Took my truck here for an alignment, when I got it back it still wasn't right so I left a review about my experience here. Not long after I posted my review the district manager contacted me and apologized and asked if I could take the truck to their Salem location so they could make it right, they nailed it. Alan at the Salem location took great care of the truck and went above and beyond to fix the problem! Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because this location did drop the ball on the first go around but if you ever have any problems make them known and they will make it right!

They have an actual, good crew here. Took the time to account for a multitude of issues I've been having for months when I asked them to, fixed them with efficiency-my car can be difficult. Have been very helpful and I appreciate the professionalism.

Left the outer tie rod end loose took the nut off with my fingers. They don't know how to check lower ball joints both were bad. Dad's truck he is 78. If l was not with him today he probably would have wrecked.ok he went there today to confront them and they said they didn't take that loose. Ok you changed a lower ball joint and upper control arm and didn't take the outer tie rod end loose. Even if you didn't wich you have to do. You don't check to make sure all bolt and nuts are tight?

Amazing customer service. Time after time I go to these people thinking I'm going to spend and arm and a leg and end up barely spending anything. I've had good experiences with Salem, Roanoke and Cloverdale locations. Highly recommend

I hope they did not toss out my transmission pan, this filthy one did not come off my vehicle. The leak is beyond belief, 24 hours after service. I assumed the national org., techsomething, would have details specific to vehicles as they didn't want to hear what I knew. But, no, if this could be worse, I would not have made it home. As bad as it gets.

I have been doing business with these folks from way back when Scott Prince was the manager in Roanoke and then Eric and now new ownership. They have always been fair and trustworthy. I still use them and recommend them to folks all the time. Honesty and integrity keeps these folks growing in my opinion.

Generally a good place to go for run-of-the-mill repairs with OEM parts. I have been here several times over the last 5-6 years. I don't drive a lot so I am not a frequent visitor of mechanics. Anyways. I needed a brake overhaul (all pads & rotors), some light exhaust repair, a new starter, and a headlight bulb installed. Problem is, I had already purchased the bulbs I wanted installed in my car because the one bulb burnt out 200 miles from home in the middle of the night. They unequivocally refused to install the 2nd one despite the fact I had about another $1000 in repairs to do. Now I get the warranty issue with the bulb. But there is like $50 at stake here. Even if I damaged the bulb or whatever and persuaded them to install it, all they have at stake is around $50. And they could just say, we will warrant the work, not the part. Problem solved. Instead, they insist on selling me a different, inferior bulb at more expense to me leaving me with a $50 ornament and mismatching headlights. Basically, if I had followed their rules and advice, I would have had a substandard repair for more expense just regarding the headlights. What hope do I have for the rest of my repairs? Later the same day they refused to provide me with service I did find another mechanic who did install the bulb at Ultimate Kustoms. This is not necessarily an endorsement of Ultimate Kustoms but they did complete the job according to my specifications (along with the rest of the repairs I needed) that Blue Ridge refused to do.

On our way from NC to NJ, we got a hole in our tire, so we stopped here. Everyone was super friendly, the mechanic quickly found and patched the leak, and we were able to get back on the road in no time. Thank God for Blue Ridge Truck and Auto!

Honest and fair pricing. I asked for a tire rotation, state inspection, oil and oil filter change and air filter change. They took the time to check my air filter and found it was clean and did not charge a penny for that - most places would have because it was requested and they would have taken my money too. These guys did not. The tire check and rotation was included in the oil change. That was very helpful. They checked over the rest of the car and found it was in great shape. Incredibly honest place. I just moved here, happy and proud to say I found my mechanic. These guys are awesome.

They are awesome to work with! Haven't done me wrong in any rapid repairs I've asked to have done. They always try to accommodate anyone that comes in to get them in and out and back on the road.

Great place and great people. Very friendly and professional. I had my truck towed here overnight, they had it in the shop first thing. It was fixed and I was back on the road by 10. Thank you.

Blue Ridge Truck & Auto, joined with Larry's Auto Service, is a multi-bay shop that also does VA state inspections. I recently had our 2015 Mazda serviced there - oil and filter change, tire rotation, air filter and state inspection. They used Valvoline synthetic oil and filter, and a factory replacement air filter (Denso). Everything was done right and not a mark left on the car. I'm particular about my vehicles and will go there again.

Hands down the best place to take a car in the valley. The staff is great, they’ve always gotten me in and out quickly, and cost effectively! Travis at the Cloverdale location is second to none, explains your issues and gives you your choices. No pressure and always a job done correctly! Can’t recommend them enough!

We were traveling back from the beach when our rear end went out hours from home. Our insurance/warranty company only wanted to pay about half the bill but between the 2000 phone calls between blue ridge and the insurance company and dealership it was 100% paid. Now there is a guy named Matt that handled all these calls and he needs a raise! Not once was he annoyed with all the extra s**t he was having to deal with because the warranty company wasn’t doing what they said they would do and he got the job done. Literally a week later we got the Jeep home. Not an issue with blue ridge just an issue with the insurance/warranty company. For a week Matt handled these calls and never got mad. Prayers blessings and condolences to you sir.

Came in with a flat tire on the interstate. Matt checked out the tire immediately. He was honest, price was fair and got us back on the road in 30 minutes. If I lived locally I would bring my car here for tires and rotations. Thanks Matt! Your service is outstanding!

Is Larry there now, he use to be on Williamson road. He isn't there anymore, I was told he might be here? Let me know if he is please, great guy, honest good man.. He always did my inspections and oil change.

Travis and Jim have given our family THE BEST, MOST HONEST, QUALITY WORK we have EVER HAD ON OUR 3 VEHICLES!!! Many years in a row now... Larry is a Good Honest Mechanic!! There were 2 or 3 times in the past 3 years when I thought there was a problem in my car and he checked it for free and was honest and told me nothing at all was wrong with my car and I didn't pay a thing. In this situation other mechanics would have lied and say they actually fixed something they didn't need to do and charge me for it. Not Larry. He is a good honest mechanic! He has won my trust and kept it for the past 3 years. No problems. Good guy! I give everyone my recommendations! -Randy

Stopped here after having a tire problem on 81 south. Both mechanics serviced my car immediately and I was back on the road in no time. Reasonable prices and very friendly staff makes this a great place to do business.

The wife was in Roanoke and had an overheating issue. They are quick to take a look at it and figure out what it was. Very friendly my wife felt comfortable there with the kids until I came to pick her up. The work was good don't remember the price but remember feeling happy with it.

Brought my car in for some starter issues, and he told me after running diagnostics that it was an issue with a sensor. We replaced the part, and when I went to pick it up, I started the car, and the engine light was still on and it still had the same issues as before. I got out and talked to Larry again, and he told me it was probably something with my transmission (when its only issue was starting up) and he shooed me away saying that we could re-run diagnostics later maybe, and it was probably just how my car was going to run. He admitted to never checking the issues I asked about, and wouldn't take the car back in to try again. I had talked to him about finding a tick on my leg walking to work without my car and he immediately came over and went "Well I can check for ticks on you" and put his hands in my hair while I was still telling the story, and it creeped me out something fierce. Addendum: I took it back and he was nice enough to try again, but he sent me back with a broken car and a shrug again. I finally took it to Firestone, and they informed me that Larry had been replacing the wrong part over and over, and that my Crankshaft Position sensor, the one that kept popping up with error messages over and over in the diagnostics, was beaten to hell. Larry had been replacing the Camshaft sensor, which is technically the same part, but on the complete opposite end of the engine. I've got the replaced Crankshaft position sensor as a little trinket of my fun times with my supposedly unfixable car. Thing runs like a dream again.

Brought my car in for brake and rotor repair. The service was terrific! I made an appointment and was in and out in about an hour. The price was completely fair and he didn't try to up sell anything. He will definitely be our family go to car mechanic.

I Had bad brakes, Larry was very reasonable and knowledgeable about my vehicle. Larry was Very Polite and agreeable. Would recommend him to even my grandmother.
