Went to Port Royal Automotive for my yearly state inspection. I am newer to the area and not familiar with most shops yet. The process was wonderfully easy. Made an appointment, dropped the car off, went back to pick it up when it was ready. Highly recommend! Will be coming back for future needs.

highly reccomend Port Royal Auto. Great price for an inspection and oil change. Jesse and his father were very professional and kind. They have a nice waiting room, my 10 month old and I used with snacks and cold water. Jesse pulled my car up to the front and kept the AC on so it was cool when I left. It’s those little things.

We broke down on the highway with our 2 small kids, and he helped us to the side of the road and helped diagnose the problem right away. We are now safe and on our way home. These guys are awesome. I took my Accord to em after I bought it used and just asked them to go over it and make sure I wasn't duped. They had a thorough check of it and everything was good! They're nice and understanding and done a great job. And they got an epic waiting room with a TV, a bucket of snacks and drinks and coffee. I will definitely be coming back here with future automotive problems.

Knowledgeable. Friendly. Top Notch Service. I brought my daughter’s Honda to diagnosis a loud knocking sound from the engine. Jesse and John hooked it up and gave me better news than I was anticipating. They took care of my issue (timing belt) and then some. Everything was communicated upfront and the work was done quickly. She’s quiet as a mouse now! I also had the headlights restored and they look brand new. I received a fair price and spent my money supporting a fairly new, local business. I feel super confident in their competence; I’ll be back for regular maintenance (brakes and such). Thanks guys!

Last week, I had a tire issue. Port Royal automotive came to my rescue. They were able to locate a tire replacement, install it quickly and get me back on the road. I was traveling through the area. Great customer service!
