This place is amazing bc of the night manager Mike B. I walked in needing some help with my battery but there was a line up of about 6-7 folks when I came in and I was worried I might be waiting a while. He was helping two individuals at a time and had the patience of a lamb especially bc one customer was frustrated he bought the wrong item earlier and had to do a return. He helped me within 30 seconds to get me what I needed AND did a battery test. If you need help - go see Mike B! I'll shop here again for sure.

Terrible customer service, the manager named Charles is mean. And not professional at his job. I don’t even know how he became manager at AutoZone. AutoZone really needs to work on their employees and managers behavior and make them accountable and professional.!

There is a young man named Mike who works there and helped me first thing in the morning when my windshield wiper broke the night before while raining. He was very friendly and helpful so early in the morning. He was kind enough to install the new blades too. Great service and I will return for future car parts.

Man oh man where do I begin.!! First of all Michael B. Was simply and nothing short of Amazing!! His expertise and professionalism was what made me take time out to write this review. His passion And knowledge clearly set him apart from any other person I’ve interacted with at that store. Did not get a chance to speak with some of the other guys but just from The experience I’ve had with Michael alone, let me know that the guys at the shop are not too far behind. I’ve definitely decided to make this store my one stop shop when it comes to my vehicle, parts, and professional advice from people who truly care about you and don’t Care about the financials. I wanted to share some feedback about my visit today between 12:00 and 12:50 PM at the commercial checkout. I was standing there for about 20 minutes and wasn’t acknowledged at all by the Hispanic gentleman working that station. He didn’t say a word or even look in my direction. The darker-skinned associate with glasses was actively trying to get him to assist me, which I really appreciated. This was my first time at this location, so I’m not sure what the issue was. It didn’t feel personal. Honestly, it seemed like the associate might be going through something. He didn’t come across as rude or aggressive—just kind of checked out or maybe overwhelmed. If he’s someone you value on the team, it might be worth checking in with him to see if he’s okay or if he needs support. I wish he would’ve just told me hey I’m having a bad day could you come back later On a positive note, the team at regular checkout was great—very helpful and professional.

Longer wait time, some assistance don’t know how to find the part you want, they treat you like they have another customer that they don’t care about you, they don’t answer the phone… they don’t apologize for their mistakes. You don’t want to go this place unless you really have to.

Unfortunately, a bad experience with the Slime 12 Volt Digital Inflator With LED Light. I was excited to buy the Slime 12 Volt Digital Inflator With LED Light, but unfortunately, the air valve broke on the first use because it is made of weak PVC. Since it broke immediately, I went back to the store to return it, but they asked for the receipt, which I didn’t have. Unfortunately, they didn’t cooperate with me in processing the return. So, I left the product on the desk and walked out of the store, thinking that I would not buy from them again. I left their store disappointed and lost the money I spent on this product.

I had very good experiences with this store. First of all, one time they let me stay in there when someone was following me on a scooter after dark (I was on foot) until it was safe to leave! Later I bought some windshield wipers for my car, and they were great. The person who helped me came out to check my wipers (they truly did need replacing). The store had a book hanging there where I could find the correct ones, but the person told me about the different brands. I spoke to another salesman about my financial needs (budget; no frills) and he helped me buy the right pair. Then the other fellow put them on for me. They were both very knowledgeable, skilled and patient! All the staff I've ever met at AutoZone have been knowledgeable, helpful, good at their jobs. It's great for someone like me who doesn't know much about cars! Thanks, everyone!

Very good shopping experience. Super knowledgeable Manager (Cam). Two other people at the counter just wanted to talk about cars... Unexpected car guy location. I was able to have specific parts transferred from another location overnight at no additional cost. I can't speak to any price comparison, but the store is well-managed and clean!

The old guy form this shop react me Racism! I said Engine oil and show him the photo of Oil. BUT he didn’t care and making racist to me. The worst experience ever when I bought the car parts in the United State.!!!!!

Three young guys working behind the counter watched me stare confusedly at the wall of batteries for several minutes until I asked for help. Then they watched me struggle to get the heavy thing off the shelf and carry it over to them. Then handed me a receipt and told me to bring them the old one for the discount. Thanks? Every other Autozone I've been to has done the replacement for me. My battery doesn't require fancy tools (rachet wrench which I have, and a rachet wrench extender which i don't have). Seriously gonna make me buy a tool to do this myself what they could've done in 5 minutes. Cool cool cool. Not to be a boomer but I bet their dads would've helped me.

Carlos was great!! Helped figure out my battery was bad. Showed me my options for replacement and replaced it without hesitation. My own mechanic was going to charge me $60 for battery replacement. Thanks, Carlos, for great customer service! I truly appreciate it!

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly! I needed a battery for a classic car and they made sure I had the correct battery. Although it was difficult removing the old battery they found a solution and installed the new battery.

My oh my what a difference six months makes. This location used to have very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. They have a bunch of young people (which is perfectly fine), but the attitude they present is of someone that really does not know anything about there jobs, very slow, lazy, nonchalant, a very poor customer service skills. Like the kids in a class they hate just biding time til tye lunch bell rings. It may not be a cushy job, but it is a job, a very respectable job that I am sure someone out there would be happy to have, and take pride in helping their customers. I had a better charged a few weeks ago. Usually the clerk will tell you go get your car, pull up front, I will bring the battery to place in your car. Nope, not this time with these young people. Young man brought my battery out and says where you want me to put it. Before I could respond, he sat it on the floor and walked away without a word. Poor, poor customer service skills.

My name is santos Ramirez i went in for a battery change and i was told by an employee that he couldn’t change it and gave off a frustrated sigh. About a minute later another employee told me that he couldn’t install my battery because he wanted to pick up his food. Employee’s name was Azizi tall skinny kid with messy hair. I had to get a manager to do it and it only took 5 minutes maybe less but nonetheless i found it very disrespectful that he rejects a battery installation over getting food for his own terms. I usually never have a problem coming here but that kid needs serious talking.

I picked up the air filter and engine timing belt from this location, and it was a nice purchase experience. The staff was helpful, and Mr. Mike was patiently answer my question. definitely recommending this shop. I got cheapest price in the area, the engine belt they only charger $37 of continental brand, really worth the money.

Didilier I believe was his name was excellent. He and his coworker greeted me immediately as I walked in the door on 05/17/2019 at 8:30pm. I needed a battery for my car key and he knew exactly how to find out the battery number, mentioned how the two pack could save me money and even installed it for me. Wow. This is what customer service is all about. I don’t need to use an auto parts store often, but I will refer everyone I know to this location in little river shopping center because he stood out as a caring professional!

These guys are great. Always helpful and friendly, and also very knowledgeable. I've been there for many of my auto needs, from bulbs to fluid and other things. I especially want to give kudos to Michael Roberts. This young man so graciously and happily helped me by replacing my car battery during a heavy snow storm. And did it with a smile! Now that's some dedication. I hope management considers giving him a well-deserved raise. All of the staff there have been friendly. Great store! Highly recommend!
