Cute little place with good food. Stopped here for a quick bite after going to the Warm Springs right up the road. Had the Potomac sandwich and it was very yummy.

One of the worst spots in bath county. Spent 43 dollars for 2 sandwiches, 2 coffees and 2 little bags of chips. The coffees was mediocre. Taste like something I can make at home for basically free. Sandwiches were super disappointing. Super small and definitely not worth the price. The croissant was hard on top of one of sandwiches. Cheese not melted. Could literally eat it in 2 bites. The bagel was also mediocre. Didn’t put enough cream cheese for the price I payed. All I tasted was the thick cucumber slices. Overall very disappointing food and drink. I recommend going to country cafe or the gas station down the street instead. At least they will actually give you your moneys worth. The service was boring. Me and my husband walked in and didn’t even get a greeting or a smile. Lady stared in our faces while we looked at the menu. No simple service just took our order and told me the total. 43 dollars is way too much money for our experience at the milkhouse market.
Wow, what a gem in a tiny town! Michael provided superior service. He made us feel comfortable and welcomed. I was most impressed that they were open on a Monday when typically everything else is closed. I would be proud to invite my friends and family here when they visit and I look forward to going back for a real treat of a meal.
They had a five dollar appetizer pizzas with three cheeses. It was absolutely epic for the price and quality!
We stopped at the Milk House Market at Old Dairy for lunch — what a great find! My husband loved the roast beef sandwich, and I had the ham, which was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is cute and cozy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A perfect spot for a tasty, relaxed lunch in a charming setting!
Great food at a reasonable price. I love coming here! The pizzas and sandwiches are particularly good, especially the buffalo chicken pizza. The Brie and date pizza is also very unique, kind of on the sweet side (needs a little more savory in my opinion). And you can't beat the view of the outdoor seating!
We came here to tour the milk house, however, we found out it was closed for servicing, so we came for an afternoon latte. We ordered a iced sugar free vanilla latte which was DELICIOUS and an iced mocha latte that was pretty good. We wished we got 2 vanilla lattes because they were so yummy! Very beautiful cafe and tap room.
Food was expensive and portions were tiny for the price. Definitely disappointed. Service was minimal and uninterested. The location is beautiful and the old barns are cool too.
For lunch, it was a nice little spot to grab lunch and a coffee! In the photo is a picture of the fancy chic sand which! My latte was great as well! It had indoor and outdoor seating.
Great stop for coffee, sandwich, and they have drinks and assorted local snack and food items to purchase also.
I had a sandwich and it included a side salad -was made quickly and fresh ingredients! Iced Chai coffee was also delicious.

This is a wonderful little find. The place is unique and sets in a beautiful location. The service was wonderful and the food was fresh and delicious. They serve wine and beer and a small menu but everything on it is very good. It can get crowded but they do have an upstairs seating area and they are very accommodating. The view from the outside seating is very nice and this is a great place for a light meal. I will go back again for sure.
The Milk House Market recently catered an event for me and did an amazing job. They provided a nice variety of sandwich options, salads, and pizzas. Everyone had great things to say about the food freshness and taste. The owners were great to communicate with and extremelty accomodating. Highly recommend them to stop in and dine in, get a coffee, or cater your next event. I will be sure to use them for any future events I have in the area.
I was in the area for about 2 weeks around my daughter's graduation from BCHS. When not hanging out with her, I went to the Milk Barn (as my daughter calls it) for several hours a day to work and do an online class. I usually just had a cappuccino. I also enjoyed their pizza a couple times. The staff were always very friendly and accommodating, even when they were super busy. I sat inside to power my laptop, but they also have a nice outdoor seating area. I highly recommend stopping in for coffee, lunch, dinner, and even drinks. You will be glad you did.
My sisters and I had a girls weekend in warm springs and this place was recommended to us. The place is small and cozy and perfect for a date night or small group gathering. We ordered pizza and some beef risotto to share and everything was incredible! The risotto was bar far the best I have ever had, so we ordered 2 more orders to go to eat later! The staff were so charming and kind. I would recommend this place to every single person I know.
My boyfriend and I visited for lunch on our trip to Bath County. The place was gorgeous but was soiled by the rude staff working at the counter serving food. We weren't greeted and felt like we shouldn't be there. The nicest person was a local heading out the door with his lunch who actually said hello! Whenever we asked a question about the menu, they gave short, condescending replies with no eye contact or manners. The place wasn't even busy, so their attitude had no justification. We took our food outside and they forgot to give us our drink. My boyfriend went back in to get it and instead of kindly giving him our drink, the server pointed at it on the counter and rolled her eyes. The food wasn't even that great, overpriced. Never going back. Don't waste your time!
A beautiful little café in the picturesque Blue Ridge Mountains. The staff were very friendly and inviting. They were very fast with the food and my latté. The food was very flavorful and priced fairly. The one young lady I spoke to answered all of my questions about the area. So many yummy things to buy at the market. I googled a place to eat in this area and chose this place. It did not disappoint.
Super nice spot to eat outside, share a bottle of wine (or just drink it all to yourself), or have a cup of coffee.
We had sandwiches, some treats from the shelves inside, and coffees. All were made fresh with tasty ingredients.
We also walked around with our dogs and saw the property. Very well kept, clean and offers beautiful views.
We very much plan to come back, stay at the warm springs inn, swim in the pools and eat here!
Bar area has all kinds of beers mixed drinks, taps, wines. Definitely an awesome lunch spot.
Such a hidden gem. I travel through hot springs every couple of months and always stop for a snack or meal. First off, they have great hours and open on Sundays! They have a good variety of sandwiches and wraps. I personally like the curry bird or fruity bird wraps best. I picked up some hot pimento cheese on my last trip and cannot wait to get it again… I haven’t stopped thinking about it. I enjoy the outdoor seating and the grounds are beautiful, if you want to take the time to walk behind the shop.

I didn't buy anything because I thought I was going to buy farm fresh milk and turns out it's not a working dairy anymore. They had wine which I might come back for because it's not cheap wine.

What a wonderful stop for lunch! Great selection of sandwiches, soups, desserts, coffee, and tons to choose from! The outside eating area was so wonderful!
Wonderful quaint market/deli that provides deliciously made, fresh sandwiches. Daily specials extends the menu. The variety and quality of their sandwiches is very good! We were passing thru the area at noontime and found it online. Loved it so much, we stopped there again when we returned from our vaca in WV. The surrounding facility and grounds is a renovated dairy farm made into a conference center and rentals. We notice a good number of locals picking up orders. After trying 8 different selections ourselves we understand why they are so popular.
Good stop for a quick bite. Pretty good coffee. Good selection of sandwiches. Yummy Spicy Pimento & Pickle sandwich. The hot Ham & Cheese with Green Apples croissant and Turkey with Pepper Jam croissant are also tasty.
Great spot to pick up a sandwich and snacks before heading out on a hike. Sandwiches were tasty, fresh and a good size. There is an area to enjoy your meals outside on site. COVID safety measures were in place (staff wearing masks, complementary masks and hand sanitizer at the entry, physical distancing floor markers). There's also beer, wine, sweets and gifts available for purchase.
