Theiska was super friendly and took a free look at my tires to give a diagnostic. I was in and out in 5 minutes, and she was totally honest with my car and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need since it was fine at the time. Totally recommend!
They only offer internal patches for tires, not plugs. The hole in my tire was close enough to the sidewall that an internal patch was not feasible, but they still identified the hole and gave me my options. I'm going to a different store for a plug but they did not charge me for their time in identifying the hole. Incredibly friendly staff.
The team supervisor, Ms Theiska Alvarez, was quite patient and supportive to take care of me. She even gave me the manager’s discount to service my car.
Today, I came in for a VA State Inspection and Full Synthetic Oil Change for my 2024 Kia Seltos SX.Last time, I had all my four new tires installed with wheel alignment.

I had a total emergency flat tire situation and was in a complete panic when I pulled into Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers in Bailey’s Crossroads (5610 Columbia Pike). It was just an hour before closing, and I wasn’t sure they’d even be able to help—but wow, what an incredible experience!
Juan went above and beyond in every way possible. He is an honorable, extraordinary person—truly one of the most professional, competent, and genuinely kind individuals I’ve ever encountered in auto service. He and the entire team graciously squeezed me in without hesitation, patched the tire swiftly right on the spot, and got me back on the road safely and quickly.
This was one of the most miraculous and amazing customer service experiences I’ve had ANYWHERE. The whole team deserves the highest praise for their professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness under pressure. The customer service was superb at this location. I had to have my car towed to Mr. Tire with a couple of issues. They hunted around for the correct tire and helped with the issue I had with the spare. Even taking pictures and giving me detailed instructions of what needed to be done (nothing they were equipped to do there). I would highly recommend them!
I had 1 tire installed at the 5610 Baileys Crossroads location because of sidewall damage on my brand new 2026 Tesla Model Y with 1790 miles to date. I purchased the tire online (Giga Tires) the tire arrived a day early, so I booked an Install for 1/19/26. The tire installation was quick. I walked over to my car to check out the new tire and noticed 2 inch long horizontal fresh scratches on the rim. I went back inside to fetch the manger to show her the damage to the wheel. I rubbed my finger across the scratch right in front of her and saw small metal flake particles The manager became very belligerent and blamed the damage on everybody accept the Pope. What the manager didn't know was that I had the same rim repaired 48 hours earlier before they installed the new tire, so the rim was in perfect condition before they put it on. As I read the reviews now, I see that this happened to other customers as well.
If you have non average wheels, please find another location. I wish I could give this store minus five stars. If it's not their car, they could care less. I will file a complaint and insurance claim against this company!
Theiska was amazing at the front. She was so courteous and really cared about the car issues I was experiencing. Got all my issues resolved. Very detailed in explaining what they were doing and any issues i might have down the road. Will definitely be coming back soon! Highly recommend!
This isn’t product related, I stopped my car at the lot because it broke down due to my serpentine belt broke and powered the whole car off and had to call a tow. Not even 5 minutes in the lady at the front looked at me like I was crazy when I needed to ask for help but responded ugly like get out of here and leave immediately. Didn’t even give me a chance to explain or get myself situated and harassed me then called the police when they clearly saw nothing wrong. I wouldn’t be there for anything else especially no services involving that woman in the equation.

I live down the street and, upon getting in my car this afternoon, got an unexpected low tire light flashing at me which seemed to be because of a nail in my front tire. I'm driving down to Florida tomorrow, so I panicked thinking I needed to get the tire fixed ASAP and drove to the nearest tire repair place open past 5 on a Saturday, which was this location. Juan and his team were very kind and quick to start working on the repair, though it turned out the "nail" was a very small screw that hadn't actually punctured my tire, so I didn't end up needing a repair! Regardless, they very sweetly explained the situation to me and checked all of my tires' air pressure before sending me on my way. I appreciated the very kind customer service and will definitely be back if my car is ever in real trouble :)
I arrived at my oil change around 3:15pm on Friday (December 12th). I waited for 2 hours for an oil change which I thought was unusual for a oil change. When I arrived there it was daylight, when I left it was nighttime. I had a coupon thinking I would get the deal that was on the coupon. It stated the price would be around $79.00 dollars. But if fail to mention that it only include the oil change minus the oil filter. I thought all oil changes came with an oil filter, not an additional price. But they didn't state that on the coupon, so the price was $122.00. I told the customer service representative that I thought the price was $79.00, not knowing this did not include the oil filter. So he dicuss this with his co-worker (maybe it was his supervisor), and she told him to give me a discount. So the bill was discounted at $10.00, so I end up paying $120 dollars and some cents. After a 2 hour wait, when my car was ready I noticed my driver side window was halfway down,which I thought was kinda odd, because I arrived at the station with my window rolled up. Me and my wife smelled an odd odor in my car. We came to realize someone has been smoking cannabis in my car, I couldn't believe it!!!! Someone was getting high in my car while I was waiting for my oil change!!! This is unacceptable!!! I don't smoke anything, especially that and I didn't appreciate it at all!!! I will never go there again for anything, that was poor customer service on another level, very poor and unprofessional. What if I got stop by the police with that smell in my car! Thank God that didn't happen, but it could. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Unacceptable!!!
Late Sunday afternoon, I needed help with a flat tire. I called Mr. Tire and was told to come in. I arrived, was greeted, my car assessed and taken in to the shop. Further examination revealed the cause of the problem to be a faulty/failing valve stem. I was given an in depth explanation of the problem and the possible solutions. Swiftly, the mechanic fixed the problem, and the manager treated me like family. I very much appreciate the kind way my problem was handled, the honest offering of several solutions, the excellent price, and the skilled mechanic who explained everything to me. I was back on the road in a short time. I highly recommend this Mr. Tire located on Columbia Pike.
The service was quick and affordable. They replaced my tires with nicer, more expensive tires than the ones I asked for when the ones I asked for weren't in stock, but they charged me the same rate as the cheaper tires I asked for. Really customer focused. It was great working with Tesca and Juan. Highly recommend!
Complete Scam! I called and asked for the price of "FULL SUNTHETIC oil change". The lady told me "$98 and $20 dollars discount = $78". I scheduled an appointment and had to make arrangments to get there on time. What does she tell me when I get there? She tells me "sorry the real price is $120..they didnt know you were talking about full synthetic"...That is the worst someone could do to you. I took my car and left and wasted half a day because of this behavior.
Recently had a nail in tire, brought the tire in got it patched in 30 min. They attended right away. Have come for other tire services as well, always a great experience. Nice people here.

I went in to Mr. Tire for continuous low air in one of my tires, and the team at Mr. Tire, led by THEISKA ALVAREZ TORREZ, showed me two nails that I inadvertently picked up causing the leak. The tires were four years old, and Ms. Torrez assisted me with four new tires at a fantastic price, as well as a free alignment correction. Great experience from start to finish. I noticed that my driver's side back left tire was losing air. On my way home from work, I stopped by this location to get the tire check. The team was courteous, friendly and explained what the options were after examining my tire. My rep shared with me that there was a 50% chance that the service would work due to where the nail was positioned in my tire. I told her I would take the risk. Days later, we are still holding strong. I would recommend anyone needing new tires, or another related service to visit this location. I do not believe I will return my prior vendor Pep Boys.

I've been a longtime customer of this Mr. Tire location for over a decade now, and they have always taken wonderful care of me. Just today, while taking my vehicle for its state inspection, I got a free alignment...all because there was an identical car in the shop that needed one. Rather than charge me, they laughed and said it was on the house. A free alignment! Who does that? Great people, great service, great prices.

In my personal experience with Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers, I recently visited their shop to purchase four new tires and get an alignment. I had heard good things about their services, so I trusted them with my car. However, after the transaction was completed, I started noticing some issues that made me question whether I had been scammed. Firstly, the cost of $1000 for four tires and an alignment seemed significantly higher than what other people had paid for similar services at different shops. I felt like I was overcharged, especially when I compared it to the prices I had seen online. It made me wonder if Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers intentionally marked up their prices. Secondly, I noticed that the quality of the tires I received wasn't up to my expectations. They seemed to be of a lower quality than what I had requested and paid for. The tires started wearing out much sooner than anticipated, which made me question whether I had received genuine, durable products. Additionally, the alignment performed on my car seemed ineffective. Even after getting the alignment done, I noticed that my car was still pulling to one side, and the steering felt off. It appeared as though the alignment was either not done correctly or not done at all. This made me doubt the expertise of the technicians at Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers and whether they were genuinely committed to providing quality services. Lastly, when I tried to reach out to the company to address my concerns and seek a resolution, I faced difficulties in getting a response. The lack of customer support and willingness to resolve the issue further added to my frustration and reinforced my feeling of being scammed. The manager at the time was Laurie Mccoy.
