Mahad at AutoZone was extremely helpful when I came in with a badly corroded battery on my wife’s 2018 Ford Mustang. He tested my old battery, helped me pick the right replacement, and even installed it on the spot while cleaning up all the corrosion and making sure the connections were solid. He really knows his stuff; turns out he also drives a 2024 Mustang V8, so he immediately understood what my car needed. Great service, knowledgeable guy, and someone who genuinely cares about helping customers.

came in just for a car battery but got much more than that, thanks to AJ, Thursday and Mike who went above and beyond to help replace the old battery terminal that wouldn’t let my car turn on. Mike checked to make sure i had power steering fluid and offered to put in some for me. 11/10 service, thanks to the crew who helped!
While the store inside is clean, well organized and well stocked, the outside is trashy and needs a simple sweeping. Makes the location not at all enticing. When checking out, I used a credit card and the AutoZone rep didn’t ask if I needed a bag or say thank you, just walked away while I was in the middle of my transaction. Not coming back to this location! Just not a good customer service experience-do better
Get customer support here staff are friendly and helpful. They even changed my battery when it suddenly went out and couldn’t turn the car off!

This place confirms why I absolutely hate AutoZone!!! I was in the store for about 10min making a purchase and not a single employee, there were 5 on the floor, asked if I needed any assistance. There was a rep on a phone call with a customer and he was basically yelling instead of picking up the handset like a professional would have done. I was looking for a tool and an employee pushed his way in front of me without a single "excuse me " AutoZone is the Home Depot of the automotive world. They are just there for a job and not to help the customer. The manager should be ashamed of his "employees "

So weird!! I go into Autozone 06077 to inquire about the obd reading for my rear camera. The sale associate didn’t give me her name but a left turn to rude and starts insisting the reader won’t diagnose the camera. I explained to her I have watched several tutorials online about repairing the back up camera etc. I wanted to know if it’s a sensor or camera…a diagnosis!! She them proceeds to explain to a co-workers,” because he’s watched a thousand videos the scanner should work!!”
In the end, I writing a review because I’m tired of receiving bad service at places that are supposed to help inspire and educate the customer. Do better store #06077

Got exactly what I needed thanks to Nasstasia (sorry if I misspelled your name!), she made sure I didn't buy the wrong part and tried to see if there were other, more affordable options for me.
This store has terrible service and staff lack of professionals acknowledgement and skills. I asked for purchase a car battery and one guy came out with a computer to testing my battery of the car, but he said my battery is in good condition that's made me mad because it doesn't start my car for several days and it's a battery over 4 years I purchased in another store of auto zone.he asked me to start the engine but it couldn't, he said battery is good and maybe the alternator is bad need to replaced. I was so angry because these days I need using the jumper with another car to get my car starting, if the alternator is bad even using jumper you couldn't start the engine neither, that's comend sence. So I
I just insist change out my 9ld battery but I never know none of them knows how to change the battery. They used the wrong tools and couldn't release and tighten up the battery screws. It's the first time I got this bad experience in a auto zone store. And they said 'im not a mechanic". It almost made me crazy. If I order an alternator will they paid their errors? You auto zone couldn't hired such a guys like this for attending public service, I paid $219 for a new battery and 4 years ago it was $112, it means more than 100% increased the same product in the same store. More, I received such a service response and I've to install my battery by myself using the right tools.
Had a great experience today. Went in to exchange a car battery still under warranty and the staff was able to quickly verify in the system and I walked out with a brand new battery at no charge in under 10 min. Very kind and professional staff.

The guy was super helpful, and they were BUSY! He still gave me his full attention until the issue was confirmed. I’d ask that politics not be discussed but otherwise, perfect interaction! She said you can use the self register. I didn’t even know there was a self register
It happens that the register only takes card. I told her I only had cash. She said , ask the other guy
I had to leave the gallon of oil there

Wished I could offer up a zero. Seemingly have no clue on basic communication or customer service skills. What happened to me has to be isolated. Can't possibly be a day to day occurrence!! The doors would be boarded!!

The lady who works here is super rude. I called ahead to ask and confirm they could do a battery test and then an alternator/starter test. They said no problem. I come in and this lady is very rude, tests my battery, says nothings wrong. I said okay can you please test my alternator and starter? She gets upset and annoyed and says I never asked when I clearly did. Then she says the stores testing machine doesn’t work and just straight up walks away. Doesn’t offer to help or give any advice just walks away. I had to follow her inside to confirm there was nothing more I could do. This place seems really poorly run. Why tell me you can do a test and make me drive all the way over just to tell me you actually can’t perform the test because you do not prepare your testing devices??

I was in need of a new battery so I went to the auto zone of Arlington Blvd in Falls Church and they didn't only replaced my battery at no charge but also gave me great information on the maintenance of it. They were very thorough, even cleaning some residue from the battery connectors in the bitter cold of January. I want to specially single out Yaw Osei, the store manager who was extremely helpful and very professional. I recommend everybody to come here.
A hose fitting on my car broke, leaving me waiting for a tow truck. While waiting I looked up the specific part to ask for it at the dealership only to be told it would have to be ordered.
Fortunately Auto Zone was one of the search results, in stock and better made than OEM.
My battery died on me out of nowhere, and with my model of car a few places I called told me that it would be too tricky to replace or that they just couldn't help me--but one of the employees here, Yaw, took a look and said yeah it might be a little tough, but he could get it done no problem. He really saved me a bunch of time and money, he had a great attitude and provided excellent customer service. Thanks again man!

Very convenient location on Route 50 in Falls Church. Quick shopping trip for Arlington, Merrifield and Falls Church customers. Very helpful and friendly staff. This trip they didn’t have what I needed, headlight cleaner, but they pointed me to the closest location that did. Easy parking and space to do some work in your car if necessary.
I do not know if this is a new location but hey guys they got the best employees in the whole VA. I dealt with all of them they’re all awesome specially Carlos idk if he is a manger but he has the experience I needed to fix my Mazda 6 2009 plus he seems to be a good guy god plus him. Always come here for auto parts they got you! Peace.
