This isn’t my first time visiting an AutoZone (including this particular AutoZone), but this was the first time I truly appreciated *all* the things they can do. I got back from being away for a week to find my car battery had died. I jumped the battery and drove to this AutoZone on Monday morning and it was surprisingly busy. Despite being busy, all three associates that were behind the counter were friendly and they kept the lines moving at a pretty good pace. When it got to be my turn, the associate (I didn’t get his name) came out with me to check my battery and it turns out it was bad so I needed a new one. I went inside and purchased the new battery and the man that rang me up was called to help another associate with their customer. Since he knew I needed help with my battery replacement, he asked Corey if Corey could help me change my battery and Corey, of course, said yes. Corey explained what to do/what not to do when changing a battery. I really appreciated him not just helping me out but explaining it and not making me feel silly for not knowing how to do it. Once we got the battery in, he asked me to turn my car on to check that nothing else was happening/no engine lights were on. I said “just this one, but I’m not quite sure what it means” and I pointed to one. He looked at it and told me it’s likely air pressure in the tires and that they can check that too. He went inside and got this machine that not only jumps batteries but also can check your air pressure. And sure enough it was that tire. I was really impressed with not only Corey’s knowledge, but his professionalism and friendliness, especially since they were so busy it would be easy to get overwhelmed. After all, AutoZone isn’t like a gas station where you go and get gas or a soda and keep it moving, you likely need assistance. Big thanks to Corey and the rest of his team for their help and their positive attitude! Hopefully I won’t need to frequent an auto parts store but if I do, I’ll be coming here.

I went in for a battery to find out it was my alternator . I received great service from an employee named Corey and he provided the diagnostic and the part needed to replace it. He was not only courteous but also knowledgeable in car parts and was patient in handling providing the information to someone who doesn’t know.

Hello my name is anthony.and I am going on 60 yrs old not once have I ever took the time to right a review of service I got.but I had to on this young man named "Cory" this young man was so kind and helped me with so many issues that I had.wiper blades.diagnostic test.priced a few other parts.his customer service was so wonderful.its not often you go in a store and someone treats you like your family .always letting me know that he was there for me.i just wanted to thank auto zone for having such a great guy that treats a customer like a friend.so to me this is the type of place I would come to even if the price was a lil higher.even though that's not the case.but customer service goes farther then people realize.people stop going to places when they aren't treated kind.and people stick with places they are treated like family..please hold on to this young man..he is rare...thank you auto zone.i am happy with my experience at auto zone today and I will continue to come to this location..

I always receive excellent customer service from Jason at AutoZone. He is extremely patient, takes the time to listen, and explains everything with clear expertise when it comes to cars and the right parts. Every visit with him has been a positive experience, and I always leave confident that I got exactly what I needed. Because of Jason’s professionalism and helpfulness, I don’t even want to shop at any other auto parts store. He is truly the reason I keep coming back. So thank you Jason!

Fransico - helped me with buying a battery, and it's great that employees will install a new battery. But this old battery had been in the car since I bought it used- this is at least 7 years. Which says alot for the old battery, but he spent a lot more time wrenching all the old rust and decay in order to remove the old battery. All with patience and a smile. Army vet at their best, it was a great situation from an anxious one. Thank you!

Fast service to diagnose a check engine light. Got the machine and used it myself since the cashier was the only one working. Was able to pull the code and get it printed within 10 minutes.

TL;DR: This AutoZone is the BEST in the DMV! GO HERE anytime you need anything! Full story: Every time I have gone in there they were so incredibly kind and helpful. For example, just yesterday my windshield wiper blades were making the icky noise when the blade runs out so I needed new ones, but it was raining. I bought the blades and told Matthew(the customer service agent) I would return the next day to get help putting them on since it was raining. But Matthew said "no ma'am I can do it right now!" shocked, I said "but its raining out there", and he responded "it's no problem, it's my job!" So he went out and put them on. I was so incredibly grateful, but also so impressed by his service I just had to review. I hope Matthew gets the recognition he deserves for his dedication to his work and his great attitude. Honestly, everyone that works there are so helpful anytime I have gone in for something. Thanks for the impeccable customer service! BEST AUTOZONE STORE.

Horrible customer service. The line for the register was almost out of the store. I had the part pulled up on my phone from the AutoZone website. The staff member went to look and said they didn't have it. He stated, "if they did have it, it's scattered in the section somewhere." I needed a wrench for the part. I asked if he could tell me which wrench to buy. He told me without having the part in hand, he doesn't know. I googled, went and found the part myself and left. Stopped by another Autozone and the cashier gave me the correct wrench within 2 minutes of showing him the picture.

Went to the store on a very busy Saturday to get windshield wiper blades. All of the staff were dealing well with the crowd and helping to check people out as quickly as possible. In particular, James was terrific. I didn't know what size wiper blade I needed, so he looked it up and found the right size. He also installed the wiper blades for me, which was incredibly helpful. I will definitely come back when I need auto accessories and hope James is there when I do!

Darwin in the commercial section is the worst person you can deal with in this AutoZone. I've done some business here for almost a decade but this guy is something exceptional. He kept asking about my account number which I provided he end up putting the wrong number on his end because he can barely focus on see what he was doing. I'm really disappointed by this guy and how he treats his customers.

I called this morning to confirm (because this store is 30 minutes from my house) that they had a replacement low beam headlight for my car, which they said they did, and then I asked if someone in the store could replace it for me, and the guy said yes, as long as nothing is required to be removed from the car to get to the headlight (like the engine, battery, etc.) So I go later in the day and as I am about to check out, I told the cashier I had called earlier to ask about someone putting it in for me. The cashier said he couldn’t do it but would go ask the guy who could in the back. Cashier comes back and says he is on lunch. I said “I can wait, when will be be done?” and the cashier said “Maybe 4:30? I don’t know for sure.” It was 3:30 and I just told him to keep the headlight. Why tell me you have staff to put my headlight in, but not specify that it’s only one person? Or better yet, when the cashier asked him to do it, why not ask when he will be done with lunch??? Horrible customer service and a wasted hour of my day.

They are currently having work done to expand the building so the parking lot is a bit chaotic. Product was available and fairly easy to locate. Even a short line ends up taking awhile if folks need extra help with parts.

Fantastic and quick service. I needed to buy a new battery & help with the replacement. The young gentleman that helped me on register 2 this morning (sorry I did not get his name) was excellent. He was kind, answered all my questions and completed the transaction and replacement within minutes. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Daren and Carlos were such a huge help this morning! I needed a new battery and not only did they sell the battery I needed (lots of shops don't), but they installed it for me on the spot. I was in and out within 20 minutes. So thankful!

You guys need to hire more staff, this store is busy , not enough customer service, it’s crowded and the manager is rude and not professional, I was on the phone for more than 20 minutes until I got to the store to pick up my orders , they supposed to call me when the parts arrived , they didn’t .. need more staff asap. Went to return a 15mm socket Id just bought that was the wrong size and the lady told me I cant return it without the receipt even though Ive returned things before to this very store in the past with out a receipt and she was the cashier to ring me up. Made no sense but pissed me off just enough to leave a review and stop coming here.

This place is terrible. I bought wipers from them through the online store and they didn’t pull them for me until I showed up in person 2 days later. When I went to install the wiper blades they did not fit my car even though the website “guaranteed” that they would fit my 2015 Chevy Spark. When I went to return them I waited in line for 20 MINUTES because they had one associate working the register. There seemed to be at least 2 other people working that were oblivious to the insanely long line, or else they would have opened up another. To top it off the floors look like they were last cleaned in the Carter administration. Will not be going there again.
