Today, both of my front wheels of my car were stuck in a ditch, and there was no way of pushing the car out. Absolutely not knowing what to do, I Google towing services and called two other places and no one answered. I called Robert Young, and immediately a sweet lady named Beth answered and was so kind. She was an actual human! Then, of course, I thought I would have to wait forever for a tow truck to come, but before I could blink practically, here comes a tow truck! The terrific story continues. The guy's name was Nick and he also had wonderful customer service skills and was so kind. He was able to pull my vehicle out of the ditch with no problem. The whole experience, aside from my vehicle being stuck in a ditch, could not have gone any better. Thank you, thank you thank you!
Needing a tow isn't a great experience. But if you need it, I highly recommend them. They were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They were also the fastest time I was quoted around. I had to 40ft truck towed and I will keep them on speed dial in case I ever need them again. Wish they were in every town. They also made the pay process with a card very easy.
I cannot say enough about how grateful I am to the great team at Robert Young's Towing. My daughter's car slid of the road on a treacherous stretch of Interstate 81 in a snowstorm in the dark, and her car was stuck and not drivable. She was scared, alone, and cold for almost five hours. Jason with the company winched her car out of the ditch, and made sure she was safe, warm, and not alone. He kept his promise by handing her off to another team member when he was called on another tow, who then got her safely to a local hotel. This mama is soooo appreciative to the team for ensuring the safety of my daughter. 1,000% recommend!!
Jason arrived within 15-20 minutes of me calling. He made quick work of helping me change out my donut. Can’t say how much I appreciate the help.

I needed roadside repairs at the Troutville VA weight station they showed up within 1hr, and finished within an hour. Great prices as well. I would highly recommend Robert Youngs if you need work done on your truck or trailer!
The best towing experience I've had. My family of 4 with 4 pets were traveling through on our way to Texas when our truck broke down. Quick response time and our tow truck driver was very professional and accommodating. Thank you for a great experience in a stressful situation.
Mr. Sage & Mr. Kenny Took the time to put my Honda on a lift as we were traveling through Virginia from Georgia to get to New York. I stopped at a Walmart early this morning who did nothing for a tire going flat except for fill it with more air. Come to find out on the lift here at Robert Young's that Tire had a CRAZY AIR BUBBLE in it. Had they not been conveniently located & patient enough to throw it on the lift, I could've had a Blow out & a terrible Accident on the Highway! Got 1 New Tire & proper inflation after inspection. God bless these guys for Amazing work! Very friendly towards all People! Thanks guys!
Guy came out and was very professional at 11pm. The job was what seemed to be a simple fix... fix these two lights I said .. Its simple.. I said... WRONG.. After fixing one light he needed to replace the other... Would have been easy to say "take it to a shop." But no! He left and returned 20 minuets later with a new light and after 8 feet of wire and a couple connectors I was ready to roll for the next morning. It was fixed right and done well in a timely manner... Not bad for pulling a guy out of bed with his fiancé. Really a "Johhny on the spot" type of mentality for sure. Highly reccomend these folks and looking to do buisness with them in the future! THANKS GUYS!!!
My mom and I got a flat on our way to PA and we couldn't get the tire off. Not even 15 min later, they had my spare on and had us on the road in no time. Very friendly, professional, and quick. Thank you again!
Popped a tire on a trailer on RT 81 at 2:15AM, rollback operator VERY good to protect my trailer & jack. Tire was on within 15 minutes of them opening next morning and I was on my way. Thank you, gentlemen!
