These guys are my heroes! Very helpful and friendly, right from the initial phone call before we hired them. They worked quickly with our insurance company for the cost of the tow. KT and George came to our rescue and we were able to ride with them in their back seat the 45 miles to the nearest Dodge dealer...then drove us and our luggage to a hotel! Amazing during these times!
Vehicle was in need of tow due to law enforcement and incompetence on my part lol but regardless. Gentleman/Driver was extremely friendly and he not only went out of the way to be helpful but to offer a better solution and cost to the situation making for a much better outcome overall !!!

We were broken down with our camper and tripple AAA plus rv denied our service need even know we are members ! We had to call an outside tow company, then came kt cars and towing to the Rescue !! The driver kt was fast & friendly with picking my family up and towing our Camper all the way from cape charles Virginia to princess anne maryland at affordable price ! Ended up blowing a tire on the side of route 13 with no spare, after spending a good hour trying to get my insurance to rescue me (and fail at doing so) we had to call around. KT came to the rescue and had me towed back to the shop and my tire replaced in less than an hour. Him and his crew definitely made a bad situation so much better.
Great service. Squeezed me in during a busy day, had some parts available, others were ordered. Communicated the entire time with me, and I enjoyed sitting in a lobby that didn’t smell like car oil? thanks guys! I was stranded in melfa va, tire blowout I thought I needed a tow back to Newport News however kT came out and put my spare on for me they were quick professional and friendly. I was leaving Virginia, after vacation, to head a few states north when my car had major issues and I couldn’t continue driving. After failed attempts with my roadside assistance, I discovered KT Cars. KT answered the phone immediately and met me with his tow truck within a few minutes. At the shop he quickly discovered the issue with my car and I was back on the road. Having young kids with me, I couldn’t have asked for better help, service, kindness, and generosity. I will never forget KT and how he saved the day! I don’t know what I would have done without their amazing service.

KT was able to get my car picked up very quickly on Christmas Eve. He had all the necessary parts to rig for tow (my car didn’t have them and that could have gone poorly for me). A true professional and solid business owner. In the unfortunate event you run into trouble on Virginia’s Eastern Shore, you can rely on KT.
After an unfortunate incident with the tire/hub on our boat trailer, KT went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and that our boat was back in service as soon as possible. Before even agreeing to tow our boat and trailer over 100 miles back to our house, he provided several recommendations for shops in the area who may be able to repair our trailer before we incurred the expense of towing it home. In the end, KT towed our boat and trailer to our house so we could perform the necessary repairs. He was extremely professional, kind and is highly skilled in what he does. Thank you KT! Solid Owner, great service, real work done for real people. After a not so great morning getting my car inspected at a different shop, this man changed the entire vibe of my day. Spoke with him outside, explained my situation, and the man not only made time for me, but he and his team had me back on the road and the repairs made (older vehicle harder to find parts) within an hour - passed my inspection back at the other shop and went right on with my day. K.T.'s rules, hands down.
These guys are great! I Can not say enough good things about them! I got stuck on the side of the road by myself with my two young children. My driver was fast to show up and incredibly helpful. I can't recommend them enough.
On Friday while driving back to Massachusetts from Virginia Beach our car started smoking and the steering wheel locked up ...(This was around 9-10am) We called several mechanics and they all said they wouldn’t be able to do anything because they were closed the following day ... We called KTshop and KT said I’ll come see what’s wrong ...He came and verified what we all thought and towed the car to his shop ... At first he said he doesn’t think that he will find the part before the holidays but he searched and found one that was two hours away (this was at 130pm)... To make a longer story short he repaired our vehicle by 630pm that day and we were back on the road by 7pm. The service was beyond great! He said he would let us get stranded and he stood by his words ... Thanks KT and your whole staff?
My husband and I lost the breaks in our Tahoe while pulling a camper 37 miles from Cherrystone camp site. We were rescued by Moore's towing and introduced to KT for our repair needs. They worked on it late into the night and had it back to us the next day.......ON LABOR DAY WEEKEND!
Completely unbelievable! The price was reasonable and quality. Between KT and Moore's our trip wasnt a total disaster. They delivered our vehicle to us when finished and called us at home to make sure we made it back home safely after our stay at Cherrystone. These are two company's I would recommend to anyone if needed in that area.
When I was stuck in the ditch in the snow and not even a tractor could get me out, KT came and brought his roll back down the slippery, frozen, snow covered back roads to help me when no other wrecker or company would come and help! Such sweet people, they were so kind the entire time. I have never had a better experience with any other car company. I would recommend KT 100%.

Great people, great service... very thankful ..my boyfriend and I were moving to NC from New York and my boyfriends tire almost fell off, long story short, they were the only ones available on a Sunday in the dark and cold and we’re willing to drive extra miles... plus new someone who would take my boyfriend, his dog and his stuff down to the NC house, 2 hours away from them, then towed the car! Amazing ..
