I placed two accessories orders back in November 10th and 13th through Ford which totaled 8 items. Ford indicated both order were delivered to the dealer on November 16th and 19th... I being calling and emailing the parts departments every other day since, but the manager Matthew Rajoo who is the only person in Koons that can search/see accessories orders or help located my parts only answered my calls twice. He said on both occasions my parts were not there, and he couldn't see my order or name anywhere (he never really contacted me, got him on the phone by pure luck both times)... After over a month keeping my parts hostage and after I started looking for help elsewhere Matthew Rajoo decided to get involved... Last thing he told me is that he think he found my parts, but needed my order information so he could confirm (I had sent my orders info 20+ times to Koons at this point). As of 12/18/2021 I'm still waiting for that confirmation...
Update:
I was able to pick up 6 out of the 8 items this morning, but still missing the two biggest and more expensive parts… Parts that were delivered 33 days ago and still counting.
8 days do replace the catalytic converter of my Ecosport. Anyone called to me 7 days after. I went till there and waited for almost 2h to hear from Martin that it would be ready next day. I went there again in the end of the day and it wasn't done. I saw someone driving my car into the shop to do the job. My car was there just parked and receiving ZERO attention for 8 days. I'm sure Everyone agrees that it should be done in no more than 1 day. It is an really disrespectful situation. I'll give 1 star cause it's impossible give ZERO. A CHILD could do this work in 1 hour....but they just parked my car and did NOTHING for 8 days.
I needed help with a wiring diagram on a part I brought in. Jason gave me several minutes of his time and found the part in his system, researched the wiring diagram and printed it all out for me to take with me, even though there was no "sale" involved. Service like you would more so expect back-in-the-day. Thank you Jason.
