Plan on spending hours in this store , everytime I visit it's at least 2 hours , store owners are knowledgeable and friendly and don't seem to mind window shopping and making questions . I've made a couple of purchases over the years and when we have family from overseas visit this store is always on the itinerary . Pricing is reasonable and the fact the store owners know what their talking about makes it a must visit for anyone looking at older firearms . I would recommend that husbands leave their phones to ensure an uninterrupted short ( 2 hour) visit
Like a history museum, very cool, enjoyed taking my teenage son there. The gentlemen were exceptionally helpful and accommodating, so we were really there just to check them out we were not really purchasing but who knows. God bless the second amendment. Quite fascinating.

AMAZING shop! Run buy a really good group of guys who know what they are talking about. HUGE selection and very fair prices. Went in looking for a bayonet for my trap door and the guys not only let me bring the Remington trap door inside to see if it fit they cleaned it for FREE! Ended up walking out with the bayonet and a gorgeous 1901 Winchester 30/30. 1000% worth the 40min drive
I just purchased an M1 Carbine cal .30 rifle, an M1 bayonet and an M3 fighting knife, plus a holster, in three separate trips and am simply thrilled with it all. Terrific prices, knowledgeable service from a veteran who knew his stuff. I couldn't have asked for more. I'll go back!
My father and I visited a couple weeks ago and we were very impressed with the selection of antiques. Hard to believe all of those treasures are in one place. Owner is super friendly and enjoyed visiting his shop!

The proprietor, Cliff Sofia, is one of perhaps half a dozen people in the entire country with such a vast knowledge of martial collectables. I read a previous review giving him a bad review for purportedly selling a fake. I would ask, who authenticated it. There is nobody more qualified than Cliff to authenticate it, and Cliff's integrity is beyond reproach, so I have to presume that the item was correct. You can go wrong at CS Arms.
My friend bought a WW2 Era SS Cup that was sold as an original item. My friend took an experienced authenticator and he revealed that this cup was never even designed or used by the SS EVER. This item was not even made of the correct material. They don't even bother to make their fakes copies. Very disappointed.
An absolutely amazing firearms and militaria store. Definitely worth a trip to visit. Everything is museum quality and you could search for hours and keep finding new things!
I have bought and sold a number of items through CS Arms. In all my dealings, I have been impressed with their knowledge and integrity. Cliff Sophia, the proprietor is a genial host and a fount of knowledge on antique weapons, and is more than happy to share his information even if there is no prospect of a potential purchase or sale involved. CS Arms usually has a great stock of interesting arms, especially of civil war vintage, and is well worth a stop if only to browse.
