I had a terrible experience at this Advance Auto Parts location. I came in needing a replacement car light and asked for help to make sure I was getting the correct part. The employee only asked for my car’s make, model, and year and did not verify the part using my VIN number, which I later learned would have ensured accuracy. Looking back, other Advance Auto Parts locations have asked for my VIN when I’ve purchased car parts, so I assumed that level of verification would be standard.
After purchasing and opening the light, I realized it did not fit my car. When I returned to the store, I was told I could not return or exchange it because the package had been opened — even though I relied on the employee’s guidance when making the purchase. She was curt, dismissive, and unhelpful, and seemed distracted while talking to another employee throughout the 3 times I went back-and-forth into the store.
I understand stores have return policies, but it is disappointing that fundamental steps were not taken from the start to ensure I was sold the correct part.
Staff was fighting between themselves in front of customer. Had no intention of helping customers. Online order was not prepared for hours and when I stop by, they only had 2 of 8 items available. Cancelled my order
SAVED MY BACON on more than one occaision! KEITH is AWESOME advising me on specialty sized Wrenches for my weird lugnuts! You ALWAYS walk away learning something! The kind of people you could have a beer with! WONDERFUL!
The customer service was terrible. The Latino man who served me yelled at me rudely. There was a long line of people waiting to be served, and they were taking their time attending to the staff.
12/27/25: stopped in for two key fob batteries. Walked in at the same time as an employee and she was so smiley and kind. Staff was helpful. I'll be back.
Came to this location and had Anushka help me find what I needed! Great energy from the associate and was even dressed in festive attire. Will come again for any of my car part needs.
Spoke with Vern and although I couldn't get the item I was looking for, however he was able to provide bountiful information and really provided fantastic customer service. He goes above and beyond, and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs assistance

They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about getting me the right part rather than just making a sale. When I went to buy brake pads and calipers and rotors I was super stressed, but when I talked to Anushka she was super friendly. Unprofessional service. Vern, who I believe is the manager, threw his hands in the air when we requested the battery installation service that is advertised all over the store. While waiting for the service, we witnessed his poor attitude resurface to several in-store customers and callers. Eventually, he provided the installation service while accosting us for “not knowing” to change a battery.
Shop seemed clean but shelfs were lightly stocked. Waited at counter for assistance but was ignored by several employees. Just ended up leaving, I'll go somewhere else.

The store manager sniffs all the used oil you try to turn in and won't accept it if she doesn't like it. The first time I have ever seen this. No one is turning in gasoline. No words. Tiny store, small selection but most staff members are professional and knowledgeable. Still, one of my last choices of I ever need anything. There are too many other choices out there. Don't expect to turn in your used oil.
I am always worried about going to any "auto" store, whether its a parts store, a mechanic shop, or dealership. Most times as a woman, I often feel taken advantage of due to my lack of car knowledge. My daughter and I came to this store because I was experiencing issues with my remote start even after changing the battery in the key fob. After speaking with Vern, we tried a few things and ultimately ended up buying a new car battery, which did the trick. Afterwards, Vern also offered other tips to try in the future if the key fob was still giving me issues. Vern is truly a gem for this store and I hope that he is being recognized as a valuable employee. Vern is definitely the kind of employee that all businesses should seek to retain.
I went sort of late to get a car battery tested, and the woman who helped me was super nice and knew her job completely! They couldn't charge it because it was getting too dark and cold to take it in and out plus four hours were needed, but the diagnostics said it was good, just needed to be recharged. It turned out the starter was the problem and I had to have it towed by AAA the next day, but I learned that Advance Auto parts is very nice and they will test and charge things for free!
The lady at the counter was friendly and very helpful... I was visiting from Virginia Beach, and I needed a battery for my Ducati Monster... They have a lot big enough to work on vehicles...
