Yesterday, at least two drivers were servicing properties in my area [between King St. and Braddock Rd.] in the wake of this past weekend's significant snow/ice event. I had a very positive interaction with one of the drivers, Ahmed. He was extremely courteous, professional, and patient while I worked vigorously to free my cars which had become completely immobilized by heavy snow and thick ice during the storm. As a 30-year Army veteran, I greatly appreciate his personal efforts in our community, particularly yesterday as so many residents were digging themselves out. Keep up the great work and stay safe out there!

Excellent towing service received from Ehab Truck# 399. Ehab was very professional and punctual. Arrived on time and was very understanding of my situation. Truck 416. They need to stop hiring drivers that park their massive trucks in residential cul de sacs blocking turn around and partial access to driveways. I have asked the driver, I have called Henrys dispatch. No change.

They towed my semi truck from a public parking which I’ve been parking my truck over there from last 6 months, when they towed my truck there was still trucks parked there so that means this was clearly discrimination,they unlawfully de attached my truck and trailer to tow it and somebody took my stuff from the truck during the tow process and every one knows truck and trailer can be towed together there’s no reason for detaching it, although over the call they told me the quote was 640 dollars upon my arrival to retrieve the truck they charged me 1370 even tho on the text message i received from them it clearly stated they take master card but the lady at the counter refused to take my master card my experience with them was very traumatized and I wouldn’t even give them one star, they need to shut down this place over this unethical business practice

I’m editing my review, and plan to explain the whole story. I got into an auto accident on 395 northbound and was pushed to the side of the highway by first responders. A state police officer called these guys (who they apparently have a contract with), upon showing up I wasn’t asked if I had AAA, which I do. I was given no option to call my own towing service, and upon hitching my car to the truck, I was given no option of where I’d like it towed to. Henry’s towed it straight to their yard in Alexandria on Vine Street. Ehab (the employee) gave me absolutely no information the entire ride — he was polite, but at no point throughout the process did he mention that a totaled car sitting in their yard would accumulate “storage fees”. (My car was totaled on the scene). For 17 days, I went about finding a new means of transportation, getting it registered, insured, yada yada. I work M-F 8:30-5, and head to DC to work more often than not. Most days I don’t get home until 7pm. I also had a part time job I worked on Sunday. After getting everything figured out, I called back to make sure they’d just claim my car as their own (if it sat there long enough), and that they’d basically scrap it for parts (which is extremely logical for someone who has never totaled a car before AND wasn’t given any information by the company itself). Long story short, I got charged a total of $2,770 before they could “dispose of my car”, which lets be real — I gave them $250 (the initial before the disposal fee was $2,520) to scrap my car for parts, which they’ll likely make another $400+ off of. This company is extremely predatory, I wasn’t contacted via email, phone call, nothing in the 17 days it sat there. I was given NO information throughout the entire process of my car being taken off the scene, and stored in their lot. Not one peep. I signed no paperwork consenting to my car being taken there, or kept there in the first place. It was done assumingly among the state officer’s request to tow. How this company hasn’t been sued into non-existence is beyond me, and how the cops don’t get in trouble for allowing towing without clarification as to what fees may add up is beyond me. Especially when no legal paperwork is tied to the process (your car could accumulate tens of thousands of dollars if you happen to be uninsured, and assume things due to their piss poor customer service). PS — One of their tow truck drivers who I spoke to said Ehab was new (I’m not going to mention names of the tow truck driver who told me Ehab was new, but if he’s reading this he knows who he is — he was extremely chill, understanding and compassionate). He told me Ehab “probably didn’t know how to word things”, which is why he didn’t say anything (in regards to storage fees). This company needs to learn how to train new employees, so people who live paycheck to paycheck (like myself) don’t have their life ruined due to one of their employee’s negligence (which may have been accidental, due to Ehab being “newish” as an employee, but a mistake on his end that cost me nearly $3,000).

I’d like to compliment Ehab (truck 399) for the excellent towing service this morning. This was my first towing experience, and it was perfect thanks to him. He is extremely friendly, very professional, and punctual. Our appointment was scheduled between 7:00 and 9:00 AM, and he arrived at 7:20. It took him only about 15 minutes to load my Hyundai Elantra safely and securely. Thank you, Ehab, for the outstanding service!

Just giving you 4 stars because there’s always room for improvement. As soon as they were contacted even though it took them a while to get to my location they were courteous, and ready to assist in whatever way they could help. Driver arrived at location willing to help answered all my questions.

Driver arrived over an hour and a half after original ETA. After trying to jump, start and try the electric charger failed was told I would have to submit a new request and get in the queue in order to have it taken to the dealership. Key given to the tow truck driver was not left with the dealership when dropped off for diagnostic/repairs two days ago, and as of this morning still not delivered to the dealership. Still have no idea how difficult the electrical issue will be to fix or even when the dealership will be able to put that on their schedule to fix, because they don't have the car key. Added a star because the driver was clearly doing the best he could within the parameters set by the system and apps that we both were working with. He did a good job with trying to jumpstart and recharge my car, and was polite and very professional in his interaction with me.

Awful experience from FCPD and Henry’s. Charged a storage fee despite me telling them over and over to take to the mechanic. The vehicle was in their lot for 7 minutes prior to my arrival to pay, and they charged an $87.42 storage fee for the day. It’s bs. It’s predatory and I don’t know how any of them sleep at night.

The two guys that came were great. They did an outstanding job and I was very impressed with the guy that did the cleanup along the road. He really worked his backside off then he told me it was his first day on the job. Insurance company paid for the towing

I have learned so much from them regarding cars involved in accidents. I like that someone is always there, they guard the facility properly, and they do not give access to anyone without their full credentials. They take what they do very seriously and provide excellent service.

Great customer service. Arrived earlier than estimated, which was awesome. Provided tracking of how far tow truck was from arrival destination. Technician was kind, thorough, and honest. It was the end of the day and the technician was about to get off work but took my car so I was very grateful. He ensured my car was secured on tow bed before driving and drove slowly and carefully and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend.

We couldn’t have had a better experience when we got stuck on 495 next to the side of the highway for four hours. We called them and within minutes they arrived with a flatbed. They let us keep our camper in their lot because it was the weekend and no one was open to fix it. On Monday they put it back on a flatbed and took it to be repaired. You can’t ask for better service or nicer people than that. We were very fortunate to get them after a bad situation.

My car was towed while I was visiting a friend and parked overnight in a space next to his home. This company is part of a predatory system that profits by working with HOAs and businesses to remove vehicles without proper notice, effectively holding personal property hostage for high fees. It’s a shady, exploitative practice, and unfortunately, this is how they make money. People deserve to know how these operations work—companies like this should be held accountable and exposed for what they are.
