Great team, really appreciate their speedy 15-minute arrival to help with my car on a Friday evening, Matt on the phone and the driver were friendly and kind.
If I could give less than one star, I would. I initiated the process of getting a tow at 5 AM knowing they are very slow and inconsiderate. I have been waiting over 8 hours to have a tow come, yet multiple times my insurance elected to go with this company. It’s honestly ridiculous to then talk to the most dismissive and disrespectful person over the phone. I hate to leave reviews, but truly be aware of how unprofessional these staff are. It does not instill confidence they will take care of this with the proper care and concern.
Avoid them if you can. I cannot in good faith let anyone render their services and not be aware of their terrible business practice.
We had a really difficult situation with our SUV being stuck in a ditch and on top of huge stones. The driver from 1st Class was amazing! He went above and beyond to help get our vehicle out without any additional damage. I would highly recommend them because the experience truly was FIRST CLASS!!!
I hit a deer and insurance dispatched this company to get my van on Thursday 10/17. It was supposed to be delivered to the shop from the tow site. We got a call on 10/22 from the repair shop to check in because they still hadn’t received our van. We got in touch with a very rude, dismissive person on the phone that ended up hanging up on my husband. Our van was sitting on their lot and never supposed to go there in the first place. My real problem here is the lack of communication. We were told on the phone that they didn’t deliver the van mid day on a Thursday because the repair shop was closed. We got notification the car was picked up from the tow company and I went to the repair shop to drop off my keys. They were most definitely open.
I wrote this review on 10/22 and we were contacted on 10/25 (after still no communication about what was happening with our vehicle). The call was from the man that hung up on my husband saying the owner was pissed off about my review and that he could get my car to the repair shop that day if I took the review down, so I did. But here I am to let the public know about this experience but also that my insurance just paid them over $1k while my car sat on their lot for 8 days with no communication or willingness to move my car until I deleted my review. Be careful who you do business with!
My experience with 1st class towing was excellent my car was stalled at my home. The company kept me informed about the service agent where abouts through a track system which was unusual but great! My car needed a battery but in the process he found another important issue that needed correcting. The service agent was outstanding, he went beyond his call duty and made me feel so comfortable being in his presence, that's important. Yes, I will absolutely use this company for future help if need be. Thank you all.

We were stuck in the middle of the road and first Class towing was therefore in a jiffy. He also gave us a ride home that was very nice and Customer Service was top-notch.
This is the most unprofessional and inconsiderate company I have ever dealt with. I requested a tow through my roadside assistance because of a flat tire making the car inoperable . My roadside had 1st Class do the request to have my car picked up and delivered on March 5th, to an address in Alexandria VA. I gave the CORRECT address to both my roadside and this company. I had faith that my car would be towed to the correct location which is a repair shop. I called my shop about expecting my car and to ensure to call me when my car was fixed. Come Wednesday afternoon I called the mechanic shop to see if my car was done. Lo and behold I get told that my car NEVER ARRIVED!!!!! This is UNACCEPTABLE! I immediately call 1st class to find out where my car was and what the heck happened. Mind you I have no vehicle and expecting to have a car already repaired. The guy at 1st class tells me that they accidentally delivered the car to the WRONG ADDRESS! They switched the numbers around and delivered it to 6419 instead of 6149!!!!! I was kind and held my cool, and asked them to please pick up my car as soon as possible and deliver my car to the correct address. The guy on the phone said that he would take care of it and contact me once it was picked up and delivered to the correct address. It is March 6th, and hours pass yet I hear nothing from them. I call that same night again and no one had the decency to answer my call (can’t even leave a voicemail), or respond to my text. Then come Thursday morning since no one is responding to my calls, I UBER to the wrong location to see if my car is still there, and lo and behold my car is STILL AT THE WRONG ADDRESS! Mind you taking time out of my day to see if they have done what they said they would. I call once again and finally get a guy telling me that his driver couldn’t find the keys to my car, yet 1st class were the ones who delivered my car to that location in the first place. So they knew keys were already in the car, because they would have needed it to deliver it to the wrong address!!! It is FRIDAY 1:00pm and my car is still at the WRONG LOCATION! This left me no choice but to call my roadside to have my car actually delivered to the right location. Making me pay TWICE FOR A TOW that should have never happened and still with a damaged flat tire! I am so disappointed and in shock of how unprofessional and unreliable this company is.
Utter lack of communication, no sense of urgency, and did not treat me with any kind of priority.
1st Class Towing was dispatched through my car insurance provider for roadside assistance. The first ETA I received was 75 minutes from time of dispatch -- okay, certainly understandable on a Saturday night.
Request initiated at 10:38pm. The 75 minute mark came and went, and I gave a 25-minute grace period before my first attempt to call them for an updated ETA. There was no answer through their provided phone number, so I left a voicemail.
I connected with my insurance again, and the agent was able to reach someone at 1st Class Towing. They gave the agent an estimate of another 40 minutes until arrival.
At this point, we're looking at someone arriving shortly after 1am. The new ETA passes by, and this time when I call 1st Class Towing, someone answers, and when I ask for the current approximate arrival time, the dispatcher asked me if I was "going to be asleep" when they arrived. I was utterly perplexed by this question, and explained that I was still stuck and waiting for my car to be dislodged. He said he would connect with the driver to get an updated ETA.
I never heard back from them.
At this point, it's after 2am. I contact my insurance provider again, and tell them to cancel service with 1st Class Towing and to please dispatch another tow service, that I had been waiting over three hours and still had no idea when a reliable arrival time would be. That new service came and had my car dislodged within 45 minutes, including the time it took to travel to me.
1st Class Towing, please do better. I was extremely lucky to have been somewhere safe when my car became stuck, but if I had been stuck in a ditch on a busy highway, I would have been putting my trust and safety in the hands of people who couldn't be bothered to give reliable estimates or take it upon themselves to communicate accordingly.
My alternator in my bmw m3 failed and my car had died 1 hour away from home, 1st class towing picked up my car and made sure I got it back home safely very quick! Thank you very much to the 1st class towing staff!

Got stuck on the side of the road and they responded extremely fast and got to me in less then 20 minutes, and they handled my bmw m4 which was lowered and gave me a ride as well, great and careful service.

Very timely , A 35 min wait was actually a 35 min wait . The tow truck driver was so nice and was able to give me a lift back home . They made sure my vehicle was secured and safely dropped off at the body shop . Definitely using 1st class towing again .
