This towing service was fantastic all around. Brad was very responsive and arrived quickly to tow my car early on a Sunday morning. The price was great and I would highly recommend this towing service.
I sent an email, immediately got a reply and a phone number to text Brad. He was amazing, delt with us needing to change dates, and helped us with our battery and towing our car out of very small apartment garage. He was kind, professional and very helpful.

I was in a scary car accident during a heavy rainstorm. Thankfully I wasn’t seriously injured but my car was totaled and I was very shaken. Brad arrived on the scene within minutes and made sure I was OK. He waited until I was in the care of law enforcement and family before towing my car. The entire process was quick and efficient, exactly what you’d want in that situation. Brad is friendly, professional, and quick to respond. Brad is more of a hero than a tow guy. I called when our truck broke down on 66 in rush hour traffic and he was there in minutes! Also, a very handy mechanic and you can’t beat his prices. He’s become our go to guy for all our needs.
I had broke down at around 8 pm on Sunday night in Tyson’s corner on 495. My insurance was saying 4-5 hours till they could get a tow truck to me. A friend had recommended Brad with TowBoss towing so I gave him a call. Before the phone call was over , Brad said he was already on his way! . He was there within 10 minutes. I had a broken ball joint and with a mixture of tools and special equipment Brad put my Car on his flatbed with doing no more damage to it. His expertise and experienced was noted and VERY MUCH appreciated.

Has to be the best guy I’ve ever met. On my way back home from PA to Myrtle beach sc my Mercedes broke down, radiator and hoses broke along with a flat tire. I called Brad who showed up quicker then I could blink to get me my wife and two children off the busy hwy. Drove us to his house due to businesses being closed he put us up in a hotel and let us borrow his personal vehicle until the next day, then helped me find parts for my car. Brad took his time out of his day to even help me install the new parts and help me get on my way back home. He noticed we didn’t have much money and really enjoyed our company so all this work and time he spent on us to tell us $100 is all he needed as payment. Couldn’t have asked for a better guy. Usually tow truck drivers get a bad name for their shady actions! I can say without a shadow of a doubt if I ever need a tow again no matter what part of the country I am in I want one as kind hearted and respectful as Brad was to us. Treated us like family, thank you brad
Brad was super helpful and highly professional. We had a terrible weekend with two cars being out of service and he was super prompt ( even in a weekend). Cost was roughly half of what our mechanics recommend service was.
HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend!!! We were on our way to the outer banks and our tire BLEW on 495. It was an incredibly dangerous situation and Hyundai Bluelink was going to be 2 hours, so we called Brad. He was on scene within 20 minutes, had us safely to the tire dealership within minutes and when they told us it was going to be a two hour wait, Brad offered to buy the tire and change it back at his place!!! Which he did and we were back on the road within an hour! He was a godsend, super reasonable, extremely kind and just an all around amazing guy. You can’t go wrong calling him!!!!

TowBoss Towing was dispatched through my roadside assistance when my hybrid ran out of gas. Brad was an absolute lifesaver! The car still wouldn't start after he put the gas in and needed a "hard reset" as he called it. Roadside assistance wouldn't authorize the payment, and I didn't have the funds to pay out of pocket, but Brad still did what needed to be done to get me running again and back out on the road. His card states "where customer service matters," and he means that. Truly. If I could give Brad and TowBoss Towing 100 stars, I would! Best roadside service ever! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Brad! You're an angel!
I was on my way from Pennsylvania back home to South Carolina with my family when my car broke down on the beltway! The radiator, belt and a Pully all broke. I was freaking out because this was a Sunday and I knew nothing would be open! I called the Tow Boss and ended up getting the coolest tow guy I’ve ever met in my life, God definitely sent us an Angel who’s name is Brad! Not only did he come tow us super fast, but he also gave us a way to get around to get the parts for our vehicle, hooked us up with the right people to get the parts we needed, and him and his friend helped my husband change the parts on our vehicle! EXTREMELY well priced and all around just a genuine person! People like Brad are hard to find these days we were definitely blessed thank you so much for everything! If you’re ever in need of a tow guy The Tow Boss is the way to go!!!
Super grateful I found this place! Brad was amazingly helpful and helped me find a place that would repair my transmission near me. He arrived within about 20 min of placing the call. He was pleasant and good humored and honestly brought me so much peace for such a stressful situation!
