Staff were fantastic and accommodating, they gave great recommendations and were very friendly and warm. The food at the tavern for dinner, absolutely delicious! The complimentary breakfast in the morning, was filled with options and was well balanced. I am not sure if the morning breakfast is the same year round, but in January, it was hot and cold options. If we visit the area again, we’d definitely stay there. Thanks!

Probably one of the best places I've ever stayed! Very kind staff who laid out a delicious Christmas breakfast buffet with all the trimmings! The rooms are quiet even though close to the intersection with highway 39. The Jefferson warm springs are just across the street. You can watch steam rising from the bath houses in anticipation of your soak :)

Had a fantastic weekend getaway with my wife. The staff, Joy & Elizabeth, were incredibly friendly and engaging, The food was farm fresh and so tasty.

Terrible service and rooms. Floor in the bath room very spongy feeling the shower over fills while taking a short shower because the drain is clogged and flows all over the floor. If you go there to eat and get drinks the manager was very disrespectful seems like she wanted us to leave when we got there 5 minuets early they will id every person in the group and even ask for there address?

I had a family medical emergency and had to cancel my reservation. I was told I couldn't reschedule because "they've been burnt before doing that". I come to Warm Springs several times a year but will never be staying here again.

Arrived a few minutes early and our room was ready. Jarek checked us in and was very welcoming and informative. Room was very clean and tidy…wonderful shower and an ambient fire place added to the comforts. The Inn is located directly across the road from the Jefferson Pools and a short drive to the magnificent Homestead Resort. We enjoyed a great dinner at the Inn’s restaurant with chicken schnitzel and Apple Strudel. Our server, Michael, was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast (complimentary) the next morning was amazing—delicious warm buffet beautifully presented. Check out with Terry, was as personable as check in. We had a exceptionally wonderful experience at the Inn and are eager to return.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the location for us was perfect. We loved relaxing on the porch outside our room taking in the beautiful view. Looking forward to visiting again.

I was looking for a place just to sleep and what I found was a wonderful gem. I'm from the city so you can't really see much in terms of stars. This place has minimal light pollution, and it was so amazing to see how many stars there were and the milky way! In the morning for breakfast we thought maybe we had to purchase from the tavern or there was a minimal spread. No! There was a really nice spread set out every morning. Since we stayed through Monday the breakfast was brought to our room. All the food here was delicious and the employees were so nice and helpful. We also dined in the Tavern for dinner (reservations strongly encouraged, almost required). All I could hear the entire time was how amazing the food was by other guests while waiting for our meals. My steak was salty but that's how its supposed to be. I couldn't finish it all but I was definitely not disappointed. I can't wait to come back here again and explore more of what this place has to offer.

Fully furnished room. Near the hot spring. Friendly staff. Dogs allowed. Will be back. If you want to have dinner here, you should make a reservation in advance because the restaurant is small and limits the number of seats. Or you can drive into the resort for dinner

Nice room in the old “jail “ good food |Close to the warm springs pool. Close to the Homestead resort. Nestled in the Allegheny Mountains.I was there before and did not pay nearly as much as I did this trip. Very expensive for 3 nights September 11-14 at $1542.45. Only breakfast was included. No maid service if you are a late riser in the morning.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, very accessible to the warm pools right across the road as well as a restaurant and bakery attached to the inn. They served us breakfast to our door at the time we agreed and you could tell it wasn't your typical hotel breakfast. All the food ( scrambled eggs, bscon, potatoes, yogurt, fruit, muffin, oj, coffee)was made with love and delicious no noise problems, shower was nice. We would definitely come again.

Cozy, updated rooms, great food, excellent service and located across the street from the Warm Springs Pools, and conveniently located near hiking and biking trails. The Inn at the Warm Springs is a "must stay" destination.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Great complimentary breakfast. Great rooms. Great relaxing location. Great little coffee shop. Great restaurant. I loved how it was right across the street from the warm springs.

Check is 3:00 we got here at 3:30 on a Tuesday and it seems that there are a lot of places closed on Tuesday. The office lobby was closed and our keys were in envelope on a table in the vestibule. We had a hard time finding our room. We were in the Jail House and there is no signs telling you that there are rooms in an interiors hallway. The hallway is very dark with no indication that there were more rooms behind one of the exterior door…. most rooms have exterior doors no matter what building you are in.

The Inn at Warm Springs is an absolute gem! The rooms are spotless, charming, and filled with character, perfectly complementing the historic beauty of the Inn itself. Their dog-friendly policy made our stay even more special, as our pup was welcomed with open arms. The breakfast is nothing short of amazing—fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to start the day. We even thanked the on site chickens for providing the farm to table eggs at breakfast! A wonderful blend of comfort, hospitality, and old-world charm. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay here. We came over a long holiday weekend to go to the hot springs. As a big plus, the hotel has some pet friendly rooms, so we were able to bring our dog after booking one. The room itself was also very clean and cute, with a lot of character. The staff were also very warm and welcoming. There are many positives about the hotel as well— it’s directly across the street from the warm springs, so you can literally walk to the springs if you have a reservation. There’s also a complimentary continental breakfast if you stay here on the weekend, with a variety of options. The restaurant for dinner was also phenomenal (not the cheapest, but well worth what we paid for the food). We’d highly recommend staying here in the future, especially if you’re looking for a more wholesome and cheaper alternative to the homestead down the street (which is way overpriced for what you get). We’d absolutely stay here in the future.

The warm reception received from Mr. Kellylove who checked us in. The environment and the facilities are working perfectly well. The restaurant, the food quality and the attendance is quite remarkable. Will definitely recommend Transcorp Hilton Hotel Abuja to friends and colleagues.

Great stay directly across (within walking distance) from the historic Jefferson Pools. Rooms are better than the photos - very clean, cozy, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is incredible - try the biscuits with gravy! Great value. Pet friendly.

Absolutely loved our stay at The Inn at Warm Springs! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how peaceful and serene the property is. It is the perfect escape from the chaos of everyday life. Our room was spotless, cozy, and incredibly comfortable, it seems to be recently renovated! One of our favorite parts was the backyard area: a quiet, scenic spot to unwind with a drink or morning coffee, surrounded by the sounds of nature and mountain views. The staff at both the restaurant and the coffee house were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Whether you're in town for relaxation or a little adventure, this inn is a hidden gem. We can't wait to come back!

What a beautiful place to stay! We had a room in the jailhouse and were pleasantly surprised at how lovely and clean it was. The Tavern has delicious food: we had drinks, tomato bisque, steak and frites, beef goulash, and desserts. Everything was cooked perfectly. Between checking in and dinner, we booked a one hour soak across the street (through Omni Homestead Resort, not the Inn) in the mineral hot springs. We cannot wait to return!

A Charming Mountain Retreat with History and Heart My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Inn at Warm Springs in Warm Springs, Virginia, and we couldn’t have asked for a more delightful experience. Locally owned business! Nestled among the gentle rolling mountains, the hotel sits just across the street from the historic warm springs where Thomas Jefferson himself bathed—a detail that adds a unique charm and sense of timelessness to the stay. We stayed in one of the beautifully updated Carriage House rooms, which was both clean and thoughtfully appointed, blending modern comfort with classic character. The entire property exudes warmth and tranquility, perfect for a relaxing mountain getaway. What truly set our visit apart, though, was the staff. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team was exceptionally attentive and courteous. Special mention to the bartender, whose friendly demeanor and craft cocktails made our evenings all the more enjoyable. Whether you’re looking to soak in the history, enjoy the natural beauty of the Allegheny Mountains, or simply unwind in a peaceful setting with impeccable service, this hotel is a hidden gem that we wholeheartedly recommend. We’ll absolutely be back.

very comfortable & cozy. restaurant attached to it has incredible food and service. their tomato bisque and their homemade bread is so good. went back for breakfast because the food at dinner was so good (even though the inn offers their guests a complimentary breakfast buffet). breakfast for inn guests were 50% off too. the warm pools is right across the street. definitely going back.

When I tell you this place was amazing I mean every word. This is my first time staying at any place besides a hotel and this place did not disappoint! The room was very nice and updated, the location was quiet and peaceful exactly what my husband and I needed. I was the one who looked at every bed and breakfast, I read every review… I even went on YouTube to see what I can find out about this place, and nothing I read or viewed did this place any justice! I would definitely love to come back with a group of my friends and family. The only con if I had to have one is everything is so far way.. meaning any mall or major shopping center or restaurant is over 30mins away. But over all I was not disappointed at all.

The perfect place for some much-needed R&R. Located across the street from the famous Warm Springs Pools, the Warm Springs Inn has it all: charm, great food and drinks, and excellent service. The rooms are delightful and reasonably priced, making it an ideal spot for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. Even if you're not staying as a guest, stop by the coffee shop for delicious grab-and-go options and an impressive list of coffee drinks. Their homemade chai is a standout – definitely A+. The restaurant is cozy, with eclectic touches that perfectly complement a menu that somehow feels worldly while still embracing a farm-to-table ethos. Situated near many other attractions, the owners of this establishment have truly delivered on their promise of "barefoot luxury" for everyone to enjoy

Pros: proximity to bathhouse. on-site restaurant Cons: a few things....some rooms are not the best to say the least. When booking make sure you don't book rooms (there are more than a few like that) with window style AC units if you enjoy quiet nights, if you know what I mean. Also, try not to book rooms in any of the buildings in the back of the property if you don't like flies and other bugs (have found three flies and few other bugs in the sink and down on the floor after my first night); allegedly there is a chicken coop behind those buildings (haven't seen the coop but have seen chicken roaming around). My room was very small and had a miniature sink (perhaps good for a powder room, but not suitable for a bathroom), but at least I had a great view of the graveyard through my room window. The management is a very special kind here, but I won't waste my time on them although I could probably write a nice little essay. Instead, will just say that if you value your money you are better off booking with Inn at Gristmill Square just two minutes down the road. I have read some other reviews and I can't agree more with those reviewers who wrote that the managers are very rude and arrogant; that can't be more true! I should say though that the restaurant personnel are much more kind. Two stars is more an average of the three categories (room, service, location) than my overall experience which would earn just one or none.

Great beautiful place with the nicest of owners. Very old historical building with warm springs right across the street. The cute girl from the morning is an amazing artist I saw a portrait she was drawing that was wow. Only bad thing was how much the price went up for the next day (from 120-160 overnight). I needed it for an emergency (rain storm on motorcycle) and it was perfect.

Stayed two nights and loved it. We had a king room in the courthouse. It was above the registration area and restaurant but was quiet and private. Room was beautifully appointed with colors and furnishings that were very tasteful. King bed and two wing back chairs made for restful comfort-for cool nights there was a gas "stove" in a cute seating area. The grounds were well kept and the inn is directly across from the Warm Springs pools/spa if you want a soak. Within driving distance of so many attractions! The Tavern food was outstanding with many areas to sit inside and outside. Morning complimentary breakfast provided many options including home baked pastries, muffins, quiche, english muffin sandwiches, fresh fruit, yogurt cups , juice and delis ious coffee. Dinners were reasonable and 5* quality. We enjoyed the Octoberfest menu. We drove to Cass WVA for a steam locomotive train ride. Definitely returning!!

The inn is really quirky and awesome all at the same time. Everything has been redone so you have all the modern amenities. The location is great directly across the street from the springs. There was some confusion upon check-in and they have an odd way of sending you to your rooms with the key already in the door. Everyone was friendly however and it all got sorted. The food was pretty good, I got the steak and eggs for brunch. The steak had a wonderful flavor but it was rather tough. I had mine cooked medium so the toughness wasn't because of that. Overall a great stay!
