My husband and I are here with a large convention and have been completely blown away with the exceptional service provided by the staff. I had worked 33 years in the restaurant business and can fully appreciate the professional and warmth provided. Richard makes delicious, fresh omelets, is friendly and kind. Gamal and Ester are a top notch team providing exemplary service and clearly enjoy their jobs. I adore the breakfast crew. In the evenings, Senayit and Anggi masterfully handled our very large group. Again, the warmth and attentiveness are definitely noticed and very appreciated. I feel like I have several new, valued friends that I look forward to seeing again when we visit the area. Congratulations to Greg and your team!!! You are all outstanding

We have not stayed in a hotel in over 10 years due to all the long term travel we do qith work and we use air bnbs to stay in. We were able to book a room last minute with no problem. The rooms were great and stocked with everything we needed. After a great over night rest, we had an amazing breakfast downstairs. They had an omelet and waffle bar with all the fixings. Plus several more options on the buffet line. We highly recommend Richard making you one of his yummy omelets. The staff walked around the dining room making sure you had everything you needed. Exceptional dining! Thank you to all the staff at the Alexandria Hilton for a great stay!

Excellent customer service by the hotel|Front desk staff member who checked me in/out for my quick 1 night stay in the DC area. Answered all my questions and provided great customer service. Room was spacious and had good a/c control. Nice coffee bar / breakfast options in the hotel quick service area. Parking is extra at $35/nt being in the DC area. Would stay again.

I attended the DC Dance Challenge and stayed at the hotel for three days. Every employee at the Hilton was very professional and courteous. One employee, Gamal, treated us as if we were family. On our first morning, we arrived late for breakfast, but he stopped everything to accommodate us, and we were incredibly grateful. Because of him, we enjoyed breakfast at the hotel before venturing out each day. Thank you for making our trip feel like a visit with family!

Older property, overall well maintained, bathrooms could do with a makeover, large conference space, nooks and crannies to hang out in, nice outdoor space to relax in. Best of all the staff. While everyone was special nice, I’m going to call out for special mention Padma at check-in, Esther who served us breakfast and Richard who did a great job at the omelette station. Spent 2 weekend nights for an event, so we had discounted room and parking rates. All the breakfast staff were really very welcoming and extra nice. Thanks for the great experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Alexandria, Mark center. The check-in was very smooth with very friendly check-in staff. We were a bit early, but that was not a problem and they gave us the room early. The elevator was fast. The room was neat and tidy with great views. The restaurant staff are fantastic and generally was a great experience staying at this hotel would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The indoor pool was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel, but upon arrival, I was informed it was closed. When I spoke with the night manager, Aloysia, instead of offering a helpful solution, she made a condescending remark about the booking site I used (Trip.com), saying most people book through other platforms. I found this comment unprofessional and dismissive of the actual issue. Additionally, while my “Do Not Disturb” sign was clearly displayed, a member of housekeeping entered my room unannounced an hour and a half before checkout. I was in the shower and my mother was asleep at the time, which made the situation feel intrusive and uncomfortable. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, I was told it was a mistake and that staff had meant to enter another room—but the employee’s actions after being confronted did not reflect that explanation. For a Hilton property, I expected a higher level of professionalism and respect for guests’ privacy. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both communication around amenities and staff training regarding room entry protocols.

We picked this Hilton as it is close to family in Falls Church. We’re very pleased with our decision. The staff at the hotel are wonderful. Padma checked in daily via text to make sure we were pleased. Breakfast was great. We had dinner one night and it was very good. Our room was comfortable. My one complaint is they should have a light on the desk. The room was a bit dark. This hotel hosts a lot of conferences and has a car rental agency on site.

My wife and I stayed for two days and at the Alexandria facility. The was very clean. The staff was very nice. We had breakfast at Finn&Porter bth days. Richard made excellent omelets and was very nice. Gamal was very helpful and made us want to return the next day. Overall great staff!

We went a way for a quick trip this weekend and everything was great. The room was beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. You do have to pay for it, so you can eithe pay when booking or when you get there. I would absolutely stay here again. Everyone was really nice.

Stayed for 6 nights. Great service. They brought clean towels every day. Breakfast was yummy. Especially loved the omelets. Gamal and Aster were awesome. Always greeted us with a smile and a Good Morning. Highly recommend. Happy Fall.

We had such a wonderful experience! Richard made a delicious omelet—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Esther complemented the meal with her warm and attentive service, making sure our coffee was fresh and exactly how we liked it. Together, they created a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. Highly recommend!

Breakfast service was great. I went everyday for five days. Gamal was excellent knowing our preferences and who we were after the second day. Always spoke with us and made sure we were taken care of. Coffee was always flowing. His co-worker was also excellent. Kudos to the breakfast team! Bonus is Friday and Saturday they have a waffle and omelette station, but they also did fried eggs.

Chef Richard is awesome. He runs the omelette and waffle station in the Fin and Porter Restaurant. Please! please! please! keep him! He’s a gem! The omelettes are delicious and filling. The waffle and fruit hit the spot! I will come back to the Mark Center Hilton!

Stayed here last weekend for a wedding and had a wonderful experience. The event was well organized, my room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was very helpful. I’ll definitely be returning for another stay.

Excellent service through all parts of our stay, across all areas. We enjoyed great breakfast service during 6 days we stayed here — Anna and Gamal especially were attentive to our needs each morning. Mario, the manager, personally took care of an issue that prompted him without our asking to switch us to another comparable city view room, working with our timeline and checking with us afterward to be sure all was resolved. Housekeeping (whom I didn’t get names for unfortunately) interacted with me several times and were very professional and took care of our rooms and needs well.

The view from our room was beautiful and the staff was very friendly, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The room itself was dirty and worn down. The walls were dusty, there were nasty spatters on the back of the bathroom door, paint was chipping, and housekeeping even left a dirty towel on my toothbrush. The shower curtain was stained, and while showering, the tub filled up with water instead of draining properly. The AC unit was extremely loud, making it hard to relax or sleep comfortably. There was no microwave in the room , guests have to go all the way down to the first floor to use one. Vending machines are also only located on the first floor, and the ice machines were broken during our stay. The pool hours were inconvenient and not guest-friendly. Common areas like the elevators and hallways were filthy, which really added to the overall feeling that cleanliness and upkeep aren’t a priority here. This hotel has potential with its location and view, but the lack of upkeep, poor housekeeping, broken amenities, and overall neglect made for a very disappointing stay.

Had a great experience starting with Indira making sure my reservations were all straight since I had multiple rooms with 2 of them needing to be adjoining. |Cordelia at the bar was as friendly and sociable as can be. |Tigistwent out of her way making sure my kids would have the meal they’re were waiting for since last year when we were staying at Hilton mark center.|Padma at the front desk was very friendly and professional. |I can’t speak highly enough about Hilton Mark Center quality of the rooms and the staff.

Finn and Porter breakfast is superb. Attendant Mr. Gamal is fantastic. He is efficient, reliable and will remember your favorites to ensure customers are satisfied. Thank you for amazing service. Rooms are good. Bathroom cleanliness and upkeep from staff is above average. Aging shower curtains with rips/holes leaving floor wet. During my stay, staff never replaced my bathroom floor mat/towel. Lastly, hair is present everywhere. Request cleaning staff prioritize hospitality needs of customers. Reception staff was super helpful and friendly. They were very efficient and took care of all questions I had to include incidentals and parking. Thank you for all the help.

Lovely hotel. Beautiful room. Elevator takes a while. Lobby floor was not clean especially the stairs leading from the garage were very dusty. Very comfy bed. The look out of our room on the 20th floor was amazing.

I stayed at this Hilton with a friend. Enjoyed the view and the Lobby. Took my coffee to the balcony by the restaurant and had a relaxing morning with beautiful view of the greenery and pond. Staff were very friendly and helpful at check in and check out. Restaurant staff amazing too. Will definitely return and recommend Mark Center Hilton if you’re in town for work or just visiting family and friends. This place is great for being away from the crowd of a regular hotel in the city.

This is definitely one of my favorite hotels. Rooms are beautifully designed, clean, and spacious with all the necessary amenities for full comfort. The beds are VERY comfy! The view of the sunset from my the rooms is always breathtaking (my photo does no justice). But nothing beats the hospitality from the front desk staff, especially Mario and Aloysia. They are warm, welcoming and always eager to help. Their restaurant is also pretty good if that doesn’t work for you the hotel is a 10/15 minute drive away from restaurants and other attractions in DC! I’d definitely recommend.

The hotel is very good The reception is very wonderful from the reception staff, cheerful spirit and big smile, especially the receptionist Miss Badma, she has a cheerful spirit, a wonderful smile and a sense of humor, loved by everyone. The meals in the restaurant are somewhat good. Excuse me, I don't eat pork, maybe this is the reason for my evaluation of the restaurant, but Uncle Gamal, who is Egyptian, and his colleague, a Spanish lady, were always at our service. All thanks and appreciation to them.

We’ve stayed at this Hilton three times in just two weeks, and that alone says how much we appreciate this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. A special mention goes to Mr. Mario, whose kindness and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel is consistently spotless and well-maintained, which gives us great peace of mind. Every stay has been just as wonderful as the last, which is why we keep coming back. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel at home—we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

First of all the location is perfect for the work we needed to do in the area. The facility is beautiful with many conference rooms and areas for meetings. The Market Place has large variety of goodies and excellent coffee as well as the other beverages. No matter what area we were in, we were always greeted with smiling faces and helpful people. The breakfast bar was amazing with lots of choices for both, children and health conscious people like ourselves. The rooms were clean and house keeping was tremendous and we highly recommend anyone doing business in the D.C. area to consider the Mark Center Hylton. The management team does an amazing job at keeping the staff happy and that translates to happy visitors. We look forward to our next visit there.

Upon checking in and out, the front desk clerks were very professional and courteous. Also, I requested something for my room and the employee responded quickly. I enjoyed my stay so much at your hotel, that my daughter and I are planning a mini vacation there next year. We live only about 40 miles away. I was part of the Brown family reunion. Please express my gratitude to your staff.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel during the 4th of July weekend! The view of the fireworks was absolutely stunning—one of the best we’ve ever seen. It was the perfect spot to celebrate the holiday with family. We also hosted our family reunion in one of the event rooms downstairs, and everything went smoothly. The space was clean, comfortable, and just the right size for our group. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay—from check-in to the event, they made us feel welcome and taken care of. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning a holiday getaway or a family gathering. We’ll definitely be back!

This was one of the better experiences we've had at a hotel. Clean, staff was fantastic (especially Gamal who greeted us at breakfast each morning! Our kids were excited to see him every morning!), and the overall class was fantastic. There were some extra charges that are typical at nicer hotels (expensive daily rate for parking, etc ...) but all of that was expected. Overall, a truly fantastic experience!

Nice hotel. It is large with about 30 floors and many ballrooms & conference rooms. They offer an indoor and outdoor pool. There is a bar and restaurant onsite and a marketplace for quick eats. The rooms are dark and somewhat dated but nice and clean. There is a mini fridge in the room and a small coffee station. No microwave in the room, but we found some near the pool area. The room has great views of the area. We could see the Washington monument from our room. Parking is $33.00 per night. Parking was good during our stay. It was not crowded so we always had a spot on the top level. There are 3 levels of parking. Overall a good stay & close to many of the areas great restaurants and attractions.

I hate not giving five stars but there are a few glaring issues that need to be addressed. The location is great, but I don’t believe it is set up well for a trade show. The space is very broken up. If you park in the covered parking garage, which is level two; there is no elevator or escalator. If you have large luggage or trade show merchandise you have to go up or down about a dozen stairs. It’s not only very inconvenient it is not ADA compliant. My room was very spacious with a window of walls. It is rather dated. I would say not the cleanest as when I arrived there were a few clues that they don’t vacuum well and quite a bit of hair in the bathroom. The shower trickles water a bit even when turned off and only half of the bathroom light works. It starts out fully working but then goes very dim. The staff is very kind and the highlight of this facility. I think it just needs some updating.
