This was my first visit to NT Auto Body, and it was a great experience. The hood of my car was dented, and the guys worked with me to come up with the best solution, which wasn't the most expensive solution. From the time I got the estimate to the time I drove it home: 2.5 days and the end product is perfect. They did a great job. If your car needs body work, go see them!!

I am embarrassed to say I have needed NT Auto Body three times in the past several years (we have two young drivers in the family and I have made my own boneheaded mess as well). Each time the staff has been welcoming and empathetic in my loss. They have offered excellent service, quick ordering for new parts, and returned my car like new! I think they even detailed it and shined the tires! I would never go to another auto body repair shop. NT Auto has earned my gratitude and loyalty.
A quality shop with great people - specifically Set and Chris. Easy to work with insurance and rental car. Did great work and was quick to respond. As much as I hope to not have to return, I would recommend this body shop to anyone looking for quality body and trim work.

NT Auto Body Inc has been my go to body shop for repairs for the last 5 years or so. They have the quickest and most accurate estimates. Quick and quality repairs done correctly! 10/10 would go back there when/if the next time a tree falls on my car! After the body repairs, it looks better than it did new!
The service was excellent! The administrative staff and technicians were all very welcoming and p0rofessional. I felt good leaving my car in their hands. The finished product was pleasing to my eyes. One of the technicians even walked out to the driveway to ensure that my car exited their property safely. There was always someone nearby to take my hand to assist me down the steps of the office. Fantastic experience getting some recent body work done on my car. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly, helpful, and courteous of my time. The body work looked great, turnaround time was quick, and the car was washed/cleaned before pickup. Would certainly return again.
Took my car for repairs and show them the areas that I needed repaired. They only repaired the damages that the insurance covered. Since they already had my car in their shop they didn’t bother to call me and ask if I was willing to pay for the other details. Very unprofessional and can’t recommend them to anyone else

My insurance company, Liberty Mutual, referred me to this shop. I brought my car in for a simple front left-side bumper repair. When I came to pick it up, the shop was already closing. One of the employees brought the car out, facing the exit, and I drove home without checking anything else.
When I pulled into my garage and put the car in reverse, I immediately realized the reverse camera wasn’t working. It had been functioning perfectly when I dropped the car off. I called the shop right away to report the issue. A woman answered and told me the shop was closed and to bring it back the next day.
The next morning, I returned early. An employee inspected the car and asked what happened. I explained again that the reverse camera worked when I left it with them, and now it didn’t. He claimed the issue couldn’t be related to the bumper repair because the damage was to the bumper, not the stereo. I told him I understood that, but I had installed the reverse camera myself, so I knew how the wiring was routed. Someone at the shop had clearly moved the wire—it was no longer in the position I left it, and it wasn’t even long enough to reach where it had been pushed.
He asked, “Why would we open your compartment?” I told him I didn’t know—that was what I wanted him to explain. The job was on the bumper. No one should have gone through my personal belongings opening the passenger compartment. I also notice that they went through my things in my trunk because the metal silver box that holds my poker chips was open and its not easy to open that box.
Then he brought over the manager, who showed up with two other employees. Now I had four people surrounding me, all insisting they had nothing to do with it. I asked the manager who had first moved my car before the repair started, because that person would have reversed the car and noticed the camera working. He replied with an attitude, “I don’t know. A lot of people worked on your car—how am I supposed to know?”
I asked him to find out. The camera worked when I dropped off the car and didn’t when I picked it up—someone had to know something. Then suddenly he said he was the one who moved the car and that the camera was already not working. That’s when I realized I was dealing with a liar—he had just claimed he didn’t know who moved the car, and now he said it was him. At that point, he lost all credibility with me and told him he’s not trustworthy anymore.
Then he told me, with a nasty attitude, to leave the shop and never come back. Of course, liars don’t like being told the truth.
When I got home, I started reading some of the shop’s negative reviews. Multiple people mentioned that the shop had stolen valuables from their vehicles. That’s when it all clicked—someone had been rummaging through my passenger compartment, likely looking for cash or valuables. That’s why the wiring was disturbed. It confirmed to me that the other negative reviews are true, there are thieves working at this shop—possibly even the owner.
Instead of arguing with me or feeding me fairy tales, the manager should have investigated who went through my belongings. The fact that he didn’t even try proves to me that he’s either covering for the thief—or is the thief himself. I had to open the stereo my self and upon opening I notice that the video wire was disconnected and I connected back. Now is working. Instead they just love to lie and argue and not take responsibility for there mistakes.
I was tempted to take matters into my own hands, but I’ve decided to leave it to the one true Judge, the one that judges without errors. The justice of God is greater than the justice of man. All I wanted was my car back the way it was, when I dropped it off.
If the truth offends you, I’m sorry—but I will not stay silent. The innocent people of the Commonwealth of Virginia deserve to know about the negligence and dishonesty at this shop. They will never take responsibility for their employees’ actions—or their own. Run from this place.
We had a very disappointing experience with this auto shop. During some work they did on our car, they messed up the wiring connected to the back-up camera. When my husband picked up the car, they had deliberately moved the car so it was facing the exit, meaning he didn’t need to reverse—and didn’t realize the camera wasn’t working until he got home and pulled into our garage.
By then, the shop was already closed. First thing the next morning, my husband drove back, but they were rude and refused to take any responsibility. The camera didn’t just stop working for no reason—it was working perfectly before they touched it.
This shop clearly doesn’t care about doing the job right! I really wish we had read the 1-star reviews before going there. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else!

Thank you for your response. What’s even more surprising is that something unrelated to the repair—like the backup camera—was affected at all. The work was supposed to be limited to the front bumper, yet the camera was fully functional before and stopped working immediately afterward.
On the first day when husband dropped off the car, he witnessed you yelling at your employees, which already raised concerns.
Later, when he asked who worked on his car so he could speak to them directly, you first said you didn’t know because “a lot of people work here.” Then, you admitted that it was actually you. That kind of back-and-forth comes across as evasive and only adds to our suspicion.
I also don’t believe customers get upset when a shop genuinely offers a solution from the start. My husband returned the next morning to calmly address the issue and was met with rudeness and a refusal to help. That’s what caused the frustration.
What frustrated us was the lack of accountability, the dismissive attitude, and the inconsistent answers. After this experience, we no longer trust your work or your business practices.
My wife and I took our SUV to them and they were prompt, professional and easy to work with. We got our vehicle back quicker than anticipated and the work was excellent (looks brand new). If you're in a situation where you need body work, go to this place, they'll take care of you. Great work!

Took my Audi here for some damage done on the passenger side. They are an Allstate preferred shop. Their initial estimate was only off by a little. They kindly suggested I keep the car until the parts actually arrived, and had her fixed up within a couple of days of receipt. She looks new again. Very happy and appreciate their customer service.
I called the Toyota dealership to see where I can get it some work done on my car and they recommended NT auto body. I had a great experience with them and their customer service was on point. There was never a time where I called them and they didn’t have some type of update for me.
The BEST... NT Auto body is the hidden secret of the major auto dealers of the DMV. They treat you like family and are open and honest. The sales and work crew are great. Extremely fair and reasonable pricing and exceptional craftsmanship. They are Covid-19 compliant.
