This post is specifically for employee Nidia - after driving to four different auto stores in the area and speaking to 6 other sales associates, Nidia was the first and only person to understand the part I needed and how to find it. She was helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The exact type of service you want at a store of any kind. With 3 advance auto parts and 2 auto zone locations all equidistant from my home, this is the exact type of customer service that brings people back. I’ll be shopping stat this location exclusively moving forward. Thank you for the help, Nidia!

This store will happily sell you the wrong part and not accept a return. Go somewhere else that is more supportive of you trying to repair things yourself.

1 Star I had a terrible experience at this Advance Auto Parts on Richmond Highway. I spoke with the manager, Keyshawn, who was extremely rude and disrespectful. As a pregnant woman, I simply asked to use the restroom and was denied, with no compassion or professionalism shown. I’ve never felt so disrespected and dismissed in a store. This kind of treatment is unacceptable—especially from someone in a management role. I will not be returning and do not recommend this location to anyone.

The last review of the guy complaining of coolant is not accurate at all, i was present at the moment of the incident and this person making the Advance employees look bad for no reason at all. Both employees are so nice and helpful. I come to this location all the time and everyone there are great and helpful cleanest store i been to, aways have what i need. This customer was upset cause he used the coolant and couldn’t get his money back for returning used coolant. People like this are the one that ruined it for everyone else.

I purchased a bottle of coolant from the Hybla Valley location for my Audi. It turned out that I falsely read the coolant level on my late model Audi and there was no need to add any. Unbeknownst to me, the seal on the coolant bottle had been broken before I purchased it. When I returned to the store to return the bottle, I was told very rudely by two employees named Devon and William, that I likely purposely opened the bottle to take advantage of the store. I was surprised and disturbed by the audacity of the two employees, particularly William, who I was told was a manager. I rarely use Advance Auto because parts are much cheaper at Walmart, and Walmart has much better customer service. Had this item been purchased at Walmart, I am certain that my issue would have been resolved without incident. I only purchased this item from Advance Auto because it was not available at the local Walmart. I always knew there had to be a reason these stores are typically empty and void of any customers. I would rate this establishment 0 stars if I could. I will not be purchasing any auto parts in the future from Advance Auto, and I will be encouraging others to do the same.

Keep cancelling my order, zero customer service and inventory management system that doesn't work. Showed 15 in stock, made the order, order cancelled. Y'all deserve to go bankrupt and close more than 700 stores.

Not sure of the guys name who was at the register but he was on the heavier side and found it appropriate to comment to to his co-worker of customers making the mistake of approaching him assuming he would be able to his job, not realizing he was busy doing something else. Then found it appropriate to laugh tell his co-worker that he “called it” regarding customers continuing to approach him for help. I work retail so I’m typically pretty understanding but generally not a fan of employees making side comments about me while I’m standing right in front of them.

I needed a new battery and Gabriel provided exceptional assistance. He helped identify the best battery for install and troubleshot a weird modification previously done on my car. The guys were personable and got me on the road really quick. Thanks!

I recommend the General Manager or district managers of Advance Auto Parts to take some pointers and learn from Adrian the importance of customer service. I bought 16mm long socket mistakenly i went back and said I bought it accidentally please return it back I never have had use ever but they said we saw inside a little bit scrach which one Nothing they did not return it cause of their stubbornness, two Spanish women and guy were over there, worse ever experience in advance auto

I showed up 5 minutes before closing and the gentleman said the stores closes @ 8:55pm When it clearly says 9pm His reasoning for closing was due to register been closed ! All I needed was a pair of working gloves but I guess this store is to good for us hard working man!

The manager was rude. The cashier was helpful. He was about to help put wipers on my van and called her to the front. When we got to the door she rolled her eyes at me then said he couldn't go with me out there because the other worker was already out there. She waited good until we were already at the door to say that when he told her while we were at the counter. I felt discriminated by her actions and waiting to get a refund. I will never come here again

Worst location ever, went it to buy car trees that's it nothing else. I waited about 8 minutes before leaving 2 guys were busy but an African American employee was standing outside talking to somebody while I waited. I ended up just going to the one down the street. We're it only took 2 minutes for everything and I was on my way.

I came to get wipers for my car and was greeted by Mr. Kendrell. He was phenomenal, he was able to get me both wipers even though the system showed they did not have it in stock. I will definitely be returning for his services.

Not good. I approached to the counter and I told to the girl the name of part that I wanted and she pretend that she didn't know what part it was and refusing to assist me telling to her male co-worker to assist me. But I suggested to assist me and finally she found it in their system but she told me we don't have it. That's it. My car battery died and I happened to be parked near this store. I knew the battery needed to be replaced because it had given me a previous issue. It was POURING rain outside and I had my little one with me. Filipe was working behind the front and he was incredibly helpful. He was understanding of my situation and offered to install the new battery even though it meant he would get completely soaked outside while doing it. He was kind, patient, and definitely the kind of employee you want working here! I will be sure to stop in and see him next time I need something for my car!

I asked the cashier for the best fit for car covers, gave him the make and model. The cover didn’t fit my car. The same cashier refused the return saying that it has been open and ask me to come back when the manager is in store. Lesson learned never to go to that store again!
