Called all over Northern Virginia to find AC parts for my Ford, every dealer either didn’t have it or was overcharging. Finally one of them recommended I go here. I talked to Dean, he confirmed the parts were in stock by putting eyeballs on them and informed me that they were large so I needed a big vehicle to pick them up. Also, the kicker is the parts were $300 cheaper than the dealers.
Autoplus was my favorite auto parts store when Mr. Miller Greg was working there he retired last year and they have a new owner . If you buy a part and you have a warranty on it he will replace it without any questions as long you have the receipt. The rotors and brake pads I bought last year exactly May 22 2023. They’re gone bad my same mechanic who installed them told me that I still have the warranty on them and they will replace them since I still have the receipt. But when I called this morning the guy who answered me gave me a long lesson about the breaks and the hit and the highway! Autozone offers 3 years warranty on rotors and brakes. Auto plus only offers 1 year and I still have the warranty but the guy told me it’s only 3 months. When I bought them Mr. Miller Greg told 1 year with receipt. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM AUTOPLUS NEVER EVER AGAIN
Going back to Autozone
Just be careful with these people. When you buying a part, they will say it has a warranty, but when parts break, they will say it doesn’t however when you buy another then the new part will have a warranty. So basically a loop. Will not go there again or recommend to any. Also if you go there with original receipt, they won’t accept for warranty since now the shop name has changed from which you had purchased the part. Anyway just bunch of scammers.
These guys are great. Went in for a new relay and they told me the other one I had wasn't bad and the problem was elsewhere. Also had the exact battery I needed (and cheaper than online) that I could not find at other places locally.
I would triple check to make sure they gave you the correct parts. I called in to order my parts, and while there I requested they make sure they were the right parts for my car and they confirmed it because I was ubering from and to my mechanic shop because my car was being worked on. They STILL gave me the wrong parts and I called and pretty much was told they could do nothing for me while I wasted unnecessary money on ubers to pick up these parts. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate individuals. Plus, depending on who you speak to, you get different prices on parts, which never happens at any other auto parts store I have been too. While they have better prices on some parts, horrible customer service.
WOW! These guys go above and beyond, especially Francisco & Chris. I'm willing to drive out of my way just to get good parts from these super helpful guys. True story - I needed CV joint pliers, but they didn't carry them in this region. After we hang up, Chris calls me back to tell me where I can find them. Amazing!
Unlike Rockauto and Auto Zone, they have multiple prices for the same item. It all depends on how you look and speak to them and if the sales person in a good mood or he knows you or you speak his language and weather you call them before or you walk in. Even the items on display on shelves do not have prices on them. The two star is because they carry better brand names than Auto Zone.
Everyone here is number one, greg, charlie, josh, fransico, edwin, mal, and more. Drivers are always on time and very friendly, prices are very competitive and always on point, will continue coming back to them always.
I like the place and the staff working like fast machines. I love the fact that there was plenty of woman. I love the friendly atmosphere and the staff cleaning the car by hand inside out was wonderful. They all seem that they enjoy their job. There was a box for tips in a side, what strike me was that the box was not transparent were you can see who tip or not. The message I got was to prevent stress for the customers if they don't have change. I felt more willing to tip the hard working employees because I don't feel pressure. Please go there and get your car clean fast if you are a person with very limited time. 5 stars hands down
Great customer service, and great people. I have never felt more welcomed in any store than AutoPlus. People there are amazing, especially Juan, works hard to satisfy his customers. My Go-to place from now on.

Wow what great prices and excellent customer service. I needed hard to find parts for my Lexus and Honda as most local larger auto parts stores did not have most of the parts in stock. Juan was able to find all the parts in stock and also beat the prices of the bigger auto parts stores like Autozone, Pepboys etc gave me. I always have an amazing experience at Auto Plus Auto Parts and Juan is the go to person that takes care of me.
I love the fact that I can always trust the team at auto plus. They’re very knowledgeable and always willing to help. The staff has helped me for years save money and have always sold me great quality parts. I trust the team and management; and unlike other competitors they go the extra mile to take care of us clients.
AutoPlus is my go-to store! Mr. Juan usually always helps me with purchasing the parts I need. I always get a welcoming feel into the store with friendly smiles and hard-working knowledgable ethical people. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

I bought a starter early this year or late 2018, I don't really remember, now it doesn't work and I have to replace again, I admit that I lost or misplaced the receipt but Auto Plus Auto Parts is the worst company you deal with if you lose your receipt, Autozone are happy to help you with your name or phone number, at the end I don't mind buy another one, but I don't the behavior the old man with beard in this place, he doesn't know nothing about the customer service, he should retire asap, he treated me like a liar or a thief, it was a bad experience to deal with your company, I have told many of my friends about my story with you , Bye Bye Auto P.....
Finally, an auto parts store where the staff knows something about auto parts.
Drove all over town looking for a wheel stud for a '13 Fusion. Everyone else, even the Ford dealer said: "The stud is not in the computer inventory. You have to buy the whole hub, and you have to wait a day while we order it."
These guys got out cross reference books, used calipers and thread gauges to compare with the old wheel stud, and found that a stud they had in stock and listed for a '12 Fusion was identical to the ones on my '13. Saved me so much time and money versus ordering, waiting for, and replacing the entire wheel hub.
