horrible judges and court system in total. told my girlfriend “learn to drive” when she spun her car out after hydroplaning on 288 after it had been pouring for 2 days and was pouring down raining at the time of her accident. court system is a joke and chesterfield county is a bigger joke.
Apparently officers are allowed to lie while under oath now! That was definitely interesting to find out while in court. Officers are allowed to lie and their word is always seen as exactly what happened while you're treated like a criminal even with evidence of the officers lies. Officers are also allowed to put their hands on you without having a reason!
I was hoping they would go in alphabetical order but they go by police officer and call all his tickets. They are very serious about the no cell phone and you're checked coming in.
I have several chronic health conditions and have a continuous monitor for one of them. I made them aware of it and the fact that I can’t go through the scanner because it’ll damage my very expensive medical device. The officer made a rude comment to me and then something else to the effect of them having EMS on scene if I passed out. Would love to see officers with basic human decency for once. That being said, the judge was great, kind, and fair. The officers…nope.

Last but not least...Why make the speed limit 65Mph but allow a car company the legal ability to produce a automobile that can do 3x on a road but legal for sale in the state? Sounds like money is the root in this...
Today 5/18/2019 I needed to file an request for expungement on some charges that were dismissed. The staff was amazingly professional, followed covid safety steps, and assisted me all along the way. Getting copies, filing the petition, and finger prints. This kind of professionalism, kindness, willingness, and dedication is appreciated. THANK YOU CHESTERFIELD COUNTY EMPLOYEES!!!!
