Driver arrived over an hour and a half after original ETA. After trying to jump, start and try the electric charger failed was told I would have to submit a new request and get in the queue in order to have it taken to the dealership.
Key given to the tow truck driver was not left with the dealership when dropped off for diagnostic/repairs two days ago, and as of this morning still not delivered to the dealership. Still have no idea how difficult the electrical issue will be to fix or even when the dealership will be able to put that on their schedule to fix, because they don't have the car key.
Added a star because the driver was clearly doing the best he could within the parameters set by the system and apps that we both were working with. He did a good job with trying to jumpstart and recharge my car, and was polite and very professional in his interaction with me.
My crane truck was stuck in the mud. They got to me quickly, assessed the situation and wisely set up and got me free with ease. They were professional and I felt confident with work.
The roadside assistance service man was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind to me as single woman . He took the initiative to help me with my bad tire in showing me my issue and making me aware I didn’t need to purchase a new one.

Awful experience from FCPD and Henry’s. Charged a storage fee despite me telling them over and over to take to the mechanic. The vehicle was in their lot for 7 minutes prior to my arrival to pay, and they charged an $87.42 storage fee for the day. It’s bs. It’s predatory and I don’t know how any of them sleep at night.
The two guys that came were great. They did an outstanding job and I was very impressed with the guy that did the cleanup along the road. He really worked his backside off then he told me it was his first day on the job. Insurance company paid for the towing
I have learned so much from them regarding cars involved in accidents. I like that someone is always there, they guard the facility properly, and they do not give access to anyone without their full credentials. They take what they do very seriously and provide excellent service.

Great customer service. Arrived earlier than estimated, which was awesome. Provided tracking of how far tow truck was from arrival destination. Technician was kind, thorough, and honest. It was the end of the day and the technician was about to get off work but took my car so I was very grateful. He ensured my car was secured on tow bed before driving and drove slowly and carefully and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend.
We couldn’t have had a better experience when we got stuck on 495 next to the side of the highway for four hours. We called them and within minutes they arrived with a flatbed. They let us keep our camper in their lot because it was the weekend and no one was open to fix it. On Monday they put it back on a flatbed and took it to be repaired. You can’t ask for better service or nicer people than that. We were very fortunate to get them after a bad situation.
My car was towed while I was visiting a friend and parked overnight in a space next to his home. This company is part of a predatory system that profits by working with HOAs and businesses to remove vehicles without proper notice, effectively holding personal property hostage for high fees. It’s a shady, exploitative practice, and unfortunately, this is how they make money. People deserve to know how these operations work—companies like this should be held accountable and exposed for what they are.
The Henry's Towing support team ( Merrifield , VA) is really great. I especially want to acknowledge Alyssa Puebla for her terrific account support. My questions were all answered and her responsiveness on the phone and via email were excellent!!

This company is the most unprofessional in the area. Their staff decided to tow my vehicle after providing the correct pass they require to park vehicles in and towed the car anyways which had dew on the windshield with other cars in the lot. This lack of initiative and professionalism is disturbing and predatory when they foot a 250 buck total bill for their mistake. Highly unrecommend them to anyone to contract out to them.
They towed my new workers van the same day I got it from the dealer in Woodbridge VA. I'm dint have time to get a parking permit and I assume because I have paper on plates they could tow me that night..they show up at 1 56 am ....I'm a owner of a condo at Alexandria VA and I have to pay a extra $200 to get my van out the lot lol...love it
I had the worst experience with this towing company. Not only was my car towed twice—once even though I had a valid parking pass—but the front desk staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful when I tried to resolve the issue. They yelled at us, made baseless accusations, and refused to listen when we were calmly trying to explain the situation. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service is appalling. Avoid this company if you can—they clearly have no respect for their customers.
This company came and towed my friend’s car from in front of my garage on New Year’s Eve. We watched it on my friend’s tracker get towed to the yard, and then immediately went there to pick it up. They told us it was “a holiday” and they wouldn’t be able to open until 8 am. You tow a car at 1 am, you better be there for me to come claim it. Nobody loves tow companies, but A-1 right across the street from them is open all night for folks to come claim their cars. Poor management.
Had a car towed because the driver couldn't read a valid posted parking pass (would expire 5 days later), somewhat forgivable??.... however, spent most of the day working to have the car released from Henry's lot. Even the corporate staff on the phone were screaming at me, the lot staff were rude, obnoxious (screaming and demanding money) and difficult to deal with, disrespectful. I have no idea why anyone would want to deal with this company. They took my car illegally. Wouldn't walk out to see the valid pass and said the only way I could get the car back was to pay the money. Fortunately, after having the building property manager weigh in, it was finally released. Henry's knows nothing of customer service, apologies or problem resolution. Sorry I couldn't select zero stars. ZERO STARS!!!!! HORRIBLE, RUDE, O HOPE YOU NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH HENRY'S WRECKER SERVICE!!!!
