the prices are great and the truck cap I ordered came with everything it needed to go on my truck . I bought 2 engines, 2 transmissions, one cluster and few other smaller parts and this place got it covered. NOT the cheapest in terms of parts but their stuff always worked. If you want to get the job done in the first time, then you have to call in these people. I ordered an engine from American Auto Salvage in Wood bridge because it was $400 cheaper and it came with an engine knock!!! Like who does that??? So I had to call M & M and they sent one that purrs.. Please do not jack up the prices M & M and we always send people over your way... Please buy more pickup trucks for your junk yard.
I've been looking for a winch bumper for quite some time. M&M had just the right one for me. Great price and outstanding service. I even had one of the guys offer to match it with another he knew about in the yard. I'll be back!

The workers of this shop , screw the customer, they sell the parts almost the same price of new parts . Some customers they get very happy because they dont know the exact price. They think they got with discount. Always get an estimate at least from 2 other shop
And customer service is good ,but some of them are racist. M.F
Bought a passenger seat here for a good price, they had it pulled for me to inspect it it under 20 minutes, and you can see they do well on keeping parts out of the weather. Very pleased with the service.
I ordered a part over a week ago and the part hadn't arrived after a week (they're only about 40 miles away). When I called to check the status, the gentleman seemed really unconcerned with the fact that my order was over a week late. Instead of my part arriving in 2 days, it will be more like 10-12. Clearly a customer service error since, I've ordered a identical part from them & it arrived in 2 days.
I drove more than 5 hours to pick up a seat from M&M Auto Parts and would do it again. The seat had been kept indoors, out of the weather and is in great shape! I got a great discount and the best customer service I've ever seen.
Called an they had my part, when I got there the part was out front for me to inspect,it was the right part and in good shape, also great service,i live to hours away an Lara was such great help finding my part and helping with directions, great is all I can say
The staff is friendly and helpful and they have an accurate inventory of all of their auto parts which are mostly from insurance wrecks. I found the prices to be quite good as well. This is a large sister branch of their location in Stafford. I was in and out quickly when I purchased a wheel and when I returned the core.
