Great experience from start to finish. I noticed that my driver's side back left tire was losing air. On my way home from work, I stopped by this location to get the tire check. The team was courteous, friendly and explained what the options were after examining my tire. My rep shared with me that there was a 50% chance that the service would work due to where the nail was positioned in my tire. I told her I would take the risk. Days later, we are still holding strong. I would recommend anyone needing new tires, or another related service to visit this location. I do not believe I will return my prior vendor Pep Boys.

Told me to replace tire because of a leaking a three month old tire and quoted around $600, only had a nail with puncture took it to Sam’s club and stated didn’t need replacement, and had fixed the tire without cost. They were just trying to make money.

I got a flat tire around the corner and managed to drive it here. Josito was so patient and kind. They got it changed in a day after ordering our tire. No issues whatsoever. Great service.

It was my first time visiting the Mr. Tire at Colombia Bike in Arlington, and I needed a four-wheel alignment and an oil change. What stood out to me the most was the warm welcome and the helpfulness of the front desk lady. Theiska Alvarez was genuinely kind and attentive. She explained everything clearly, making the entire process much easier for me. I would definitely recommend this location over other Mr. Tire locations nearby.

I've been a longtime customer of this Mr. Tire location for over a decade now, and they have always taken wonderful care of me. Just today, while taking my vehicle for its state inspection, I got a free alignment...all because there was an identical car in the shop that needed one. Rather than charge me, they laughed and said it was on the house. A free alignment! Who does that? Great people, great service, great prices.

I came in on short notice seeking an oil change, tire rotation, wheel alignment and balance. Left completely satisfied. Was provided a detailed list of other issues with my vehicle, but didn't try to force the repairs. They left the decision completely up to me with no pressure. I will be going back to get that work done.

Great service! I went for a tire alignment and balance. I was offered rotation included which is great. The mechanic found a problem with my two front tires being almost bold, he suggested to replaced them and that’s what I did with a good deductible from Ms Theiska. Great team!

The service was impeccable. I want to especially highlight Theiska Álvarez, who treated me with a kindness and professionalism that is no longer seen every day. She took the time to explain every detail about the most suitable tires for my vehicle, considering both performance and my budget. In addition to changing the tires, I took the opportunity to have the tire aligned, and I was very satisfied with the result. The vehicle feels much more stable and smoother to drive. The technical team was fast, efficient, and very thorough.

Beware: BAIT and SWITCH I scheduled an appointment online to purchase and install 4 specific brand/model tires that were advertised on their site. I took time off work to make it to this appointment and when I spoke to the person at the front desk (Juan) he thought my appointment was for an oil change. After explaining I was replacing tires and showing him my appointment confirmation he told me they wont have the tires until the next day. Then he comes back and tells me they dont carry that tire anymore. He prints an entire different quote from what I was provided online. With this new quote he proceeds to try and upsell me with a different tire model that is $70 more PER tire. On top of that, there were additional charges and addons that weren't on the online quote. To put these changes in perspective. The original quote for my appointment was $1300 and the new quote he handed me was a little over $1900. This meets the legal definition of bait and switch. While I certainly have no problem saying no thanks to Juan and letting him know I will take my business elsewhere, I do not appreciate the waste of my time and money. My opinion: you would be better off not coming here.

I was in a bind this afternoon with a nail in my tire, and this placed saved me! The manager, Juan Tornee, was the most helpful and kind person I’ve ever worked with regarding my car. The tire patch itself was quick and affordable. I will absolutely be coming back for other repairs.

Great experience with an oil change and tire rotation. Came at 8am and because I was in a hurry, Store Manager Theiska expedited by having the tech prioritize the work, which was super kind of them both. I wish all auto appointments were this smooth. Thanks, again.

I have been meaning to leave this review for a while now but I have been busy with work. But one day I was having a really bad day, tire flat, no sleep, and I really needed a break. I came here early morning right before work and the person on the counter gave me the break I needed. They helped me get a new tire and had me on my way with time to get to work. I really appreciate you guys so much.

Note:: PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! Everyone in this location are dishonest, you go for one thing and then your car comes out with other zillions issues. ALWAYS CHECK THE REVIEWS!! ONLY Reason I came to this location because it was close to my house and my mechanic is out town. THIS LOCATION DESERVE ZERO STAR!! So on 05/09/2025 I spoke to Rolando ALWAYS Bautista, supposedly the Manager for this location. I asked him to give me prices on 3 different brand of tires, he gave me prices for Continental, Kumho, and Nexen. I told him I wanted Kumho, and they put Nexen, before they even started with the tires, I noticed another mechanic was doing something on my hood but only on the driver side, because supposedly when you bring your car is required for them to do an Inspection. I don’t understand why if your only there to get new tires. So finally after the inspection was completed, it was another guy replacing the new tires. When all the tires were replaced, the Manager Rolando told me that the car needed new front break pads for the passenger and driver side, so I told him okay go ahead and change them. The same guy (a young guy, failed to ask for a name) that replaced the tires, replaced the break pads. This whole job took from 9:30 am to almost 1:00 pm. So after the next day on Saturday 05/10/25 I noticed my car was making a weird noise and sounded like coming from the right passenger side, and would struggle when I accelerate, so I immediately took it back to this location to let Rolando know and explain to him the issue I was having with my car but it was his day off, so I told the front desk person I was coming back the next on Sunday (Mother’s Day). On Sunday 05/11/2025, I explained to Rolando what was going on with my car, and he told me they needed to do inspection again, and someone will drive the vehicle on the road to check for the noise, never did I saw someone drive the car out on the road. The same guy who originally did the first inspection did the second inspection, however, they lifted my car and I honestly didn’t see anyone doing the inspection at all. Rolando told me that they see anything or heard anything, so I told him that I would bring my car back if I will hear the noise again. So finally when I started driving my car on Thursday 05/15/2025 to drop off my daughter at school in the morning, I noticed the gears of my car were hard to switch, so I started driving about quarter of a mile, my car shut down waiting for a light, so I had to turn off completely and then start the car again. I take back the car and ask for Rolando, and the front desk person Theiska Alvarez Torrez tells me that Rolando no longer works at this location, and that she’s the new Manager. Once again I explain to her the situation and tells me by law they have to do an inspection, she checked the car battery and everything was fine. She told that if I wanted to ride with the mechanic to test the car on the road, so I told her yes, however, this never happened. I noticed the mechanic driving my car on the way back. So again the mechanic is doing inspection, in the meantime, I noticed this man felt asleep checking the “computer diagnostics service” on the driver side, I think the manager called him Manuelito, until another employee came and talked to him. Finally she comes back and tells me that my starter is failing low charge, found the induction hose broke and leaking, recommend replacing ignition coils, which I had the replaced on 05/15/2024. After all this my car shut down again waiting for the light on my way to pick up my daughter from school.

I will be going to this Mr. Tire as long as I have a car! I went in for an oil change and instead of just doing the work and charging me, the man informed me that I didn’t actually need one yet and helped me understand how and why. He also helped me pick out and install a new back windshield wiper after mine broke during heavy rain. Highly recommend!

I brought my vehicle in to have the passenger side rear parking brake checked. I hate setting and adjusting parking brakes, I was in a pinch for time, and came here instead of where I usually go. Big mistake. I was charged $110 for "diagnostics" fee, they did not troubleshoot my issue, and it was one of, if not the worst, experience I have had dealing with a shop. From the start, was not impressed. The mechanic lifted my vehicle on the driver side using the armor on my rear lower link mounts to lift the vehicle, which could have damaged my vehicle if it shifted. Also not sure why since he didn’t do it on the passenger side. I pointed out when I saw and they did bother do lower and set the hoist lift correctly under the proper location on the frame despite my request to do so. They did not check the parking brake insisting if they removed the caliper and rotor to check, it may break (which is what I thought I was paying the $110 up front for). Instead the salesman tried to tell my drivers side from caliper was seized and that it would be $981 to replace the caliper and bleed the brakes...for just one caliper...which is high even if it included a brake flush. I had just had all brake lines replaced and brakes flushed a few weeks before my visit to Mr Tire in which I and the shop inspected my brakes thoroughly, and I have replaced all brake pads and rotors, front and rear, within the last year. It was also the complete opposite corner from the parking brake I asked them to look it, and was clearly able to be spun when I tried myself while we were looking at the vehicle, and it was not seized. In addition, they told me it would not pass vehicle safety inspection (which I didn't ask them to do anyway) which was not due for and also not true. I took to High Tech in Chantilly a few days later which I would have done to start with if I had the time and realized I needed to. It turns out that it WAS the parking brake, and my brakes and calipers are just fine. In addition, my vehicle passed safety and vehicle inspection < 2weeks after visiting Mr. Tire with no additional work required than the parking brake and exhaust I installed myself. I will not be returning to this location. I would give no stars if able. Maybe this was an isolated occurrence, but it was bad enough it’s been eating at me and needed to share.

Ronaldo is THE ONLY REASON WHY I GO TO MR. Tire! He is knowledgeable and an expert at his craft. Give him a raise..bc you can not afford to lose him! He is my car guy and I’m very grateful to have him working there. He makes sure you leave the shop with all questions answered and prepared for your next service. Grateful for you Ronaldo!

I had a two new tires service couple days ago. They took so long and they scratched my rims. Definitely not coming back. Thanks to Rolando for the service at the from desk tho. Very polite and friendly.

In my personal experience with Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers, I recently visited their shop to purchase four new tires and get an alignment. I had heard good things about their services, so I trusted them with my car. However, after the transaction was completed, I started noticing some issues that made me question whether I had been scammed. Firstly, the cost of $1000 for four tires and an alignment seemed significantly higher than what other people had paid for similar services at different shops. I felt like I was overcharged, especially when I compared it to the prices I had seen online. It made me wonder if Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers intentionally marked up their prices. Secondly, I noticed that the quality of the tires I received wasn't up to my expectations. They seemed to be of a lower quality than what I had requested and paid for. The tires started wearing out much sooner than anticipated, which made me question whether I had received genuine, durable products. Additionally, the alignment performed on my car seemed ineffective. Even after getting the alignment done, I noticed that my car was still pulling to one side, and the steering felt off. It appeared as though the alignment was either not done correctly or not done at all. This made me doubt the expertise of the technicians at Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers and whether they were genuinely committed to providing quality services. Lastly, when I tried to reach out to the company to address my concerns and seek a resolution, I faced difficulties in getting a response. The lack of customer support and willingness to resolve the issue further added to my frustration and reinforced my feeling of being scammed. The manager at the time was Laurie Mccoy.
