I have been waiting since 930 this morning. I finally call to see why they are not here yet. The guy says “oh I’m in Georgia, I called your insurance agency about an hour ago to have it reassigned” but my tracker shows he is arriving anytime approximately 7 minutes. How can my phone track somebody arriving at my location in 7 minutes if they are all the way in Georgia. Just doesn’t make any sense! I do not recommend this company! Very disappointing.

James was prompt and assisted my wife while I was out of town. He helped us with an alternative to safely get the vehicle back on the road to avoid an expensive tow into Charlottesville. Would recommend.
Called today to get my tractor pulled out of the mud and the person I spoke to first of all sounded uninterested and stated he only had a 2 Wheel Dr. truck and capable of pulling me out. I don’t understand why they call themselves a towing company, available 24 hours a day, when it was quite obvious to me, he was uninterested and doing any work or making any money. It is my opinion that you not waste your time with this company?
James, the owner, is a polite, kind, professional young man. He came promptly within the time frame given and got my car running(it wouldn't start). Also he was kind enough to move it to a better location in the driveway since I am disabled and couldn't do it. He didn't have to do that but he didn’t hesitate when I asked if he could. It is his own business and I can tell he is proud of it and strives for excellent customer service. If you need a tow, call James. 👍🏻🚘

Unfortunately I locked the keys in my car while in my driveway. I’m quite rural and James didn’t hesitate, even driving from another call a couple counties away when I reached out. It was the day before July 4th holiday and a storm was approaching and he remained super professional! I would recommend ATM Towing to anyone looking for service with a smile and great customer service! Of course in just a few mins he had me back in my car!
We got a flat tire, managed to change it but of course the spare needed air. He was about an hour away on another job at the time but showed up in 90 minutes in the pouring rain to air up our spare. Couldn’t have been happier with his service!

Not only was the driver attentive to details, and listened to my concerns, but he took his time to figure out the situation, and took great care in towing my vehicle!
