I recommend French’s Towing if you need assistance, especially in snow and ice!! One of our vehicles was stuck in an icy parking spot. Tried everything to get out. AAA mid-Atlantic couldn’t help even though I’ve been a AAA Plus member for 20+ years. Dallan came out within 15 minutes of my phone call. His price was very reasonable for the service he provided. After pulling our car out, he also found another parking spot that we wouldn’t get stuck in and moved the car for us. I will definitely call this company again in the future!!
Dillan French is extremely professional, kind and has a BIG HEART!!! He is extremely knowledgeable of everything he tows! He even tows Fifth Wheel Campers! Dallin is a treasure! Not only did he show up within 30 minutes of calling, but he was considerate enough to meet me at the house for the key. He saved me two miles of walking in the snow! AND he managed to load my car that was stuck in park, 100m off the road, and DEEP in the mud. Idk how he did it all, but it was a HUGE help! French’s Towing arrived to my location super quickly and he was able to help me find my location better then me and I was the one that should have known. And I called after 9pm He’s awesome. Super fast and super friendly. I recommend everyone around to contact French’s Towing FIRST!! I contacted several companies that sent me to voicemail that claimed they offer “24 hour” service. But French answered immediately!
i was calling to check prices and I told the driver I would call back I received a text asking me if I still needed a tow. Dallon was very patient and understanding of my situation . I needed a ride to my car and I didn’t know exactly when i would be there. I said an hour and 1/2 he said no problem. But t I actually got to the car in 5 mins. at that moment Dallin texted me. I call many towing company many. I one answer and the ones who answer said I call you back, they never did call back. I literally went down the list and call French Towing with no hesitation he said he could help me. It was after 7pm on a Sunday and he went he pick up my work truck and even took it to the car shop .
