Had a great experience with them. Very friendly and professional. Through insurance, I was reccomended them for a lockout. The gentleman had my car unlocked in 3 minutes.
Roadside assistance initially matched me with Blairs, but they did not show up. Seven corners then save the day, Showing up quicker than expected And fixing the problem!
Had a great experience with Tony on the phone. Tow was there in 20 minutes, and they drove my vehicle 30 miles away to Olney, MD with no issues whatsoever.
Hung up on me. Really??? I can’t see how they are still running as a business. I spoke calm and nicely although they Lied about their ETA and stop at another claim before mine. The location where my are is closed the gates on me. My car is still in the same location. Have to get my car towed since this company does not do towing. My insurance company needs to drop them as a tow provider. Waiting 3 hours! Rude customer service! Do not recommend unless you want crab like attitude and to be hung up on. Or and I forgot lied too as well.
Requested a tow through my insurance when I was disabled. Trey arrived pretty quickly (~1 hour) and took great care of my vehicle! We arrived at my preferred shop quickly and I was on my way! It was an awful day, but Trey’s service was a blessing!
This company is horrible. The tow driver Wilbur left my vehicle stranded while I was on the phone with my insurance company. This is worst service I have ever experienced. BAD PEOPLE
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Through insurance, this company came to tow my car. Despite having been very clear that I had 2 left tires flat and would need a flat bed truck, they sent the wrong kind of truck. I was told it would be an hour, they didn't arrive until at least 30 minutes after that. He was nice enough when he arrived and said that he could change one of the tires so he could tow it instead of waiting who knows how long for another truck. He asked for my wheel key, which I gave to him to be able to change my tire. When the car arrived at the garage, they could not find the key, despite the tower's insistence that he left it in the trunk. It cost me additional money to have them break the locks to be able to get the tires off my car. The worker continued to ignore my phone calls and when I called the towing company, I was told that it wasn't their fault, I had to call my insurance company, and then was told, "I'm busy, I don't have time for this, I'm hanging up now," and then SHE HUNG UP ON ME. It is completely unprofessional and unacceptable that any business would ever hang up on a customer who was trying to deal with an issue like this. To quote another review, I wish I could give them negative stars.
Horrible. I requested a tow through my insurance - I never received a call for ETA, I had to call. After I found out that it would take an hour I followed up only to be told that I needed to wait another 30 minutes - the owner told me he was not a psychic and couldn’t give me a proper ETA. He then proceeded to cancel my request. Highly unprofessional, would never use again. I wish I could give negative stars.
Called to find out if they could help put an SUV onto an auto transport trailer. The person answering the phone got exasperated after a couple of minutes of gently explaining to them what the scenario was. They blurted out "we can't do it, have a good day SIR," and hung up in my face.
I had to wait almost 3 hours from when I initially ordered and paid for the service for towing company to come to my location. They had no problem taking payment right away however. No follow up at all from customer service staff, I had to contact them multiple times to find out an ETA which kept changing. Once the tow truck driver Mike finally arrived, he was efficient in getting my car where it needed to be. However, I would find another towing company if you need a tow done right away.
My experience with this establishment has been anything but smooth. I called my insurance company because I needed my car towed to my local dealership. They told me the day before that Seven Corner would pick up my car at 6:30 a.m and I got a text confirming my appointment. Long story short the tow-truck driver took 80 minutes to come and when I tried to call the main office the front desk the man was very rude and inconsistent with telling me where the driver was. He hung up on me twice and yelled at me for asking for the arrival status. Do not invest your time or money into this place , they are unprofessional and inconsiderate of customers time.
