I broke down with a dead battery with a rental and although Hertz customer service sucked, but the guys at O'Reillys made a great job. Very friendly and helpful, put the battery in immediately and erased the OBD. Was very happy they saved my trip.

Went in to get a battery and after paying for it they wouldn’t even install it, and batteries aren’t cheap anymore. She said that you have to be a professional to install it…the things people say to keep from doing their job.smh
The store is what you'd expect. I went in for washer fluid and left with washer fluid. I didn't need any assistance, but the employee who rang us up was polite and friendly.
Good service. I have received the wrong part quite a bit when ordering something. However, they always make it right. Mary is the best. She keeps that place going.
Trying for last 40 min. To find out if have a socket for axle nut . have been put on hold 3 different times from 6 to 15 min. Before I hung up and called back . poor customer service to me .said twice they had it went to go make sure never came back ..
I am a person does disabled has a bad back I asked a man could he check my transmission oil. So I know how much to buy from the store. And he said he can't do it cuz the manager said not to. I will never ever go that place and I was on my hard money there. So I guess O'Reilly's do not look out for people especially disabled people.
They have what you need alright..employee gave my boyfriend her number too!!! Totally unprofessional!! Pick up men on your time.. other than that it's a great store.. never had a problem until this.. very disappointed.
The customer service at this store is absolutley AMAZING!!! they gave me the wrong ball joints for my 99 tahoe and it messed up my lower control arm which u cant buy new anymore not even from chevrolet. The manager at this store, Miss Mary , she made sure she found me a lower control arm had the store pay for and also paid to have the right ball joint pressed in! I couldnt believe they did all that for even being it was their fault. She was beyond helpfull and didnt everything she possibily could to make things right for me! Like i said AMAZING customer service!!!
