We got stranded in a snow storm and the engine quit just a couple miles from home. K2 Services came to tow us for less than half the price and in a much shorter time than 3 other places we called! The driver arrived with a smile and cared where he unloaded the vehicle in a spot that was convient to allow others to park. Best service ever.

K2 has helped me on two occasions: once to fix a leaking tire and the other to move a snowmobile that was stuck in deep snow. Both occasions were on weekends when most other places were closed. Their service is great!!! They are responsive, courteous and professional. I highly recommend them!
Best experience possible! Our SUV got stuck in a snow bank at almost 1am, K2 services owner answered the phone right away and was able to come out in less than 30 minutes. So quick, efficient, kind and knowledgeable. Even went above and beyond and drove our car down the road directly into our driveway to ensure we were able to get home safely! They are great! I had a nurse here who was stuck and K2 was there in a moments notice. Customer service was GREAT! Great guy and I will 100% be giving his information to all my nurses who are here working down in that area....just in case they ever need some help!

We recently needed to pull my husband’s truck out of snow bank at our vacation rental. After a very stressful night trying to find a towing company, we finally found K2 and Kyle graciously drove out and saved us! Thank you Kyle for helping us and ensuring we could go on our ski trip the next morning!

Got insanely stuck at 1am on a very snowy and icy night. K2 was AWESOME! Kyle (I think his name was Kyle) let me know he could make it to me in about an hour. For the distance and hour of the service his pricing was super fair. $350 for a 2am winch out in terrible weather.
What else was great is how he explained exactly what he would do and how I should go about getting my care safely down the pure ice road after. He gave me a lift up the pure ice dirt road after.
Literally the best tow service I’ve ever had let alone at 2am on a lousy night.

The K2 recently towed our truck out of a ditch near Jamaica, VT. The team arrived promptly and did a great job carefully extracting the vehicle. They also helped make a tricky tire change and even looked after our dog. I highly recommend K2!
On our recent ski trip to Mount Snow, Kyle from K2 bailed us out - literally and figuratively - not once, but twice. In the first instance, he rode to our rescue late-evening to recover our SUV from the icy ditch into which it had slid. Then, the next morning, when we discovered damage that hadn't been apparent the night before, Kyle scrambled ahead of an impending snow storm to tow us ten towns over to a shop where we could get our vehicle repaired. Throughout our dealings, Kyle was friendly, patient, communicative, and helpful. To top it all off, K2's pricing was totally reasonable. We can't thank Kyle enough nor recommend K2 any more highly. If we could give 6 or 7 stars we would.
We were making our way up a small rural road in the winter, and unable to get to the main highway because of a downed tree. So I tried to reverse, only to have my vehicle start slipping and spinning its wheels. The road was narrow and there wasn't much room to maneuver. It was scary.
I found K2 Services via Google, and gave a call. The person who picked up was no-nonsense and friendly. He told us that the road we were on was not maintained in the winter, readily sharing local knowledge we hadn't realized. That immediately shed light on why the path was so icy and impassable.
He gave us clear advice on how to get ourselves back down to the main road, including a tip to keep the car in neutral instead of "D" (to keep it from lurching forward). Then he told us what route to take to get the highway. We followed his wise words and got back on our way.
We were really impressed by K2 Services LLC. We didn't even order a tow or other paid services, but we received exactly the help we needed!
When my son was out on his first night delivering pizza he got stuck on a hill of ice. When nobody in town would touch it I found K2 . Kyle and his crew came an hour away to save us . They were there without hesitation and got the job done with skills as my son said " You see that kinda stuff on TV !". Quick and professional I highly recommend K2 for your recovery needs. Needed a winch out of a ditch and had no luck with insurance roadside assistance. Kyle was friendly, up front with cost, and communicative / on time with arrival.
My husband and I were on a weekend getaway near Jacksonville during mud season when our brand new (picked it up the day before) Hyundai Ionic got stuck half on the muddy road and half in a ditch. I had my leg in a cast, and we had our 14 year old dog in the car, so there was no way I could help my husband get the car unstuck, and we couldn’t afford to be stranded for long. K2 (Kyle, I think) arrived super quickly. We were not familiar with the car yet and didn’t know where the tow hooks were. Kyle knew exactly what to do and had a very calming, professional demeanor; just what was needed in a panicky situation. He got the car out quickly and with no damage. Total life saver!
Outstanding service. Got caught by the mud season very close to K2 location, so assistance arrived in a flash. Tricky recovery due to a heavy all-electruc vehicle half in the ditch & with no tow hook locations(!) K2 guys figured it out quickly and got us on our way quickly and with a friendly demeanor. I am renting an Airbnb in Vermont and the house we are renting is on a small mountain of its own and after skiing my vehicle slid off the driveway into an embankment where it was completely stuck in and risk of going down a hill into trees. After my family and I were safely able to exit we call AAA. They led me to believe they were coming for 3 plus hours only to find out they were not going to arrive. That's what I found this amazing company and after I explaining him the situation he was at our house within 45 minutes and pulled my vehicle out and then was nice enough to safely wait to make sure I could get my vehicle up the driveway again to a safe location. I would highly recommend using them. The owner was present and very professional.

Kyle was a life saver. My ford excursion was stuck in a snowy ditch about 300 yards off the main road. And was blocking another car from leaving. He came and got me with his tracked blazer. Super nice we tried to see if there was a way to move my truck before having to go to extreme measures. Unfortunately without having four wheel drive working we had to.
I can’t thank this man enough. Support small business and if you need help this is your place to get it. On road or off road extreme recovery you’re in good hands.
I had a wonderful experience with K2 services . The two gentleman were so helpful, friendly and responsive. We were stuck in an icy rut at our Air B&b. The driveway was solid ice but somehow they figured it out. We tried for hours before. A special thanks to Kyle and the other gentleman. You both were wonderful!

Professional and very competent service. We has a blown hub on our utility trailer that we couldn't find a part for locally while broke down on RT9 on a Saturday evening. Called K2, super friendly on the phone, and in person, arrived quickly, expertly got our one wheeled 14ft trailer on the truck and had it to my home in NH right away, thanks to the "Boss" (Kyle's words) for green lighting the tow to NH that evening an not waiting till next day. Kyle and Rubin were great. Price was even lower than we expected. Highly recommend! Thank you so much.
My experience was beyond exceptional with K2. I had a tire blow out on the side of RT 9 what I needed was help changing it. They showed up and not only helped me change my tire but putting on the spare we discovered it was flat. They were so kind as to go get a compressor and fill it for me. Amazing beyond grateful for their services and would absolutely call them for help again. 10/10 recommend
Kyle and Kelsey (and Ruben, their associate) are incredible. After getting my car stuck in a foot of mud on the side of a mountain, I called K2 and Kyle immediately picked up the phone, gave me an great quote, and was to my location within 45 minutes. Within an hour, Kyle and his team had me out of the mud, and back on the road. All of this done with a great sense of humor and nonchalance.
I can’t recommend K2 enough. They even offer detailing and car repairs. Would gladly recommend them to a friend.
I found myself in a sticky situation on Sunday and got my car stuck in a ditch in West Dover, VT. I’m so glad I found K2 Services!! They came out right away so I didn’t have to wait too long and even though it ended up being more complicated getting my car out of the ditch they got it out without ANY damage to my vehicle! I was so grateful!! If you need towing services in south Vermont I can’t recommend this company more! Wish I could give 15 stars for how great a job was done.
