Customer service is poor, unless you show up and pay them. I have stopped each and every year on our way to OBX, have purchased many items and I would consider big ticket items as I’ve spent plenty. I looked through their catalog to purchase yet another big ticket items and I called on 8/12. Was told they’d order it and have it shipped to me and they’d get back to me. Over a month and nothing, obviously they were not going to place this order and when we called today, they answered the phone only to tell us that they’re closed till Monday. I won’t be buying the item from them.
Very good service. They had the product that I wanted the man loaded me up exactly with how many tons I wanted.vary good service. And they will sale you a Harley-Davidson. If you want to buy one.
Great selection of outdoor yard items. They also have a motorcycle shop there called AC Cycles. Great people to talk to and deal with. Always extremely helpful!!
Ordered some fill to be delivered late one day for the next day said they could do it. Then 15 minutes after they were suppose to be there he cancelled. Straight bull.... Never order anything from them again.

Super friendly owners. Goes above and beyond to find what you need or may already have something for you. Huge variety of gifts, outdoor furniture, hardware store, Stihl dealer and now a Harley Davidson repair shop. Wow.
Great store if you need to find something unusual, anything for decorating in a country theme, or basic gardening items. Best part is that they also have a motorcycle area now which includes a mechanic shop
