Contracted them through my insurance. They arrived and towed a car in a challenging situation. They were polite and communicated with me every step of the way. I wasn't able to be there but they handled everything.
My car got caught in a snowbank and JC Towing responded quickly. He kept me posted as to arrival time and arrived much faster than expected. Very professional and efficient. Would highly recommend JC!

Sounds easy - well that's how it should be. But the other places k called couldn't give me an estimated time of pickup or didn't pickup cars broken down on a street corner
Seriosly I don't get why more places aren't as easy to work with as JC
Got stranded last night on the side of 66 West. They came by super fast and put the spare tire on my car for me! Would 10/10 recommend and very fair prices. Also they kept me updated on their eta which is very helpful when stuck in the dark
