I have been to this shop multiple times over the last year since we moved here and every single time Mark has taken really good care of us. He has fair prices, he gets the work done as fast as he can and he is a really honest mechanic. I have been referring everyone I know in this area to his shop because he has done right by us Everytime. For as long as we live here, he will have a loyal customer from us!!!
So, I went in during my break to get my brakes done. Mark had two vehicles inside of the shop, so he had me pull halfway into the bay. About ten minutes into the job, we heard a loud crash (looked around) then that's when we both noticed that a sheet of ice had slid off of his roof and onto my windshield?needless to say, brakes took a backseat as realization set in. That loud noise was my windshield shattering??♀️OMG! Fast forward, that happened on last Tuesday and my car was up and running by Thursday (just 2 days later). I just wanna publicly thank Mark for taking the sting out of an impossible situation. I will be returning because he now has a satisfied customer?
