If I could I would leave a negative rating, a 1 is giving them more than they deserve. I have lived in the area for years and this same idiotic, unprofessional, predatory tow company has stolen my vehicle on countless occasions. They charge you unreasonable amounts to retrieve it back then their drivers try to bribe you with a false sense of security by offering you their number to do under the table business. The manager is complacent in their illegal parking and once you show any sign of frustration they try to add extra fees to your already high tow fee. This is a company that needs to be eliminated in every sense possible.

I pulled around to the back of my own garage so I could load some boxes from our 3rd floor townhome. When I came back down the car was gone. A neighbor came by and said she saw me park, run inside and immediately this tow company impounded my car without even checking to see if anyone was still inside. The street behind the garage is a fire lane, which is definitely not ok to park in, but it feels predatory bc my car was not parked for more than 1 minute in front of our open garage before they came and took it. It wasn’t obstructing traffic, it was as close to the house as I could get it for loading/unloading purposes. Immensely unreasonable and predatory. It’s especially frustrating given all the other blatant violations in parking I see in my neighborhood, but yet I can’t pull to the back of my own home and unload/old boxes without fear of towing.

Horrible customer service. Lady on phone wouldn’t even let me get two words out just kept interrupting. Told me that I can’t come get my personal belongings out of my vehicle because the registration wasn’t in my name (it was in my mom’s I was driving her car). Said I would need my mom to be with me (I’m a 27 year old woman not a minor) or she would have to send in a copy of license, title of car, and a written letter giving me permission to get MY OWN BELONGINGS but then they didn't need anyone’s permission for our insurance company to come take the entire car off site?? Then I get to my car at the next site to find out that my money and expensive headphones are the only items missing out of the car that were in a closed console. Imagine rolling your car over and being in the hospital and then having to worry about people STEALING your personal belongings out of the vehicle?!! Absolutely disgusting.

Had my car towed from Alexandria to Waldorf and whoever towed my car dragged my front tires all the way there. Now I have to get new tires because they're ate up from being dragged down the road. Definitely unexceptionable

Having a car towed is never awesome, but Henry’s Wrecker Service made everything so much easier! We came in to pay for tow+storage late afternoon the day after our accident. They charged us exactly according to their rate board and actually kept our car an extra night for no additional fee when we had them tow our car to the auto repair shop. We just left the repair shop address with them and they dropped it off right when the shop opened. The guy working the desk was really nice and extremely helpful :).

This yard is complete garbage. Front desk lady seems like she hates her job. Literally paid $600 after I was told it would be free from the Alexandria police department ( also garbage ) My car has been there for only 3 hours. PLEASE LOOK ELSE WHERE THEY WILL get every penny out of you. Only reason they are in business is thanks to the government contracts they have. Hope that lasts for them

Had to get transferred 3 time before they could verify that they had my truck, that had been towed, I didn't know when, from the parking spaces in front of my townhouse while I was away on vacation. Each person was more rude than the last. I get that many, maybe even most people that deal with a towing are unpleasant. I treated them with respect. The experience was extremely unpleasant. I then learned that they charge $50 a day... I was surprised and a little disgusted at that price. I feared that my truck might not start, so I asked if there would be a place for me to park so I could jump the truck. She, rudely asked if I had my own jumper cables, which I do. She said that yes I would be able to jump the truck because there was only a car beside it.) When I arrived about 15 minutes later. I discovered that, as expected the lot was in the most run down street I've ever been in the city. Derelict cars and at least one derelict building nearby... and no available parking outside the fence, and even were I able to get in, there was no place from which to jump the truck, it was nose in to another vehicle and beside a third. The only place to park was in front of their gate adorned with to no parking signs. Needless to say, but I didn't want to park in a no parking spot at the impound lot. There was no one available to pay at the 24 hour pay window. I called and the less rude voice told me they just had shift change and she would be there in 15 minutes. Luckly the truck started right up... They do mot appear to have damaged or stolen anything from inside the truck, which was still locked. The lady that finally took my money was apparently an emergency fill "I don't normally work here". But she was the only person that was polite... even nice. It wasn't her fault she was extorting $310 from me. Those last two points are worth the star that prevents a one star review.

These people are guilty of public endangerment. Only 1 of the handful of employees I interacted with was wearing a mask and he didn't even bother to cover his nose with it. Every employee approached wasting my time with sick glee. Two of them KNOWINGLY made me come out there a second time, at great expense and while injured from a wreck (during a pandemic, no less), only to tell me when I got there that I had already signed the form they claimed I needed to show up to sign. Towing companies are never friendly, but this place is so unprofessional, it is reckless. This place is a stain on our area, they should be shut down. Any business or institution maintaining a contract with them should be ashamed.

The customer service really rude, unprofessional and careless. I was trying to pick up my personal items from my car and I noticed that some of my items were missed. I went to the rude woman and asked her she said she didn't see it and even try to report it. Thieves just bad!!! I don't think they care about the reviews. I will report this to the police so they will never call them to make business!!

My permitted vehicle was towed from my neighborhood, but they took a picture where the pass is clearly visible on the dash, and the another picture where it's obstructed by the windshield. My vehicle had break-in damage when I picked it up, which they assured me was not them. I presume some random person broke into my car and hid my parking pass between the time they took the first photo and the time they took the second one. The stated reason for the tow was they "couldn't read the back of the pass" (we are allowed to lay them flat on the dash). They do not respond to calls or emails. The only silver lining in this is that our HOA has suspended their contract for this incident and a number of other "questionable" practices.

Pick your car up only to charge you for them to take it down 50 cash if its not cash you'll have to pick it up at their yard. He will wait until you come out to charge you 50 if not he threatens to take it. They do this laughing at you which is really disrespectful. CULMORE( about to take an AWD Vehicle without the proper truck )

My car got towed out of my apartment complex today by this towing company for having an expired state safety inspection, but it wasn't really about the inspection sticker was it? No. It was about the rude, overweight guy at the impound. His parents are more than likely extremely disappointed in him. They probably ask him three times a month how his diet is going. Silence. The shame stings. "I'm going to start tomorrow", he mutters under his breath. But he isn't. He's going to be lonely and working at this dump forever.
