I had my car battery checked, the employees are very polite with a welcoming environment. They'll help you with any questions you might have. Though the prices for some parts are ridiculously expensive. Example: for an alternator for a Chevy Cruze 1.4L are $300+ for one or around $500+ for another. That's just too far out of my and I'm sure it's over other people's budget too. Parts are so price gouged and a lot of parts are out of stock that I've been looking for on their website.

Advance Auto has always been a place I have gone to get my auto parts. A lot of times you can find good deals in their weekly ads. Danny and the other employees are nice and friendly and always make anyone feel welcome. I will always come here for all of my major Auto purchases.

I went with my daughter to pick up windshield wipers, jumper cables & an air freshener for her car. 🚙The salesman was very nice & helpful. He didn't try to sell any particular products, just gave us the prices & options. He even installed the wipers for her. I wish I could remember his name.🤦🏼‍♀️

This place I could stay in all day just learning about parts, cars and things. One of my favorite places to just go kill time or shop and talk to some wonderful people.

I didn't get names, but older gentleman, a dark haired lady I think was a manager, and young blond hair girl, was so awesome helpful and kind, they all went way out of their way to help me when I was traveling back to ferrum VA from eastern KY helping flood victims. They didn't have my part in stock and they called all the parts stores local and near towns then when found it, tried to help me find away to get it and the kind soul gave me away to go get it, and having most tools but needed some and the young lady let me use them with out any questions, and then finally the fella that has gone home after his shift come back to make sure we was getting it taken care of us and helped out. I'm so thankful for these kind caring people, it helped reassure me there is still lots of great people out there, cause sometimes I wonder. They deserve some kind of award and bonuses. Had all items I needed in stock when I called, they set them aside for my wife to pick up on her way home from work, so that saved me a trip and fuel! When my wife arrived, my parts were awaiting her with her name on them, and they gave her my military discount.

The man at the cash register was so helpful, went and got the item I needed right away so I didn't have to search for it.

The employee working was more than happy to help me. My check engine light was on and I needed to see what code read for it. He was friendly and explained to me everything he was doing as he was doing it. I really appreciated him taking his time to redo the process it takes for the machine to read a code... I needed to write down the code to resolve for my check engine light. He happily started over and read the code aloud to me. I am extremely happy with the service here. Thanks guys for being so happy to help. I will suggest this place to others.

They are friendly, but oftentimes give the wrong parts, which then just ends up making you have to put in more time, money and effort. I believe that if they keep doing this, every other messed up order should be compensated with a gas card.

Home of " I will give the wrong parts just to get you to come back to the store." Happens every time I go there. Wrong parts and I always have to make a trip back... Just gave this Advance Auto Parts a chance to redeem themselves. Ordered seat belt extenders, I was very specific on the description. 10 inch long or longer. Needs to have a receiver and buckel on both ends. When the order came in, I received an entire seatbelt! First photo is an extender the second is what I got, an entire seatbelt. They don't know what they are looking for when asked specific questions.

Have the parts you need when you need them at fair price. Great customer service!

Big shout out to Danny. He stayed open about 5 minutes longer so I could get there and get the parts needed to repair my truck. When I got there he already had the parts I needed laying on the counter for me. Also after they closed and locked the store up Scott made sure I had the tools and the knowledge needed to repair my truck to get it home. Thank you guys.

Went for a brake light, the associate was very friendly and helpful! I got in and out quickly with the right light

Great deals prices. Need parts for your car or truck go here if they don't have it they'll get it usually by the next day no longer than 2 days on most occasions so don't let your car go broken or not being able to go advance will get you on the road again!

Russel was EXTREMELY nice regardless of the very rude customers he was having to deal with while also trying to help me find the wiper blades I needed, do everything the other worker asked him to do that he apparently couldn't and assist other customers all while answering the never ending phone call. He even offered to put my blades on for me (yes, I know they do this anyway) but he very sincerely wanted to help me. This man deserves a raise!!! Such a kind soul!!!

Advance is great auto parts place! I go there for all my auto needs. The staff there is top notch and super helpful.

I always enjoy Advanced Auto Parts. Regardless if I'm picking up vehicle accessories or getting parts, I've always received proper help. I like that when i call ahead to check on a part they'll have it shipped to their store within the same day for me to come by and purchase it. They get 5 stars from me!

Called about a hitch and whoever I talked to was rude and just didn’t care if he sold anything or not! Guess Autozone will get my business.

Went in to buy windshield wipers blades. Was talked into the more expensive kind. At no time during the discussion, the employee getting the blade, and paying for the blades was I advised only 1 blade in pack. Maybe I'm wrong to think they would be sold as a pair...what irritated me was had I known, i would have checked with other stores or atleast bought 2...

It was pretty great...I found the Drink Holder for my SUV with the assistant of a Advance Auto Employee with no problem at all...I would definitely first try Advance Auto again the next time I am needing something for my vehicle...Thank You Advance for helping me out...

They're a great store for the small amount of things you need on the spot but for anything else you can find more at other places

Very prompt on asking me if I needed help. Worker there didn't know exactly what could be causing a light to come on in my car even after the code reader failed to recognize. He still tried though.

Bought brake pads from here for my car my car broke down so there was no point putting the brake pads on I had lost my receipt and they were able to refund my money by the phone number I used.
