I would give this place 0 stars if I could. John swore he could tune my 2018 Ford F650 6.7 powerstoke and charged me $1500 to do it. The truck wasn't running right when he left, but he swore it was turbo issue. After a brand new turbo and complete rebuild, the truck still isn't running right. I called John and he kept swearing it was a turbo issue. Took the truck somewhere else and they put it on a computer and none of the readings were right so they called John to come fix it. He told them he can only do up to a 350/3500 series truck. He never told me that when he tuned it the first time, just robbed me out of $1500 and refuses to refund or fix the problem. If you are considering this place I would highly suggest to consider literally anyone else!
Worst service ever. Completely messed up my mom’s car and then said he couldn’t fix it because it’s a “smart car”. It’s a 2014 ford edge. If he doesn’t know how to work on newer cars then why attempt it and completely messed it up! Then proceeded to cuss her out and told her to go to ford. So now my mom is left with a bad body control module with no lights, windshield wipers, or power windows that work. I will tell everyone not to use John. Disrespectful and incompetent.
